Pineapple Sauteed Shrimp

If you want to eat a dish with a fresh touch of taste, you can use fruit to complement your cooking ingredients. Indeed, not all fruit is suitable for processing into a side dish.

One of the fruits commonly used as a complement to side dishes is pineapple. The presence of pineapple with a sour and slightly sweet taste can refresh your side dishes.

Here is a recipe for Pineapple Sautéed Shrimp.

Material:

500 grams of shrimp, remove the head, cut the back

1 pineapple, cut into pieces

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

8 shallots, thinly sliced

5 red chilies, cut into pieces

2 tsp salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tsp vinegar

150 ml of water

2 tbsp oil for sautéing

How to make:

Sauté the shrimp until it changes color. Remove and set aside.

Sauté garlic, shallots and red chilies until fragrant.

Add salt, sugar and vinegar. Stir well. Pouring water. Bring it to a boil.

Add pineapple and cook until wilted.

Add the shrimp. Stir well. Lift.
