As I finalized my embutido, I came up with steaming it using charcoal to lessen the cost without compromising the quality. The price of LPG nowadays is quite higher so the cost in food business is quite affected. When I tried it earlier, it only cost me 15 pesos steaming 14 rolls of embutido. Steaming an embutido lasts up to an hour to cook so LPG is not a good source of fuel in cooking it. Lower cost means high profit and that is always the basic principle in business. Good night pipz!!
