His OJT requirements slightly accomplished

Hola! Hola! It's tuesday, 2nd day of the week and it's another productive day for me/for us.

Well, as I've mentioned in my previous article that my partner will going to undergo his on-the-job training for his course this semester. Then, before doing OJT, all 4th year college students now and all those who were experiencing OJT that before the school deployed all the OJT students it is a need first for students to comply all the required documents prior to what the school required to them. That's actually what we are doing with my partner this week.

Last weekend, we went home to our house in my partner's hometown and one of our reason to went home there is to supposedly get a Barangay Clearance but sadly we weren't to got the clearance because the Barangay Secretary wasn't available also there's no office when weekends. Therefore, were not yet able to have that said document. But we can't wait that document yesterday because we get back here in my parent's place early morning yesterday since my duty starts at 7AM. That is why, today my partner just asked his sister to get the said document for him since his sister went home as well in there place today. But I don't know if she can get such document tomorrow because if not we have no choice but to get back home there despites it's far from were we are right now for it's 2 hours of ride. Also, the fuel right now were highly arising and it's too expensive already.

Barangay clearance is in need as well when my partner gets a police clearance. Another required requirements for their OJT. Still, we haven't to get that second required document because we don't have yet the barangay clearance. Aside from barangay clearance that is a requirement for police clearance, 2x2 ID, documentary stamp, valid ID and cedula or community tax receipt is also needed. So, one of the document we able to get today is the documentary stamp and cedula from the municipal town hall.

Another requirement needed for OJT is the medical certification. They ar required to have urinalysis and complete blood counts with platelete (CBC). That is what we actually do for today since I also have time to accompany him for my duty start 10:30AM.

So, we went to a private hospital today that has available laboratory for the urinalysis and CBC.

That is him being taken blood for the CBC.

We were able to finished and got the result for the laboratory at almost 12noon. Therefore, the ending is that I got a 1-hour absent for today since I have 10:30AM duty but we finished the medical almost 12noon. Salary deduction for sure. Haha Anyways, that's fine though because what we did today as well is an important matter and that 1-hour was never wasted at all.

To sum up....

His OJT requirements were slightly accomplished.

documentary stamp

cedula/community tax receipt

medical certification

were all accomplished.

Hopefully, tomorrow his sister can able to get him the barangay clearance so that we can also get the police clearance for that's the only lacking for his requirements.

Also, today. He was being recommended already to whom or where he undergoes his OJT. Then, maybe tomorrow or the next day he will already start his duty for OJT needs to have 600 hours of duty completion. So, much better to start earlier so that he will also ends his OJT early.

So, that's it. The things that we did today.

Of course, a productive day still for us.

One step at a time. Then, everything onward will be realized in God's will as well.
