Happy Birthday FRANCYS I recently read an article by my friend @CoquiCoin, titled "**celebrate good times**" where she reported that @LykeLyca is turning one year old on Read.cash. She asked to talk about celebrations. https://read.cash/@CoquiCoin/celebrate-good-times-7755b7a4 We've had a few celebrations, just getting together to chat and have a coffee or listen to some music, we've also celebrated with a party or two. At home, thank God, we are used to celebrate birthdays and any other event such as baptisms, First Communion. Our celebrations have been with a small group of people, mainly family and some friends. To celebrate we only need an excuse, we do it at any time. My oldest son sometimes came home with a group of friends to celebrate and they would sleep over, even if it was on the floor or they would dawn playing play station or on the PC. He had to travel and now lives in another country. In this case, I am going to share the celebration of my daughter Francys birthday. She studies in another city and due to the pandemic we see each other very little, but on September 17th she has a birthday and comes home. How fast time goes by, if we recently celebrated her first birthday...ha,ha,ha,ha. I started to review the photos and there was his grandmother (my mom, who is not with us now), his maternal grandmother, my brothers, friends and a group of children. We celebrated this first birthday in the Guaiquerí Park in Cumaná, we spent a very happy day, sharing this day with family and friends. Every year we celebrate her birthday, whether she is at home or not, for us it is a reason to celebrate, we never miss the cake. At home we are used to congratulate and sing the birthday right at 12 midnight and at 7:00 am we sing her the mañanitas "Que linda está la mañana, en que vengo a saludarte, venimos todos con flores y ....". In the next photo she was in rehearsal for her birthday with a group of friends from the urbanization and the second photo in the middle of a celebratory concert. Did I mention that she is a musician, well since she was 10 years old she joined the National Children's Orchestra, you can see it at: Choirs and Orchestras this is how we entered music https://read.cash/@Frankmart/choirs-and-orchestras-this-is-how-we-entered-music-ec26f408 We have him scheduled to make a lemon pai and a cake, as appetizers we have thought of making sardines escabeche, a tempura of one of the most exquisite fish as is the "futre" (later I will talk about the "futre"), creams accompanied with toasted bread. Of course, the karaoke can not miss, although there are musicians present at the celebration, at this time are not suitable for qualifications, so you can sing the person who wishes, the important thing is to enjoy the moment. We take advantage of these moments to get together as a family and enjoy ..... **To join my friend Lykelica's celebration. These are the rules.** *Giveaway Mechanics:* *Write about "Celebration" or anything memorable that you have celebrated in your lifetime. The article must have at least 3-minute reading time or more, authentic, originally written by you.* *Take a wild guess of my anniversary date: Pick only one number from 1-30.* *Insert the number you pick at the bottom of your article, example (**#25**), then tag me @LykeLyca* https://read.cash/search?q=%2325 *Only 1 article per writer.* *Giveaway runs for a week from now. "Majestic Turimiquire", a visit to the Throne of the Gods. (Part 2) In the first part, I describe how we got to the sector known as "Monte Oscuro" after 10 hours of donkey travel, and show photographs of the route. Sunrise at Monte Oscuro, cold and sunny morning After breakfast we went out to look for the coffee growers, first those who live farther away, it is a 2 hour walk, we arrived at a hut and found several people in the middle of harvesting. Let's see, who likes freshly roasted and ground coffee? .... to ME ..... If you go to a place where coffee is planted, roasted and ground, then you have to ask for it? ¡¡¡¡COFFEE!!!!.Before saying hello, I asked for coffee, to my surprise, they gave me a freshly prepared and almost pure coffee, but...... the CUP, the blessed CUP, it seemed to be taken out of the garbage, a cup that one day was white, the color was no longer distinguishable, I said to myself it is stained with coffee, I asked for it, I could not despise it now that with so much pleasure they offer it to me. How disgusting, I felt nauseous, I stopped looking at the cup and in 3 sips I drank it. After that I did not pay attention to the plates, cups or cutlery, if I did I would not eat. What does the inspection consist of? First of all the interested person must go to the main office to request the documentation as an occupant of the land, it is very easy, you only have to submit a photocopy of the ID card and a guarantee of the community where you live, fill out some forms with the boundaries, approximate area and that cultivated, the producer owns the property (crops, fences, house) but not the land, the land belongs to the nation unless it is private land and for that you must submit a series of documents. After being registered in our computer system the inspection is planned, the farthest place I have come in the Turimiquire, is where the Neveri river is born known as "Las Cabeceras del Neveri" at 2200 meters above sea level, it was 22 hours of road making a stopover, in