And scientific research says that breastfeeding moms have a lower risk of depression. Plus it also make a lot of time for both parents and baby to have time together cause you don't need to buy formula and wash the bottles. Less work and more time for baby.
Breastfeeding is ideal for your baby cause it already has everything he needs for his first 6 months and it contains anti bodies that can help your baby fight virus and bacteria. And because it has just what you baby needs, it improves health weight for your baby. It also rich in nutrients that makes your baby develop brain development and behavioral development.
The only disadvantage is that when things aren't going so well like when you have a poor supply of breast milk and when you decided to get back to work and jealous to siblings when you are more focused on breastfeeding your baby. But everything can be overcome with the right solutions.
