Lack of Attention
Lack of attention can lead to some accompanying problems and consequences. Hyperactivity disorder, one of the most well-known disorders, is also associated with attention deficit. This disorder causes inability to gather the mind in childhood, excessive activity, sudden changing moods and impatience. Hyperactivity disorder can lead to ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder) by being diagnosed with attention deficit disorder. Moreover, this collective discomfort is also observed in adult individuals. However, attention deficit is also diagnosed on its own, and this diagnosis can hardly be noticed when it accompanies it alone.
Studies also provide important information about why attention deficit occurs. According to studies, smallness and low functionality have been observed in regions of the brain that affect attention. It is also known that genetic origins and environmental factors are effective in the source of the disease. Such neurological and psychological disorders trigger some problems in the individual since childhood. While some people notice the disorder early, the discomfort experienced in adults continues to affect the individual due to reasons such as unawareness and delaying the diagnosis.
If we look at the problems caused by attention deficit in adults, we see that the most basic problem is not being able to focus on something for a long time. Especially in business life, situations such as being away from the relevant subject, reluctance and inability to concentrate in the areas of coordination and organization can be observed. In addition to these, sudden changes in emotions, impatience and forgetfulness from time to time cause the person to lag behind the desired performance in business life. These negative effects in business and working life also create a cycle that affects each other by creating negative consequences. All these effects can cause adults to experience stress in their work and personal lives and an expectation that the discomfort will be experienced again.
-Lack of planning and organization in business life
-Impatience, excessive and unnecessary talking, indifference due to sudden emotions
-Standing up suddenly in the middle of a meeting or work
-Failure in business life and lack of interest in work
-Stress-induced anxiety disorder and low self-esteem due to failure
-Experiencing some psychological disorders
-Failing to complete the given job on time and getting bored quickly
The discomfort that an individual feels in childhood can become a threat in adulthood. Like the problems caused by the above-mentioned disorder, the psychosocial situation of the individual can lead to many negative consequences. Of course, some of the attention deficit symptoms that the person shows before these problems also initiate a process that requires diagnosis. Before moving on to these symptoms, we should also be aware of the attention deficit and distraction seen in adults.
Some people rightly attribute their own negativities to a disease or disorder. This is also the case with attention deficit. The inability to focus and concentrate on any subject or situation does not indicate that you have discomfort. In the diagnosis of the disease, it is sought to carry most of the symptoms during childhood. Therefore, if you do not have such a childhood, it is not correct to diagnose yourself.
In adult attention deficit, it is seen that most or some of the following symptoms are experienced from childhood.
Delayed focus or lack of focus
Switching from one task to another
Inability to gather the mind in both personal and social life
Inefficiency at work – being constantly stressed
Inability to think deeply and just be immersed in one topic

Way back before I felt that I'm lack of attention through the family I don't want to connect but maybe that's the reason why I'm so introvert.
