Embutido Update!! Ayan, naperfect narin ang sizes pati costing. 2nd batch na yan ng 2kilos at pinilit matapos balutin.. maproseso lang talaga sya pero sulit naman. Sa unang batch 8 packs lang ang nabenta yung iba naubos na ka free taste.lol! Fiesta!! Everyday everytime I prepare our pack lunch, I make sure the gang (cat family) has their own food pack but today I forgot to bring their food. I went outside to buy fish for them (kahit yung bulok na) but the fish vendor gave me the smaller size of the fish that mixed with what they are selling. I boil water and pour it to cook the fish. As I finalized my embutido, I came up with steaming it using charcoal to lessen the cost without compromising the quality. The price of LPG nowadays is quite higher so the cost in food business is quite affected. When I tried it earlier, it only cost me 15 pesos steaming 14 rolls of embutido.
