You'll need:
1 cup crushed graham
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup All purpose Cream
1 pack cream cheese
Blueberry jam
Procedure:
*Mix melted butter and crushed graham in a bowl until well blended. Transfer to a container evenly. Set aside.
*Combine condensed milk and all purpose cream then add cream cheese. mix well. Set aside.
*Dissolve gelatin with warm water. Set aside.
*In a pan, simmer Cream mixture over medium heat while stir. Then add gelatin and stir until it boils. Remove from stove once it boils. Stir this mixture to let the heat evaporate and pour over the crushed graham in a pan earlier.
*Let it cool down until it solidify.
*Spread blueberry jam on top and let it cool at room temperature for 1 hour.
*after an hour, refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
