Ingredients;
~ 1 large clean and scaled Lapu Lapu
~ A pint strips of ginger
~ 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
~ 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
~ 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
~ 1 teaspoon of sugar
~ 4 cloves of garlic
~ 1/2 cup of minced spring onions
~ 2.5 teaspoons of vegetable oil
~ 1/2 cup of water
Steps:
β Place your Lapu Lapu into a steamer.
β Sprinkle strips of ginger on Lapu Lapu, cover and steam for about 12-15 minutes.
β Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, sesame oil, sugar and water in a saucepan and turn on heat.
β Bring mixture to boil and then turn off heat and set mixture aside.
β Now, chop garlic into small cube sizes and toast in a pan until it turns light brown.
β Pour sauce on top of Lapu Lapu and then sprinkle spring onions and toasted garlic on it.
Now your Lapu Lapu is ready to be served.

Oh!!!Looking so delicious this fish.It's a new and also tough recipe for another country people. This is not a common food here.We also love to eat fish but using another process.
