How to be a good leader

Now, we talk about a good leader and be a good members in a group. If you are curious or if you want to be a good members or be a good leader read this one. Promise , I did not waste your time 😉. Just read this and you will learn many things.

First how to be a good leader? If you are a leader, read this one.

• First, the leader need to listen in the opinions of your member because of that you will know the thought of your members or you will know the feelings of your member.

• Second, if your professor or your teacher have a project in your group or have a presentation in your group, say to your member and don't be selfish.

• Third, make sure all of your members is cooperative in your project and make sure all of your members are listen in your saying.

• Fourth, be kind in your members and be friendly too. Because of that the members will follow you but I you don't be kind your members did not follow you because the members don't like you.

• Fifth, don't waste your time in the nonsense things. Just focus in your project or your presentation so that your project will be finished early and in that time when you are finished that is the time to play.

If you want to be a good leader 😉 just follow it and you will be a good leader. I write this base in my experience and I hope you like my article 😊.

• If you are a member, try to share your thoughts or opinion in your leader and don't be shy to your leader because the leader can't eat you hahha.

• be cooperative in your group so that your group will be finished. Be attentive in your teammates. Always join in the groupings.

• don't be noisy just be silent and make sure you are focus in your group. Don't talk a nonsense in your friends.

• Try your best in your project. Share your knowledge in your group.

• Don't be shy like when you have a project and need to acting or you are presenting in the front of your class room because no one can eat you hahha🤣. Don't be shy just try your best and be confident.
