As we all know that the liver is the largest internal organ of our body, and like every part of the body, the liver also plays a crucial role in the body, and without it, we can't survive. My main purpose of writing this article is to produce an awareness in people that sometimes in our daily life we do something of that type unconsciously which really harms our liver. So if we remain conscious in daily life then we can keep our liver healthy.

Liver main function is to detoxify the body from different drugs and medicines, and the liver also plays a vital role in the digestion of food by secreting a fluid which is called bile, bile helps out in digestion of food by breaking down different fats. Besides these one another very important function which is also played by the liver is that it converts ammonia into urea which is ultimately excreted in urine.

Now I am going to tell you how we harm our liver in our daily life...

Often we use antibiotics again and again for any pain like headache, leg pain or any other pain, but if we bear this pain and take another option like a cup of warm milk and sleep for a while then definitely we will feel better. But no; We require sudden results and that's why we take antibiotics which is really harmful for the liver because antibiotics especially steroidal antibiotics damage the liver cell or cause a blockage in the correct flow of bile fluid.

Similarly, some people take drugs including alcohol, heroin, smoking and lots of others. All these drugs are very harmful for the liver because when someone drinks alcohol, the liver detoxifies it, and in this way many cells of the liver become damaged. As the liver has the ability to regenerate cells, but when again and again someone consumes alcohol, the liver loses its ability to regenerate cells, and ultimately it damages to a severe condition.

Obesity

One another very important thing is that, please stay away from junk food because junk food is a main reason for obesity. As junk food is full of carbs, fats and sugar and there are no healthy vitamins or minerals in junk food, this type of food causes weight gain and ultimately leads to obesity. In this condition lots of fat accumulates around the liver that causes chronic liver disease. So please make sure you are taking a healthy diet including healthy protein, fresh veggies and fruits. And compulsory take some time from daily busy routine and walk and exercise to keep your weight normal and fit.

So fatty liver is very dangerous, so in this condition always try to exercise daily for about minimum thirty minutes. Aerobic exercise like running, jump rope, squats, planks, crunches and walking are very beneficial to cut down body fats.

Always keep a check on your body cholesterol and triglycerides levels, because high cholesterol and triglycerides also cause fatty liver, and with the passage of time fatty liver becomes severe till fetal condition.

Finally, I want to say that coffee and green tea, both are very beneficial for liver health, because they both detoxify the liver from harmful matter, because they are high in antioxidants. There are a lot of people who are affected by obesity, high cholesterol and diabetes in the whole world. So all these conditions go towards chronic liver diseases which start from fatty liver.

Oh by reading your whole article am getting aware with this fact am propely doing take care of my liver, because am one In my home who didn't use painkiller to remove any kind of pain, somehow am getting frightened from the capsule, tablets, also I didn't take junk food on regular basis, not green tea but I take milk tea on daily basis and also am not fatty do so somehow my liver is working good and well๐Ÿ™ˆ