the last stretch we left at 3 am and arrived at 10 pm, when I find those photos I show you the place. In my job I have to review the crop and make recommendations, then walk the entire perimeter of the plot with a GPS to measure the area, then download all the information in the database, then the realization of plans of the plot, the legal information, until in a short time (sometimes it took too long), the documentation of the plot is delivered. These are my wonderful Sponsors, I invite you to review their articles, they are very good and fascinating, I am sure you will like them. After the inspection we go to another producer, we arrive at a place called Cerro Grande. When we arrive very close to the site, we leave the animals, because of the danger of the road, they do not go up because it is a very high and steep slope. We continue on foot, up a cliff until we reach the plain. I marveled at the beautiful coffee cultivation of that site, the trees well aligned, many flowering plants, many others with ripe fruit, a spectacle. After harvesting, it is left to dry in the sun for several days and is constantly moved to ensure uniform drying. We went back, now how to go down, it seems to me that it is more dangerous than going up, I have to crawl to avoid falling, it is at least 100 meters high. I asked myself how do they get the sacks of coffee down in this place, someone answered me, I put it on my shoulder and went down, he also had a machete in his hand... and I was crawling to avoid falling. Well, we stayed at the producer's house, they were waiting for us for lunch, they gave us half an arepita of these, with canned fish, because they are low-income people, they consume a lot of carbohydrates and little protein because of the costs. Arepas: the producers also plant corn, which after the harvest they parboil and grind to make a dough, give it a rounded shape and put it on the fire until it is cooked. I can not escape one of our weaknesses increasingly accentuated, girls breastfeeding children, this is our painful reality, to find in such remote places girls of 12 years pregnant, or 15 years with 3 children, 24 years with 5 children and all living in misery, even here do not reach the educational plans, when I made this inspection a few years ago the governor on duty said in the media .... "Sucre State free of illiteracy", it seems to me that our friend does not know Sucre State well, I work in a state institution and I am not proud to live this reality, which every day becomes unsustainable. Most of the time these children walk naked, diapers are hardly used only when they go down the mountain to the city, here we see a recycling of disposable diapers, I do not know how they will do in the present because a disposable diaper costs a lot of money, remember that I live in Venezuela, our prices are international and we earn in bolivars, every day more devalued. Time to say goodbye. New sunrise in Cerro Grande, here if I could sleep, after breakfast we went in search of another producer, I also liked his crop had a yellow species and a very well formed coffee seedbed. We arrive at the house at 2:00 pm, we go to have lunch, after a get-together, go to the creek to bathe..... I could not bathe, this water is colder than the water in the fridge at my house. Night came, we gathered around a campfire, told anecdotes, had dinner and went back to sleep. Tomorrow we return to the city. "Majestic Turimiquire", a visit to the Throne of the Gods. (Part 1) The Turimiquire mountain massif covers 3 states, Anzoátegui, Monagas and Sucre. Located in the Coastal Mountain Range of Venezuela, it has an extension of 540,000 hectares. Turimiquire means Throne of Gods, in the Cumanagota language, it really is a throne of gods when you enter the majesty of its mountains. We start our tour from Cumana, Sucre State, we take the south road for about 45 minutes to a town called Tataracual, there we leave the vehicle to cross a suspension bridge and continue on foot for an hour, a dirt road and stones, bordering the Manzanares River, and then continue along the Tataracual River to the house of a coffee producer, where we spend the night. It is 4:00 am, we prepare to leave at 5:30 am, we are ready to continue our way to the village known as Monte Oscuro, our estimated hike is 10 hours. Shortly after our departure we meet a group of students, coming down the mountain to go to school and one waiting to join the group, some of them take up to 2 hours to get to school, notice that one of them carries his shoes in his hands and goes barefoot to avoid getting them dirty. We are crossing the Tataracual River, shallow waters during the dry season, when the rainy season arrives all these rocks are submerged in the river. These are my wonderful sponsors, they have excellent articles, I invite you to visit them. You can leave comments, I know you will like them. It is 10:00 am, we continue climbing and make our first stop at La Bandera hill, there we have breakfast, there is an impressive view, from here we can see the city of Cumaná, the Araya Peninsula and Margarita Island. It is time to continue, as you will see the roads are very narrow, only mules and donkeys can pass, when we meet producers that go down we have to move aside so that the animals can pass without problems. We continue going deeper and deeper into the mountain between ascents and descents