This food is good and it's made from the tongue of the cow. so strong stomach only can taste this wonderful dish.
The Ingredients of lengua
Serves: 4 – 6
1 piece ox-tongue, thoroughly cleaned and sliced
Lea and Perrin sauce
salt and pepper
10 pieces small melons (calamari)
3 cloves garlic, (crushed)
2 medium onion, (sliced)
1 can (12 ounces) Cream of Mushroom soup
button of the mushrooms
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated cheese
It is marinade from the ox-tongue in Lea and Perrins sauce and also need calamari, salt and pepper and wait for an hour. Then Fry tongue of the ox and when browned braise it for almost 30 minutes.
Saute garlic and onions in butter.
Add soup. Garnish with mushrooms, olives and grated cheese.
Then start serving it to your family or make a business with it. Everyone loves this.
