Learn to live with haters
Good morning guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you're doing very great. Let's quickly review yesterday's article.
There are so many factors that contribute to the performance of a team, and one of them which can serve as the foundation is teamwork which involves communicating effectively with one another, having constructive and productive discussions, and according one another with respect. Teamwork is not defined by one person who constantly talks down or order other people around on what to do. This is always frustrating and painful to the team members who actually put their all efforts in just to make sure that they achieve positive results.
It is the entire team is always held responsible for the work they produce, that is why it is important for every member to have a good team work attitude in order to achieve desirable results.
In order to succeed as a team, every team member must be able to control his or her own emotions. This enables every member of the team to feel comfortable when contributing ideas, it also helps everyone to be honest about their personal problems, and working hand to hand together with others to achieve a common goal.
Your attitude is what determines how you perform at work and how much effort you will put into your job. A positive attitude attracts others while a negative attitude is like poison to any work environment. The people that brings negative attitude to work every day will soon influence others around them with their bad attitude, and this will lead to conflict between team members and there will be little or no productivity.
There are many benefits of working as a team.
Teamwork helps individuals to build better interpersonal skills. It also enables them to be able to communicate better with others and it can also develop the leadership skills in the team members.
Special thanks to my sponsors both old and the ones planning to, subscribers both old and those that will subscribe now, also thanks to those who thumbs up and comment on my post, I really appreciate all of you, I do not take it for granted.
Acknowledging your enemies can save you a lot of time, energy and resources. It's the only way to get rid of the unnecessary opposition. Don't believe in seemingly powerful enemies. They will soon show their weakness to you. The more you reject them, the more destructive power they will get. It's a vicious circle.
The most difficult thing is to accept an enemy because most of us refuse to do this. We are so used to hating our enemies that it turned into habit and we have no other choice but to accept everything they do.
We all have haters. For some, it is the result of the life they lead. Others might be the direct effect of what they believe in. And there are those who hate you for the sake of hating you.
In the end, we are sure you have excellent reasons to hate some people just as, there will be someone else who hates you for something you did not do.
As a leader, we can't keep talking about loving everyone while hating some people. That's why, it is imperative that you develop an emotional intelligence and choose your enemies wisely.
So when someone hates on you, remember that they are a part of your success story. They could either be:
A) Facilitators who never let you rest and allow you to drive yourself out of your comfort zone.
B) Unofficial coaches who don't know that they are sometimes teaching you lessons on how to live with a hater because they hate seeing someone achieve his purpose.
When you are at the crossroads, when you're confused, when you feel like things are not going your way, when you feel like people have turned against you, it is okay.
Look for your enemies and you will undoubtedly find that haters have been busy working for you. You are a lot closer to your goal than you think.
Don't let your mind trick you into believing that things are not going well.
You are on the verge of getting your hustle game to the next level and your enemies are a sign of progress.
The wise thing to do is to learn from them and move on peacefully.
Thanks for reading through. I hope loved it.
