Hi friends, hope you all will be fine and doing well. Welcome. Actually today when I was sitting in the sun, a very good thing came to my mind which is very interesting and very informative about our health.

As we all know that our body needs every vitamin in a moderate amount to work well, and when something essential, whether vitamin or mineral, becomes less in our body, then our body shows response which is that condition for us to set this situation.

Actually when I was enjoying sunlight, I felt so relaxed because all the muscles and bones of my body felt so relaxed. Actually this relaxation comes due to the extraordinary benefits of sunlight for our body. First the essential vitamin for our stronger bones and teeth is the vitamin D that comes from sunlight and we can easily get this vitamin naturally from the sun. Actually direct sunlight boosts the production of vitamin D in the body by hitting the cholesterol in the body, and this vitamin D is great for strengthening our bones and teeth, because vitamin D helps the body to absorb calcium and phosphorus from the food which we eat, and these two minerals are essential for stronger bones.

Vitamin D also play a very important role against cancerous cells and better your sleeping cycle. If you have darker skin, it means you have more melanin in your body then you should sit more time in the sun as compared to lighter skin color people. Because sunlight absorbs slowly in darker skin due to the barrier of natural pigment melanin which acts as a natural sunscreen.

Moreover, body exposure to sunlight also reduces the problem of inflammation in the body like the people who have the problem of arthritis have inflammation around the joints. But when you sit in sunlight, sun's UV rays boost the production of a hormone called endorphins which is best to reduce inflammation and pain

Sunlight also helps to better your mood, because those people who have low levels of vitamin D in their body have more chances to go to depression as well as your overall mental health become more good by attaining sunlight.

So , if you have no time to sit in sun or have no proper sun availability then you should eat vitamin D rich foods like;

Salmon is a best option to get enough amounts of vitamin D, because a wild salmon contain about 985 IU of vitamin D Almost all seafood is a rich source of vitamin D. Egg yolks are also a great source of vitamin D. As the eggs white rich in protein but yolks are rich in minerals, healthy fats and vitamins. Milk and yogurt both contain a very nice amount of Vitamin D. Those people who are vegetarian and don't like fish, they can substitute fish with vegetables like peppers and broccoli.

Bone pain and muscle cramps are the biggest symptoms of vitamin D deficiency so, if you experience any symptom from these again and again then you should take notice about your diet.