of hills, in the distance we see the house where we will arrive, we still have about 2 hours to go. We found on the way a cave with a subway river, we took the opportunity to drink cold, natural and crystalline water, we still have to climb another mountain, we had to walk because the animals slip on the road, until we reach a hill and ride again. We arrived at 4:30 pm, the animals were released to eat and rest, the next day the journey continues. Where we arrived there is an earthen patio where the coffee is put to dry after harvesting, here we have the producer's wife removing the trash from the coffee, then they fill the sacks that will come down from the mountain for sale. We stayed talking and drinking the coffee that they roast themselves, now to have dinner and rest, there is no time to bathe, the night caught us. We meet by the light of a campfire to plan the inspections of the coffee producers. It is 8:00 pm to sleep, we prepare the hammocks and cots (rustic beds of sticks and carton, usually without mattress), we have to get up early to start the inspections. I always take my camping hammock, I just need a place to hang it and that's it, I don't like those beds. Impossible to sleep, the cold is coming through the hammock, to urinate you have to leave the house, there is no bathroom, everything is closed without light, dirt floor, there are no cell phones with flashlights to illuminate, you can't see anything, we are in New Moon. When is it going to be dawn? 4:30 am, finally, I hear noise in the kitchen, someone is up. I wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and stick to the stove to warm up, it's too cold.  This first part of my visit to Turimiquire, I had written it a few weeks ago, I had the photos ready in a Compact Disk but the PC damaged the disk, luckily I found them in a HD of a damaged laptop. For the second part, I will show you a very funny anecdote, the coffee plants in bloom and with fruits, a week of sharing with the coffee farmers. ¡TERROR!: An insect Many people feel terror in the presence of an insect, generally when they see a cockroach, the first thing they do is scream and you have to kill it however you can, others are curious about its color or appearance; perhaps because of my profession and my way of being (I am a researcher) I stop to observe and, if I don't know it, I look for information. They even made children's movies about insects, such as: "A Bug's Life: a miniature adventure", Antz, The AntBully (Hormigaz), Fly Me to the Moon, The Mayan Bee. Photo by: Antz, Bug's life, AntBully, Maya, Fly to the Moon https://www.reddit.com/r/nostalgia/comments/fn2s6y/antz_vs_a_bugs_life_in_1998/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ant_Bully_(film) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maya_the_Bee_(TV_series) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fly_Me_to_the_Moon_(film) In an insect we can distinguish three distinctive regions: head, thorax and abdomen. In the head we find the mouthparts, eyes and a pair of antennae, in the thorax we find three pairs of locomotor appendages or legs (articulated) and, in most species, two pairs of wings. These characteristics distinguish insects from other closely related arthropods, such as spiders, ticks, centipedes and millipedes; today I want to refer to that part of insects that we very rarely pay attention to and that catches my attention: their antennae. Photo by: Ricardo Varela https://www.chileindomito.cl/fotografia-de-insectos-por-ricardo-varela/ These are my sponsors, I invite you to read their very interesting articles, you will like them. **The Wonderful World of Insect Antennae** If you stop just for a moment to observe them, you will notice that the antennae are located on the head, in the middle of the eyes or below them. In their other life stages (larva and pupa) they also have antennae although very small. Researching a little on the internet I found that insect antennae have three true segments: 1 basal or scape, 2 pedicel and 3 flagellum. They can vary in shape and size among insect groups, and this is due to modifications of the flagellum. This is why they are useful for identifying some insect groups. Photo by: Wasp antenna https://allyouneedisbiology.wordpress.com/tag/antenas-filiformes/ The antennae are considered very important because they are the sensory organs, i.e. they are the sense of smell and touch; although in other insects they have an auditory function. **Types of Insect Antennae** **Aristate antennae**: These are small, sac-like antennae, compact at the base and with an edge (hair) on the last segment, mainly found in flies. Dragonflies have this type of antennae. Photo by: Left, M. A. Broussard. Right, Jhon Flannery https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Insect-antenna_aristate.svg https://www.flickr.com/photos/drphotomoto/4237355484 I hope that with this article you will lose a little fear of these small animals, which also play a very important role in the natural balance and one of them is that they are controllers of other insects harmful to crops, as well as responsible for pollinating the flowers, without them there would be no agricultural production. For example, if there are no bees or cicadas present in the passion fruit crop, the flowers would simply fall off and would not bear fruit. How to transfer BCH from Read.cash to BINANCE **Happy day friends** A short time ago I read the article published by @CoquiCoin "My experience using P2P on Binance", it is well detailed how to change BCH to your local currency using Binance. But how do I do to transfer my BCH to Binance, I will explain it below. Binance is a cryptocurrency exchange platform, which owns its own token (BNB), the company was founded in China but moved its servers and headquarters to Japan before the Chinese government banned cryptocurrency trading in 2017. By 2018, Binance became the exchange with the largest number of operations in the world, with its headquarters in Japan and Taiwan. Binance has several project alliances in different countries. **These are my sponsors, they have very interesting topics, you can visit them, you will like them.