This is anxiety is ruling my thoughts this past few days. I'm completely bothered about how things were going lately. I was greatly affected by someone's passing the other day. Then last night, an earthquake shaken up Davao region which caused trouble me into sleeping.

I remember it was also on the same timeline where we experience earthquakes almost every week.

This is making me so worried. 😟

Anxiety happens to all of us, I too have been having a lot of issues this past week but I don't let it get to me, I just keep my head up and focus on the things most important to me. Talking to your friends or family can help, I hope you feel better soon ❤️

Just relax.. Divert your thoughts try to listen to music or do some artwork or anything that will change your negative thoughts.. Don't forget to pray and just be vigilant.

I can manage my anxiety during daytime as I'm busy with stuffs like playing the keyboard. However, listening to music doesn't work to calm the hell out of me as it stimulates my brain and jist keep singing all night. 🤦😂

I got the same feeling. Last week, I was so down and I cried myself to sleep. I have been very worried about things going on here and myself.

If something bothers you, don't forget to pray or talk to God first. And when you are okay, talk to someone about how you found peace in talking to God. Remember, this too shall pass. 😊❤
