Don't you know you're blessed?

Everyone believes that what is happening right now is mostly within their control, while some people believe that events are simply occurring for no explicable reason and because of this we frequently fail to recognize how fortunate and blessed we are until something that used to happen on a regular basis stops happening to us .... Most people overlook the fact that there are some things we enjoy for free while others must pay for them and Until we are in their shoes whereby we must pay for those privileges we had freely before, I thinking that's when we are able to fully appreciate this blessing.

You'll realize that your life has been blessed when you begin to consider it in general, beginning with the day you were conceived, continuing through the time you were born, and ending right now and sometimes when you look around and When you look up old pals, you'll find that not all of them are still alive and that some of the ones that are may be battling for their lives in the hospital and some are still struggling while you are living your best life and still on the track on figuring out your success and you still don't believe you're blessed.

Being blessed involves more than simply having enough money to meet all of your needs and wants; it also involves feeling God's favor and protection despite everything that's going on in this cruel world...... Sometimes life can be so cruel, and you might lose everything you take for granted all of a sudden. At that point, you'll realize that your life has been a blessing all along but you failed to recognize it, and now you've learned it in the cruelest way possible by losing everything you once took for granted.

I will list some ways to know we are blessed and I hope all these makes us grateful for the blessings;

1. You Had Food Yesterday

This might looks shocking but believe me when I say having food yesterday is a blessing, because millions of people couldn't enjoy a meal yesterday and they are hoping to have some today but here you're and you already know you're going to eat this night..... Some don't even get 3 square meal per day and you enjoy this blessings each day and you're not grateful, this is an opportunity for you to appreciate what you have.

2. You Can Read This Now

Most of us believe is our right to see vividly, are we even aware that some people are born blind?, Some just sleep and when they woke up, they became blind for no reason and you're alive today and with your eye sight working perfectly well and you don't get to go to the hospital for medical check up for your eye, I'm here to tell you that you're blessed because if you know how much people pay to operate some blind eye, I'm sure you will be more appreciative.

3. You Go To Toilet Without Aid

Have you ever been to the hospital before and if you haven't maybe a day were by you're free, kindly visit the sick people and you would know the privilege you're enjoying freely..... There are some people that can't visit the toilet just the way we do and some their waste are been passed through a pipe which is been attached to their anus and the amount of money paid to make tht possible is much and this is another reason for us to be grateful.

4. You Breathe Without Aid

We all know how important our breathe is and and do you know how expensive oxygen is in the hospital?... In our country here in Nigeria Oxygen is N4500(11$) per hour in hospitals and N108,000(260$) per day imagine how expensive that's for just a month and for a year N1,296,00 (3000+$) and here you're reading this and also breathing freely without paying a dime and some are paying this outrageous amount, from this moment you just have to be grateful for everything.

5. You're Hopeful

The you know that is only people that are alive that are hopeful?, A dead man can't be hopeful because he his dead with his hope and we are all alive today not because of our power, nor by our strength nor by our knowledge and every moment we spent here on earth, we keep hoping for better days, be grateful for each day when you wake up because God has given you another life and that life is hope..... You might be sick or have a medical condition but you're better than the people under the ground because being alive means there's hope that whatever you're facing will come to an end.

6. You Have A Friend

You have someone you can run to in days of help and someone that motivates you and help you see the light at the end of the tunnel, someone that knows when someone you need help and knows when something is wrong with you, without telling them, not everyone is opportuned with that be grateful for your friends.
