Sound health is underrated
We know it's easy to get distracted by everything going on in life and hence we always have our health on the backburner.
The most surprising part is that a lot of us actually don't have any major health issues and yet we don't give our body the attention it deserves. And that's what makes the whole process of living healthy so tough.
So, I was at the General hospital today, I followed someone there. So that is what prompted this article.
There are lot of people out there that are sick and unhealthy, they didn't ask for it but it happened. So we should wake up one day and try to be grateful for what we have. There are people in this world that don't have clean clothes to wear or clean water to drink. They have to walk miles to get their basic needs. Some are even facing life threatening diseases, they don't have access to proper medical care. Some people don't even have a home to live in.
Most of the time this is not their fault. People can't afford to be healthy, they don't know where to begin or they just don't have the right information.
A doctor was telling everyone at the reception that, The reason why this happened to some is because they made a mess of things, they ignored the causes to treat the symptoms. We believe in fast solutions and quick fixes, we have become experts at masking problems.
A lot of the popular diets out there today are focused on achieving a quick weight loss or making you feel better temporarily rather than fixing the root cause of the problem and make you feel better long term.
The only reason people feel good temporarily while on a diet is because they are starving themselves and putting a lot of pressure on their body. They're also restricting what they can eat which leads to unhealthy cravings, deprivation and in some instances eating disorders.
If you are living in Sound Health, you should feel good about yourself.
I never knew that one can become deaf without being born deaf. I mean someone that can hear may actually go deaf. That was part of what I witnessed at the general hospital today.
Hearing is a very important sense and without Sound Health we'll be deaf or we'll lose our hearing ability over time, this happens because of unhealthy lifestyle and in many cases because of our bad choices with food.
The most common reason behind hearing problems is the continuous exposure to loud sounds, we often use headphones and listen to music at very high volume, sometimes in the industry where I work we have to put headset on our ears for hours a day and play music at high volume to test the sound quality during the process of creation.
It's not a problem for younger generation but as we get older and after many years, it usually damages our hearing ability, when you're doing something on a daily basis and every time you do it your body becomes less resistant to this constant exposure to loud sounds.
The foods we eat have a very powerful effect on our body. Each food has a unique composition of nutrients and bioactive compounds that impact our health profoundly. Some foods help reduce inflammation, stabilize blood sugar levels and prevent heart disease among others. A healthy diet full of these foods ensure sound health and longevity.
So it's time to start eating for sound health and long life.
The secret is that being healthy makes you happy, positive, generous and adventurous. It creates a platform for which you perform better and your overall outlook towards life becomes more positive.
You need to be grateful for what you have no matter how small it might seem to you. Life is too humble to waste it by delegating your health to the end of your priority list.

It depends on your state of mind. I think a cup of green tea can be helpful in some low stress situations. But it's not a solution. If you really need to calm down, I can recommend trying premium cannabinoid products here. It's very popular right now, you can find a lot of reviews about it on the internet.
