Antibiotic, a chemical substance produced by a living organism, usually a microorganism, which is harmful to other microorganisms. Antibiotics are usually produced by soil microorganisms and potentially represent a source by which organisms in a complex environment, such as soil, control the growth of competing microorganisms. Microorganisms that produce antibiotics useful in the prevention or treatment of disease include bacteria and fungi.

Although some bacteria can cause disease and pain, you need bacteria to stay alive and healthy. Good or friendly bacteria are commonly called probiotics. Probiotics are living bacteria and yeast that have many health benefits on your body. These benefits include the maintenance and balance of good bacteria in your digestive system. It can be particularly beneficial if you have just suffered from a disease or are taking treatment like antibiotics.

Antibiotics play an important role in killing bad bacteria. But as these destroy infections, they can also damage good bacteria in your intestines, resulting in diarrhea for a few days or weeks after stopping taking medication. The main function of probiotics, or good bacteria, is to maintain a healthy balance in your body. Think about keeping your body neutral. When someone is sick, bad bacteria enter the body and duplicate again and again in number. It makes your body out of balance. Good bacteria work to fight bad bacteria and restore balance within your body, making you feel better.

The microbiotics of the human body are made up of probiotics, bad bacteria, fungus and viruses. Probiotics can help you maintain the right balance to help you stay healthy.

Thanks.
