I have seen true life instances of what you are about to read in this post but I never had any reason to write about it until I read about one of my very sweet sister's I have met with my online engagement on noise.cash and read.cash, she narrated her experiences been a special child in a post you can read HERE.
Whenever I read about situations like this, my heart aches and sometimes it gets so bad that I shed tears because I wonder why people take advantage of people with a different specialty. The majority of us refer to their condition as a disability but I don't like the word because it doesn't speak well about them or their personality. Been special isn't a condemnation, it is not a setback, they are just a symbol of genuine love among humans in this cruel world we live in.
What pisses me off is how they are been treated by some irresponsible human living among us, I sometimes can't stand some of the stories seen online about these special people regarding how they have fallen victims of different evil traps laid down by the irresponsible people I mentioned earlier. It is very annoying that some set of humans try to take advantage of the special being among us because we have an edge over them. Trying to outsmart them because of their condition is a sin to God and humanity and if I had the power, it would be sin without forgiveness.
The people who are meant to be shown extra love are the ones facing so many challenges in the world today which aren't supposed to be so but the good in the heart of men has burned out completely and all they are after is catching prey that they can devour with their wickedness
Challenges faced by Special beings.
THEY ARE UNDERESTIMATED: This one of the issues they face in the world today because people see only their disabilities and not the strength they have got in them. I have met many who have done great things in the world today, they may not be celebrated.
I remembered a guy we call professors in school then, he is very intelligent despite been a dwarf. He got the award of the best student every year until he graduated from secondary school. Luckily for me, I met him higher Institution and he was a great help to me and my friends that I introduced to him in school.
Despite his intelligence, I was surprised he couldn't get a job, he ended as a trader in a small kiosk because of his specialty.
He isn't the only one in this situation, our special one isn't given the opportunity to showcase what they have got and in some situations, people take the credit for the things the special ones does and only one out of 10,000 of them are been considered, given the opportunity or even appreciated.
PRONE TO ABUSE: The person who inspired me to write this post wrote about how she was abused, many special beings like her have been victims of many situations like hers in the world because people try to take advantage of them because they are sometimes very helpless.
Regardless of their condition, the special ones don't deserve to be taken advantage of or abused. Instead, they should be cared for and protected from any form of harm but it is the other way around.
I have seen different molestation, rape stories that involved the special one as a victim which is terrible and I want us all to remember that they are not weaklings even though their strength might not be able to stand ours and I would rather call those who try to take advantage of them as weaklings.
LONELINESS: I am sure we all know what it feels like to be alone, to be neglected by many, and when they try to come closer to you, you start seeing that they are coming closer because of the things that they can benefit from you.
They feel lonely because we separate them from us somehow which is not a good thing, they live a boring lifestyle and fall into depressions as they wished they weren't born at all.
Some years back I stumbled on a story of a guy proposing to two sisters, I was surprised and quickly opened the story to catch the full gist and to my surprise, one of the sisters is a special one and the guy proposed to the two of them just to make the special sister happy. I was moved by his action because it is something you hardly see in the world today.
They are not dirt or something to be ashamed about because some parents even lock these people up when they are kids just to prevent the world from seeing them. We must understand that regardless of what we look like, we all have a purpose on earth.
God created us for a purpose, we have a mission here which we all must fulfill before leaving and no matter how difficult their mission might be, we must support them to fulfill it.
They have every right to the goodness of life like everyone else and mustn't be deprived of anything, I hope we understand my point and we should be able to correct people when they treat the special ones wrongly.

Yes, many people take advantage of them... One man worked really hard to become a manager, and he is still waiting for the promised rewards from the business men who promised to promote him. He has Asperger's.
