Law of Idiots: Anti-Pamboboso

Today, I decided to write about a certain law that other people might not have been aware or neglected just because they think it is NOT HARMLESS or maybe because they are afraid to tell others.

I believe this is not just in our country that this incident about people trying to take a peek of other woman or man changing clothes maybe as they would like to see their private parts.

Here in our country we call it PAMBOBOSO or Photo & Video Voyeurism.

Yep. I never thought this one's real until I heard stories and experiences so then I got curious. I decided to do some research and found a very interesting article in Wordpress.

ANTI-PHOTO & VIDEO VOYEURISM

Prohibit acts on this law states that (in my own understanding and of course based on the article I have read) when someone would try to look at you and your partner having sex without you knowing it which means that it is AGAINST your PRIVACY or say that peek at a person who is masturbating who is again NOT AWARE and who basically think that he is alone the person can be put behind BARS or JAIL.

Yep, you read it right!

The act of taking pictures, reproducing and selling it is also embedded on the said law.

So to clarify; under RA No. 9995 (Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009) anyone is prohibited to:

• Look at someone doing any sexual act, or say that look at someone's private parts especially if the person is not aware or with no consent.

• Taking pictures or video of someone having sex even when there are a lot of them.

• Selling,reproducing, distributing those photos or video you took.

But despite having a consent when caught by authority you will still be on jail as this can be tagged as HUMAN TRAFFICKING.

PUNISHMENT:

Possible punishment when really caught or found guilty with such act is 3 years to 7 years imprisonment and a fine of 100K to not beyond 500K.

For further concern guys please do your research. If anything published above is not correct please do tell me as I am up to any corrections so I can edit or update my article right away. These are based on my understanding but as you can see those people who do something like this are demons. They are MANIACS and they need to be on jail before their condition becomes worst or if not on mental hospital.

Imagine if you caught someone doing this act and that someone is the person you value?!

It wouldn't be an easy thing!

So please, to those reading this, if you are doing such kindly STOP before you regret it. It could either be, you get killed when caught or be put into jail.

Instead of thinking about such things why not start to work ass off to get fucking RICH?! The world is already fuck up and these idiots are adding more burden. If only its legal to burn them, yeah?

Make sure to be very careful guys be it a guy or a girl can be a victim of this. We may be so comfortable with the people around us that even when the act is so suspicious we neglect it or maybe we are just afraid to say anything.

I am much particular with this kind of things because I have a mom that I love so much, I am a mom myself with 2 lovely daughters and a sister. I wouldn't want anything like this happens to them.
