I'm in my parents house and I see my grandmother (in mother side) washing her clothes. I ask her why "why don't you let May (my little sister) do that for you? Your too old to do that" she said "Yes I'm old that's why I want to do this alone, when I don't have anything to do I feel sick" I also tell her that will help her with her clothes but she declined my help ! I love my grandmother so much and I know that she wants to stay strong for us . She is now 90 years old and she's still strong in her age 😍 and I'm very grateful to God with that ! Good Morning 🌞

Naalala ko tuloy lola ko huhu. Nilalabhan pa niya noon uniform ko nung high school kahit matanda na at gusto niya may gawin lagi. Kaya tinatago ko labahin ko bago punta ng school. 100 y.o na sana siya now kaso nawala na siya 4 years ago at 96.
Kaya nga sis ii .. minsan Inuuwe ko na Samin ung iba niyang labahin ako n Naglalaba kahit Di Niya alam ..
Sipag naman ni Lola mo sis. Sabagay mas okay naman yong minsan nagkukusot sila ng di naman gaano karaming labahan para mastretch naman yong katawan nila.

yes. some senior people still wants to work. my mother in law at 70+ still like to do gardening and others. she do the cooking when all of us (me, my husband, brother in law) needs to go for isolation due to "covid", for almost 2 wks she did all. grocery, cooking and cleaning, she never feels tired or exhausted even at her age
