What is your ambition in life?
Well when I was in highschool I really want to be a police, soon. Want to serve the country. Protect all the people been abused. I really admire those wearing a police uniform. So I keep myself my ambition to be a police.
Then after I graduate in highschool I never know that it had a height requirement in criminology. Nawindang akich! My height is just 5'0 then they want 5'2. I've been frustrated that time that I can't be a police because of that requirement.
But few years later they required even the height is 4'11, ohhh it's a wow! But I'm lazy to go to school. I've been married already then I have to take care my eldest son that time. I'm just a 3rd year College but never been graduate. That's the biggest failure for me that I never graduate in College but my 4 siblings been finished their College.
Unfortunately were 6 siblings and my 3 siblings is in College that time so my parents can't afford to pay the tuitions. So i choose to stop schooling for 1 year and decide what will be my next course to get.
ROTC Mandatory, are you agree with it?
It's all over social media. Some really disagree with it but for me I want the ROTC be back at school. Mostly the students now don't have manners especially to the elders. Don't know what happened with the new generations.
It's because of hightech equipment that they have now? Maybe yes for me. They spend most of their times using their gadgets. Even we don't have a pandemic yet, I really encountered a lot of teenagers don't have a manners. I feel pity for them that even the school can't control them.
Wayback when I was in highschool I've experience the CAT( CITIZEN ARMY TRAINING) just like ROTC( RESERVE OFFICERS TRAINING CORPS). It's not easy you know. The trainings is so hard. We can crawl, squat, push up just like a true soldiers.
Whose batang 90's here? If your living in the Philippines you can encountered this kind of trainings inside the school campus. Salute to the other countries like Korea, Japan and etc. They really require to all students when they reach the age of 18 years old.
Hope soon in the Philippines it will be done. But need to be monitored also the schools to avoid some abused superiors to their trainees. I'm aware of it and it really happens in trainings. Some been died because of it.

There are some problems before regarding the implementation of ROTC such as the abuses made by the commanding officers .. I hope that if it will be implemented by the new administration, this kind of act towards the trainees will be strictly monitored ..
