Everyday new day new stories, hello lovely people's how's your day,today is holiday here in Kuwait, and I know also in Philippines are holiday to because of Edsa day,and here is National day and tomorrow is Liberation day.and this whole week is holiday for them.sometimes is good for me if their are holidays because I wake up late,but in others sides are annoying because you know if the kids 24/7 in home get headache to me .because sometimes their are naughty.

But here's the topic today I think I will not cook today because every Friday we are going outside to eat lunch, but today no,I cook and this evening we are going outside to celebrate the National day.
Our food today is Ckicken Machboosh .
It's really delicious this kind of food impact if you eat the rice you no need a viand.why because its already have a good taste because the water will use to cook the rice is the water of chicken boiling and its already complete the spices.
Ingredients
Chicken
Rice
Onion
Garlic
Tomato
salt
black pepper
Mistika
Cinnamon stick
Cardamon powder
Cummin seeds
Lome or black dry lemon
Saffron
Laurel leaves
Instructions
1.boiling the chicken, put all the ingredients need ,salt black pepper, onion,cinnamon stick, Cardamon,Mistika, Lome or black lemon, cumin seeds,Laurel leaves. Tomato.put all together and leave it boiling until completely cook.and when it Cooked separate the chicken, and take it the the chicken broth because this you will use for the rice.
2.put the chicken in the oven to make it brown or just fry if no oven.
3.soak the basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.
4.then let it boiling the chicken broth then put the rice.when the rice near to cook .put the Saffron but the Saffron must put in half of boiling water then add in the rice this is to make yellow color the rice.
5.make the dakos this is the sauce of the rice,put some oil in sauce pan then saute the garlic and onions then put tomatoe and add water salt and pepper to taste.
6.then transfer the rice and chicken in a serving and serve until hot.
And there you have it a lovely and tasty delicious authentic Chicken Machboosh. I hope you like it.
