Choosing yourself?!

Is choosing yourself over other is a sign of being selfish? Why and why not? Have you ever experience to walk away from the situation which is not good for your mental health? Elaborate. As future educators, should the government give also attention to the mental health of the teachers? Yes or No, why

choosing yourself is a sign of being selfish? For me it is not because choosing yourself is kind of self love which barely need to apply and improve to ourselves. There are times where you have to choose ourselves over the others because self love is the first step to let yourself improve. have i ever run away from the situation that may affect my mental health? Yes, those objects that can bring harm to our mental health should be avoided for example a toxic community or a negative circle of friend which can’t help you to grow should be avoided and make some ways to bring them from the reality and enlighten their mindset. As a future educator we should not run because it is our choice to be part in that situation and be aware that the mental health of might get like. like being an educator, a kind of job which is prone to stress, I won't run from that because i chose it, it is my profession. As a future educator I got mandated by the country to serve to our fellow kids which needed a education and understanding. Should the government give attention to the mental health of the teachers? Yes, because teaching is a stressful job, dealing with students behavior and attitude and manage your patience ain't easy, plus as a person out of duty, you have also things to deal with your personal life problems and should the government take care of it to reduce some stress that the educator felt.
