Monday, month end Grind!! When I was an employee, when deadlines cut offs come I felt pressured to finish my reports for submissions, payments and approvals. I even extend my working hours without extra pay just to finish and set everything done and get ready for the next period. When I am the owner, the feeling is mutual with deadlines and cut offs but not for submission, payments and approval purposes but for the report itself. I still needed to rush on time for analysis and budgeting purposes. In every phase of our life, struggle is always for real. It might not be in the same level but always bear in mind, we are all the same so nothing to be envied for. Let us just grind to survive!!!
