We have already heard that "Health is Wealth" , Most of us worries about our physical health, we seeks medications, we takes some advices from doctors as soon as we find out the signs of our unhealthy health but when it comes to our mental health often we ignore it, avoid it thinking that we are just tired because of the pressure of our work.

For our physical health we know what foods are better and what are not, we know what excercise would give benifits to us and what would not but you can't do anything for our mental health until you know that your mental health is not healthy anymore. Just like our physical wellness, we can know about our mental health too but often we avoid those vague but visible signs. We can maintain our mental health in a positive by leaving some bad habits which we follows each and everyday.

Here are the seven habits that are endangering your mental health__

1.To much self-deprecation and negetive talks

What we will feed our brain it will take and then will show it's side affects so think before feeding anything bad to your brain.

Often we love or have to make some self-deprecating jokes just to save ourselves from some awkward situations or from affecting our image. Unbeknownst to us,we often decreases our self-esteem, self-confidence by cherishing a negetive image of ours which is not even true. It can be an unhealthy coping mechanism which is affecting ourselves continuasly without our knowledge everytime you face an uncomfortable or awkward situation.

There are lots of people who loves to show their fake bad image, talks negetive about themselves just to get some false compliments from others. Making negetive comments about yourself, you're the one who is forcing your own self to believe wrong beliefs about yourself so stop doing this as you're hurting yourself without your knowledge.

2.Lack of Sleep

Sleep works like a medication which save us from falling ill and provides us energy, enthusiasm this is why sleep is much more important than anything else just like oxygen or food but even after having proper knowledge about it we always deprives ourselves from taking enough rest.

We all have the same 24 hours then why some people are achieving great things on the other side some people are not?? Some people are achieving so many things not because they are depriving themselves from taking enough sleep amd using that time but because they don't waste their time on those things which can't give benefits to them. We must know which thing is more important in our life and which thing is not, by sorting out these things we can save enough time to take some more sleep.

Poor sleep can make our life terrible, can result in being irritable and it can bring difficulties in your life so gift yourself enough sleep because you can do many things with a healthy body and mind unlike unhealthy health.

3.Checking your phone too much

There is no doubt that smartphones and social media has become the most important part of our life, we can't even think our life without it.

We forgot that excessive use of mobile can cause mental distress, health issues and many more issues which affects us in a negetive way. Specially before go to bed and after you have woken up if you use your smartphones it can cause mood and sleep complications, it can also give you an unbearable back, neck, spine pain, can increase your tension by triggering your mind badly.

4.Procrastination and disorganization

Procrastination is very common problem among us which have basically no cure until we take steps against it strongly. Some of you already heard that 'Procrastination is the thief of Time' apart from being a thief procrastination buries all your opportunities, capabilities, talents, it also eats away at your mental health.

Procrastination not only affects you badly but also increases your stress levels and lowers levels of well being on the other side it also can reduce one's self confidence , energy and can cause poor performance at work or at school. When one person lives her/his daily life with procrastination and with out any daily, healthy routine it provides hopelessness, lack of confidence, lack of faith in oneself.

5.Over spending and not having a budget

Nowadays showing off anything has become tradition because some people thinks "Showing off "shows how much wealth you have or how much successful you are.

Maybe some of you are thinking how can our overspending habit can affects us?? If we think carefully then we will see that our over spending habit can do harmful things beyond our imagination.

Spending money on things you enjoy can give you temporary happiness but it can cause long term problems for you as this habit of yours can trigger your mental as well as financial issues. Not having a budget can create disaster or make your life terrible by creating money related stress. We have the ability to reduce or increase financial stress by budgeting and not over spending but sadly we choose to live with worries. Living with a budget can make your life more cheerful, more happy, more healthy, more light as well as it can give you great benefits by reducing stress related to money.

6.Not enough alone time

It's really important to save some"Me Time" in order to reinvent yourself. We can't deny the fact that as human beings we do require healthy amounts of social interaction as we are social animals and we need people around us. Do you know that the threat to your mental health starts when you are putting too much time into being around people instead of having time to be by yourself.

One of the benefits of being alone is listening to your body and using that time to reset and to get more "Me Time" and to continue to discover and create your own real identity. It can be exhausting to be around people all the time so having a time where you're fully yourself in your own space is extremely important.

7.Worrying too much about being nice

Indeed kindness is the greatest thing and kindness is like Ambrosia which helps not only people but also other's to flourish, to grow beautifully. Without any other thought, surely kindness is the more important things and being kind people can be more beautiful that ever. Kindness is a virtue that the world can always use more of.

It's a balance between being generous and open whilst having save bounderies. Kindness boosts happiness not only for the taker but also for the giver but when you think too kuch about being nice it is harmful to your mental health as you are trying to be liked or going with the flow you don't want to be going along with. You worry too much about what people think when you don't talk nice to them. If you especially don't enjoy spending time with someone then cut off from them as you're the one who words , Love matters. Love yourself a little more by not worrying too much about being nice to anyone because you matters too.

You can't change anything overnight but you can give a try to yourself.

Thank you soo much to those who showered me with their love and support. Have a great evening.

Indeed those you mentioned are really dangerous to our mental and even to our physical health. Stressing ourselves too much and having a lack of sleep can even make us old faster.

I admit about always having lack of sleep because I am always trying to earn money even at night or even at dawn time and also for I don't have much me time. Being a mom of two and a working mom. I can't hardly spend alone time. My time is mostly at work and when I'm at home I spend it with my family.
