Have you poured your heart and soul into your writing here on read.cash, but for some reason, haven't earned much in tips?
Same here.
I've tried various topics to see what would resonate most with the readership but haven't had much success.
I would enviously look at the other articles getting these huge tips for articles and wondered, "Will I ever get that kind of tip?"
Then I started to notice a pattern. It was so obvious once I saw it. I realized the mistake I'd been making and saw the path to more tips.
Can you guess what's the one thing these articles all had in common?
It wasn't that they were eloquently writing. A lot of them had tons of grammatical errors and were hard to read.
The one thing they all had in common was...
Bitcoin Cash.
That's the secret to success on read.cash. Write about Bitcoin Cash, and you'll attract the people who are already providing tips.
You could ignore every other reader and exclusively write for the people in the above list, and you would probably increase your earnings significantly. Why? Because the above list of twenty people represents 87.57% of all the user-to-user tips provided as of today (August 12, 2020).
Interestingly enough, this is to be expected because of the Pareto Principle. Some other names for this principle are the "80/20 rule", and the one that I think is the most relevant in this case, "The Law of the Vital Few." If it weren't for these few people, especially @MarcDeMesel (largest donor, too), there wouldn't be much going on here.
Unfortunately, read.cash is slowly becoming more and more of a BCH echo chamber. But then again, every other crypto media platform goes a similar direction, so it's not surprising. It's just disappointing.
Nice information
