To perfect for Satisfaction I know how to make "Embutido" but I don't know how to perfect the commercial embutido. Yes, I am trying to perfect my embutido because want to sell it. I made 2 kilos of embutido, wrapped it and steaming at the moment. I am waiting the finish product to taste it and to have my costing later. This 2022, I will be exploring into food business. Another experiment and investment so may God bless it.
