I'm confused

I'm confused, what is going on? I think there is something wrong with how things are going here in readcash? My points are not reflecting on my records and I don't have the exclusive icon beside the article title.

I have refreshed it over and over again and logged it out and in but still the same output. I have sent an email but they did not respond.

Did you also experience this? Let me know.
