Marbles: unforgettable memory
Memories never fade, especially those which are related to your innocence, you never forget those places where you had played with your friends, after passing many years of life, you again memorized the same moments and want to go back, especially when you see something related to those memories.
Today when I am cleaning my old shelf I find a little pouch that is full of colourful marbles, these are those marbles, which I and my friends used to play with them and I bought these from my pocket money, In summer and winter vacation often we go to our grandmother house located in a village.
Those were the days of happiness, joy and celebration, there were no worries, tensions, hatred, life passed smoothly and all the villagers go to their work in the early morning, and women do their daily house chores, kids start their day after having simple and pure breakfast like tea and paratha (wheat meal poured butter on it ) or with Rusk and cake, and the adult one used to have buttermilk, curd, butter, and paratha with green vegetable or eggs in breakfast, often handmade items are used, In the evening When men came from their work they all sit together And told folk stories, poems, poetry, current affairs And about their work that he had done all day.
Life was amazing we all friends meet at our favourite place near our houses and make a hole and a circle around the hole and mark a point at a distance from home and hit the marble to put it into the hole, who did it will be the winner and he gave a chance to hit the opponent's marble if he/she hit the marble and marble went out the circle then he/she gets one point and one who gets the highest score he/she will be the winner, and after that, we collect money from all and buy some sweets to celebrate the success 🏆 of our friends, there is no jealousy or hatred, only respect and love for each other.
Some memories are a beautiful part of our life that always remain in our hearts.
