Window Men!!

Good day readers . I am glad to be here today. This year has been going well and some plans has been achieved. Today is the 11th day of January, 2022. Up and grateful to God. After having the day, the night follows for sure. It has been so and so shall it become.

Nobody owns the day and night, it doesn't belong to anyone. People use the day to work and contribute positively to the society and at night, they make plans for tomorrow; because tomorrow is knocking next. in the same way, some people choose to be idle at the day they choose to make their plan by the day and work with their plans at night. They monitor the moves of the people who works in the day and fix their plans on them. They choose to contribute negatively to the society and chose to be a parasite as well as predators preying by the night on innocent people.

Who knows the set of people I am talking about now?...... They are ; "The WINDOW MEN" they seem to own and run the city in their minds but little do they know that their heads are like a bread baked without a single flour!

While others sleep at night, they roam at night, while others work by the day, they sleep and party on other people's success. Like the wolf in the dessert, they move in packs.. if they run the city, why should they wear face masks instead of their crown at night? Because they know that what they have is false believe and when they are caught it their faces seen, it will be the end of their reign. They will definitely run their days and nights behind the bars with their hands chained with their legs together.

Who is a WINDOW MAN?

A window man in other words can be called; a thief, a criminal, a night wanderer, the night man/men, armed ghostman,....all in all, a window man!

They go by the window inflicting harms and causing pain to their victims at night. They are night mares on their own. When some one has had a day and is taking a sleep at night, These men shows up and with thier what I call magic, get the window open, jump inside and take whatever valuable they lay there eyes on.

So much pain they can cause you! Imagine keeping your phone on the table and walking up to not seeing it again? Imagine putting some cash in the drawer and on waking up, the drawer is open ? Imagine also when you there are more than two occupants in they room? Who would you blame? Who will be the suspect and how can they prove they are innocent?

Lot's of friendship broken and chaos among people caused by these nights parasites and wanderers. In the presence of security, they still operate without been scared. How hard is their mind made up to live this cursed life finagling from people. No fear of being caught and disgraced. Even though they get caught and disgraced sometimes, they still hobby in this act.

It pains me to let you readers know that colleges and university students of Nigeria are daily victims of the window Men. Till now, we suffer this even when we pay for security. The fear of waking up to lost haunts us. The damaged caused by these unknown men is countless. Sometimes students raise alarm when they notice a man in the window, but the window man escapes. Few of them has been caught in the female hostels and beaten I pulp by the angry girls.

There most target is the girls hostel. Everytime and every session, there must be a case. Most time they have successful operation, sometimes they are nearly caught. Few times, they are caught and beaten blue and black and then handed to the police.

This time around, it my next door in the hostel. According to her, Last night at midnight, she was done reading her books and wanted to sleep. She lowered the light and hopped on her bed. When she hopped on her bed, her roommate noticed that and wake up. Her roommate saw it was her and wanted to sleep back but just few seconds of all these happening, she saw a kind of shadow with her sleepy eyes. She suspected window Men and wanted to check out what she saw. It was a fast movement of hand by the window. The net was cut open already and the window man already took a purse on the table. She then raised alarm and the man ran away. There were not much girls in the hostel as the semester just began and not all has resumed.

The window man tripped and fell down while on the run but luckily for him, he escaped leaving the purse on the floor.

Enough should be enough for all these happenings. One day for the thief, another day for the owner.

This is not what we deserve, we deserve peace of mind and guaranteed security!

To all window Men on earth; may your reign comee to an unexpected end!!!!
