Have you ever had any type of hallucinations during the night while sleeping?

I am writing today's article to share my experience with you and to ask you if something similar ever happened to you. Last night I had sleep hallucinations. This is not the first time this happened to me. It usually happens when I am very tired and exhausted and when I go to bed late. I used to be worried about that. I wanted to consult a doctor. I thought something strange was happenig to me and that I might need medical help. But then I had one very relaxed period when I slept nicely and regularly, without any workload and during that period I didn't have such hallucinations. Last night it happened to me again.

I was very tired yesterday. I had a lot of extra activities in addition to regular activities and I went to bed late. When I fell asleep, I soon woke up and I saw a drawing on the wall. There were different shapes and as I watched, the drawing continued. New forms appeared and the whole wall was in some patterns. It lasted a very short time. During that time I was awake and aware. Everything I saw was realistic. I saw it clearly. And then, it disappeared. There was nothing on the wall. I was awake all the time. It wasn't a dream. Then I fell asleep again and woke up regularly in the morning.

My sleep hallucinations are only visual. The other senses are not involved. I consulted with a friend who is a doctor and she told me that this happens to healthy people and that there is no reason to panic, but that I have to take care of regular sleeping time and find a way to get rid of stress.

I realized that sleeping plays a very important role in our health. Good sleep is the main condition for better life. It is impossible to avoid stress, but we can make some relaxing moments for ourselves once in a while and in order to improve our sleep quality.

Thank you very much for reading.

Article and lead image are original and they belong to me.

Best regards to all readers and writers.

Hallucinations are very normal. It's just the brain's way of regurgitating stuff unconsciously. Here we believe very much in superstition and think they are caused by evil spirirts.

I like when I hear that it is normal. I used to be worried abot that. It is so weird when it happened. 😊 Interesting belief about evil spirits😊, I don't believe in superstition but it is interesting for me to hear what people in other countries believe.

I will try to calm down and to find time for resting. When we are too much tired, we can expect such situations to happen. Thaks for advice.

Try to take some rest after the stress of the day and always sleep early so you won't feel any of those hallucinations again.
