A Traditional marriage ceremony that ended in crises

True love is what we seek and also what we deserve but why does love itself get us blind. Love is strong they say, stronger than what I Imagined but if love is strong, are we supposed to be stronger or weaker? This isn't just about telling people how you love them but about the real you, that is the real color of love you are painting for them. This time around, I could compare this love with currency notes, people work hard to get real notes while some work harder to print the fake notes. Who is to be trusted if not without carefulness. Fake love is neat, real and true love is neat, they both glow in neatness but a careful look will separate the real currency notes from the fake ones.

I have heard, seen and saw how people cry in pain of heartbreak, what always happen is a similar story. Two hearts meets and on the run, one gets tired of being together and parts its ways regardless of the other. How did it all start, from the magnetic feeling of attraction to the opposite, where no sense of attraction is felt anymore. People can love with their whole heart while the loved understands and loves with a half heart but time reveals everything and the truth which can't be hidden .

This is what happened between a man who found love in a lady that had already been married, but had a broken home with two kids.This young man was rich and successful. He travelled with his friend on a vacation and met this lady and after a while, they fell in love and were talking marriage. During their courtship, the lady refused to let him know that she had two kids from a broken marriage.She only told him that she had been married alone and that the marriage didn't last long. The compassionate man accepted her wholeheartedly and even proposed to her.

He was blinded by love not to see what he was denied to see. Anytime he visits his fiancee, he sees two grown up kids around always and they always call him uncle and calls the fiancee aunt .

She had earlier instructed them that they should call her auntie anytime she welcomes any visitor. The Smart kids played along and that was how this man got convinced easily. This man buys gifts for these two kids always because they are always well behaved at his presence and has been spending money on them all. The marriage date has been fixed and one day, he visited his fiancee and on returning home, he had a flat tire, there was a road side mechanic that helped him out, they became friends and anytime he visits, be drops by to see his friend. One day he decided to take him out for a drink, his mechanic friend was happy and they went hanging out. The mechanic asked him where he goes everytime and that was where he told him about his soon to be wife.

The news has been everywhere that this young lady is getting married. The people around knows her so well about how she caused her marriage breakdown because her husband had was doing bad in business and other bad news about her. When this lady was described to the mechanic, he knew exactly who she was and by this time, he has been highed by alcohol. He took much beers that he was drunk and can spill every truth he knows about anything.

When this rich man asked the mechanic about his fiancee, the mechanic spilled fire at his hearing. The mechanic said that "Oh! is it not that lady that has been married before"? the rich man answered yes. The mechanic went further telling him about her two grown up kids and the reason for her first marriage break up.

Rich man could not believe his ears and thanked the mechanic for letting him know. He then went on to confirm the words the mechanic man. He took the two kids on an outing when his fiancee wasn't around, to cut the story short, the kids told him what he wanted to know. When he asked them about their father, they told him that their mother won't let them see him and him see them.

The preparations fkr the traditional Marriage has been done and everything was set, waiting for the day.

This rich man was heartbroken and opened up what was happening to his friend and family, at the end, they decided not to be present on the traditional Marriage day because it was too late to discuss that. On. the marriage day, the wife's people were cooking ad getting ready for celebration but never knew their inlaws were not coming again. They waited till evening and late night but saw no visitors.

This is not common, there must be a reason why, said the elders of the brides family. They went to the man's house to meet his people and know what caused the embarrassment of them not coming. That was were they were told what happened and they all left in shame.

They told the wife's family what happened and every blame was on the woman. This caused a big misunderstanding among them and till today, they are still quarrelling over it.

That was how it happened. The truth which can't be hidden came out and overthrew the darkness. No doubt the lady was in love for the man's wealth but whatever, she should have finished her story to the end by letting him know everything.

In this life, we have loved and have been loved, we have trust and have been trusted, we have hated and have been hated, we have fought and lost, we have tried and failed and we have made mistakes and learn from our past. Maybe because we MEET people we are supposed to MISS and MISS people we are supposed to MEET.
