Good morning guys, have you heard about online fatigue? Are you experiencing these symptoms? Then take time to read this article.

What is Online Fatigue?

Online fatigue is the excessive use of gadgets such as cellphone, laptop, computer, and other related new technology. And it also related to extreme tiredness resulting from mental or physical exertion or illness.

Symptoms

✓ Muscle Pain

✓ Ear Pain

✓ Mental Exhaustion

✓ Overwhelmed

Ways to Avoid it

  1. You should change your positions every time. It could be you're standing or sitting to avoid muscle pain.

  2. It is important that you have the right posture everytime you're studying or working at home.

  3. Practice stretching like marching on your sit or stretching your neck and shoulders.

  4. Avoid putting the volume of your earphones or headsets into the max level to avoid ear pain.

  5. Don't use force when putting earphones or headset in your ears.
