For example, in the southern region, people typically make pork and coconut milk dishes. In the central region, people make dishes using fruits from the jungle that grow there. And in the northern region, people eat seafood and vegetables grown in their fresh fishponds.

People of Asia eat lots of different dishes that use different kinds of rice dishes. To cook rice, people usually use pottery or earthen pots since these methods provide superior results compared to other cooking techniques.
Rice is one of the world's most popular foods because it's so easy to prepare and consume. Filipinos eat tons of rice every year cooked in many different ways with many different spices added to it. People eat rice as breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week- without fail! Different varieties of rice are eaten throughout Asia, especially among Filipino people themselves.
