Aging is a gradual, continuous, never-ending process of natural transformation that begins in early adulthood. During this stage, functions of the body as a whole begin to gradually deteriorate or disintegrate. People do not become old or elderly at any specific age. Through some findings, I discovered that Traditionally, age 65 has been designated as the outset of old age, But the reason was based in history. As each second, hour, the day goes on we gradually get older.
Aging is a transformation all of us will definitely have to face sooner or later in our lives. That is the main reason why we people get involved in using highly-priced skin care and splendor merchandise to maintain their young appearance or look younger. A typical woman, for example, spends over $400 approximately in a month just to look younger and at the same time as the men, on their own part, spend over $100 approximately in a month.
When some discover that their aging is above skincare products they are then involved in the surgical operations to look younger which is highly cost. But more than what you spend on beauty merchandise, what impacts our body and health are our daily habits and obsession.

Here are unhealthy daily routines or obsessions that make you age faster than normal.
1. Consuming Too Much Sugar
You might not be aware but sugar can make you age faster. This is why it’s advisable to consume it in moderation for op optimum health. Of course, we cannot stay off of sugar entirely. But we can control it, over time, more sugar in our body produces very specific aging effects, including wrinkles and sagging skin. This occurs through a procedure called “glycation.”
During this process, sugar is converted into hazardous free radicals that damage skin cells and create dark pores thereby accelerating the aging process.
Steps we can take to avoid excessive intake of sugar
1. Lessen and finally eliminate refined or processed sugar that means no soft drinks, added sugar, cakes, biscuits.
2. antioxidant such as fruits, vegetables, and legumes, nuts, and spices should be consumed
3. If we need to add sugar or we can't do without sugar, natural honey is a better option.
4. One conclusive encouragement? Keep a photo journal of yourself over 6 to 7 months as you stop yourself from consuming sugar and see the gradual changes.
2. Depriving Yourself of Quality Sleep
Sleep is very valuable to the mind and body. Several studies emphasize just how important sleep is to keep our bodies strong.
But most people don’t get enough sleep. In fact, I'm guilty of this I don’t sleep enough. In other words, I have less than 6 hours of night sleep every day.
Yet, we are advised to have at least 8 and 9 hours of sleep per night. Failing to miss this standard can cause aging to speed. Among older adults, even a single night of insufficient sleep can make the cells of the body age much quicker.
Yeah, we might have up to 9 hours to sleep But much more than just getting hours of sleep, the quality of sleep is also essential to a healthier body. Because just depriving yourself of quality sleep affects aging.
3. You’re Overexposed to Electronic Devices
In this age, most of our jobs are done online or with handheld devices. Most people spend more than six hours per day in front of electronic devices. This makes it really difficult to escape all the emitted light from the device, this light can lead to changes in skin cells, including skin shrinkage
This is why dermatologists warn of extensive exposure to the high energy visible light emitted from phones, tablets, or computer screens because it causes damage to the skin and which ultimately leads to premature aging.
4. Excessive consumption of alcohol
Most people are aware of the fact that intake of alcohol is dangerous but being addicted to it makes it impossible to avoid taking it.
Alcohol affects the way some important organs work and make them age faster. While heavy drinkers are more likely to have permanent damage to your liver, even moderate drinking can lead to problems like fatty liver disease. It also can make it harder for kidneys to perform its function.
