Be yourself

Good day guys. How are you doing today? I trust that you're having a great day. Welcome to a new working week, the second in the year 2022.

Let's quickly have a recap of yesterday's article.

Now what does being successful really mean? It means that you're being brave and courageous enough to take actions and do the things that needs to be done so that you'll get to where you want to be and you also had the courage to not allow fear stop you from doing the necessary things required.

You need to have the courage to take chances when they present themselves to you and also the boldness to decline opportunities that are not in your best interest as regards your success. You need to have the ability to accept failure and that as many times it comes with loosing faith and hope, if you truly want to succeed. You have to be willing to put yourself out and not hide, because that's where you'll find visibility. Even when everything around you is working against you, you must have the courage to continue moving forward like nothing happened.

Courage is essential to achieving success. You need courage to achieve success, courage to look at failure in the face and never give up still. You also need courage to be able to withstand rejections, disappointments and criticism as many times as it comes. There are so many people out there who have a lot of great ideas, but they lack enough to execute their ideas and in turn achieve success. Success is not easy to achieve, it requires a lot of hard work and persistence.

It is not just about dreaming and having good ideas, it is about doing something with it. You must action. Ideas without action is not potent enough to get you to where you want to be. I read different articles on the net most of them are just rants by frustrated people who have a lot of great ideas, but lack the courage or the perseverance to act and do what needs to be done to achieve success. Whenever we talk about achieving success, we should not forget that there are different ways to achieving success.

But the overall summary is that without courage you won't achieve anything.

Today, I'll be writing on being yourself.

"First impressions are always lasting," this is what people used to say. When I was younger I didn't understand the meaning of it. until now when i am a grown up, have my own family, and have my own company, I understand that being yourself will do no harm with nobody.

"Others" are biased about us being us because of the negativity that goes around our world daily. We should not decieve people by being who we are not in the public. it is best to be real than being fake because one day people will discover one day and the result won't be good.

I knew a person who was a down to earth person until he got promoted, then he became a fake person, smiling at everyone and saying hi to everyone. When he saw me, he would say "hello" with a fake smile, without acknowledging his friend that he saw in the middle of his walk. When you are in public, you will meet many people that won't know you. Among those people, there are some that will want to get to know you more and make friends with you. People that meet you in public might think that you are a person who is outgoing and self-confident.

If you are one of those shy people, then I can understand why you might want to be somebody else when meeting people for the first time. You might think that people would like you more if you were a different kind of person than yourself.

Therefore, I recommend you not to ignore how you really are just because some people might not like who you really are because of what I have said above. You should be yourself at all times and don't pretend to be someone who you aren't. Be yourself by being friendly, outgoing and most of all don't be afraid of who you really are.

The summary of everything is that we should endeavour to be real and be yourself.
