Possible reasons why some ladies still remains single

Hello friends, Happy Sunday to everyone, I hope you spent your Sunday in church? Well glory be to God if you did and if you did not please repent.😁 In church today we had a conversation Sunday about "The Ship" as in "friendship and courtship" and will talking about being single, we discussed about some reasons why some ladies still remain single and I will like to be sharing a few of these things here. Reasons are;

• Not approachable

Some ladies are just so fond of this, you want to get into a relationship but yet you are always carrying a frowny face all around. Guys that are supposed to approach you will be so scared to do so because they don't know what to expect from you when they get to, some will even be scared that maybe you won't slap them because of the way you are always looking like a bouncer 😂. Always put a good smile on even if you have the entire world's problem in your life, not everybody should always sense that you are going through a tough time. Some sisters will not even wait one minute after the service on Sunday, they will be rushing home as if the church is biting them or they have children they want to go and feed at home, you have to learn to be approachable and be lovable.

• Has a bad dress sense

Not knowing how to dress is a cogent point we need to focus on because the world is revolving and as the world is revolving, we should also learn how to revolve with it. I'm not saying here that we should dress nakedly like the worldly people but even at that, we shouldn't let religion close our eye to reality. Sometimes it's not even about how fiting the dress is or not, it might be about our colour combination cause how can you wear a white top with Jean jacket on it and wine skirt with black shoe and a green beret (trust me, I saw this kind of dressing today😂) we need to start learning these basic skills, as little as dressing is, it destroys some relationships. Things we should look out for while trying to improve our dress sense are; how to combine colours, the type of colour that matches our skin and the type of dresses and styles that fits our body shape.

• Has a bad communicating/relating skill

Some people whenever a guy approaches them, they won't even bother about what the guy has to say, they will just start shouting at them and talking anyhow they like, we must learn to properly relate with people because it hinders alot of blessings from us and also, responding badly with just one person can cause a hundred of people to not want to communicate with you. For instance, brother A came to meet sister A today to ask about some important stuff, then she just replies him so badly, tomorrow when brother B wants to go approach sister A on another important matter, brother A will discourage brother B not to go because she lacks good communication skill and it goes on and on. We should also know that people value their self dignity very much, they don't want just anybody to talk down at them and that's why whenever they hear negative comment about someone's communicating skill, they just agree to it.

• Lacks friendship maintaining skills

It's important to know how to keep or maintain a friendship or relationship, some people lost their relationship just because of these. Ordinary online chatting is difficult for some people, I also think laziness is one of the things that causes this because maintaining a friendship requires alot of effort from the too parties, if the other party is putting in the effort and the other party is not showing any form of commitment, then the friendship will definitely break.

• Too spiritual

This point needs a lot of buttressing because with the way some people are always looking like assistant holy spirit, it is so alarming. You want to leave single forum but all you ever do is to dress like masquerade, my sister, it doesn't work that way. Some of the sister will never attend functions with you because they thinks it's not biblical but they want to get married like as if their husbands will fly and meet them inside their room. Being spiritual is absolutely the best but too much of everything is not good, excessive spirituality is nothing but hypocrisy.

• Possesses I don't care attitude

Caring about little things about ourselves usually has a long way to go. Some ladies don't even want to care about how they look, what they wear, how they talk and so on... You will some ladies carrying their tattered looking hair all about for days, weeks and even months without caring to make it look better. Some ladies will even wear the same dress for 3 days or more and it will now look so dirty and smelly. Some other ladies, when you get to their house, you would almost throw off. We have to start caring about these little things, it speaks volume about us.

With all these been said and done, let's also not forget to put God first in whatsoever we do, have a good relationship with the father so that he can guide you through in the journey of your life and the journey to leaving singleness. He loves you and he can't wait to have you as his own.❤️