** Binance had the largest cryptocurrency exchange that capitalized $1.3 billion of BNB. Because of this **Zhao**, who is the CEO of Binance, Forbes magazine has him rated as the third person who owns the third largest cryptocurrency wealth worldwide. Binance offers many advantages, you can buy or sell more than 100 types of cryptocurrencies it owns at any local currency, you can exchange cryptocurrencies at any time and very easily, it has several payment options including bank transfers, using debit or credit cards and cash. Binance works only with people who have been verified, it is a very safe platform and one of the most used in the world, you also have the option to do Cryptocurrency Trading, also if you are not using your cryptocurrencies you can earn an annual percentage, which would be charged daily or depending on the option you have chosen. Once we have our account in Binance, we can access it from the computer or from our mobile, there we look for the first option in the upper right hand side the wallet tab, when the tab is displayed we look for the last row where Spot Wallet appears and we select it with a click. Being in Spot Wallet, in the box shown below we write the acronym of our currency BCH and select, now go to the right side and click on Deposit. Here a window will open, click on Network and it will open this other window where we will select the Network, which is BCH, you must be very careful to select the correct network, check very well that it is BCH, if by mistake you select another network you can lose your cryptocurrencies. When we open this window we will copy our BCH wallet from Binance. Having copied our BCH wallet from Binance, we go to Read.Cash and select send my money. In this window we will paste our Binance BCH address. Then we go to the cashddr.org link, click on it and it will open a page where we will change the wallet address. In this link we are going to renew the Binance wallet address, copy the one that says bitcoincash and go back to Read.cash. In this window we paste our new bitcoincash address (it is the same of Binance), change the switch to BCH, although I believe that with $ can also be done and put the amount of BCH you want to send to Binance, click on the send button. Ready, transaction in process, it is time to wait for the BCH to arrive to Binance, in my case they arrived in about 17 minutes. Binance sends you an email confirming the transaction. We go to Binance, we look for the Wallet tab, Transaction History, and we get our BCH. Indeed, our BCH arrived, without any additional fee. As you can see it is a simple transaction, just follow the steps correctly and in a short time you can send your BCH to Binance and then exchange them to your local currency. CHOIRS AND ORCHESTRAS, this is how we entered music. Some time ago at a meeting of parents and representatives at the elementary school, where my 10 year old daughter was studying, my wife was talking to another representative and told her that her daughter was part of the Children's Orchestra and played the violin, she informed us what we had to do to join the orchestra. My wife, my daughter and I went to the place where the offices of the National System of Children's and Youth Orchestras of Sucre state are located, actually until now it has no headquarters, they were working in the headquarters of the College of Journalists, it is a house modified to give classes, we were attended by a secretary not so friendly, it is so with everyone who came, the requirements were very simple, proof of studies, 2 photographs and fill out the application, the class schedule Monday through Friday from 3 to 5 pm, almost always culminated at 6 pm. Now, how we divided our time to take her and pick her up, sometimes I would take them both to the orchestra and then pick them up, other times they would go by public transportation. Children's Choir "Theatre Luis Mariano Rivera" The National System of Children and Youth Orchestras of Venezuela was created by Maestro José Antonio Abreu in 1975. Participation in the Orchestra System is completely free, children or young people who wish to participate only must present themselves with the enthusiasm to learn to play a musical instrument, the requirements are minimal and is provided with the instrument under a loan contract to be signed by parents, is responsible for the care and maintenance of the instrument, it is exclusively for use in the presentations of the Orchestra System. Since the student enrolls begins learning both theoretical and practical, in a very short time is participating in concerts, although they are in the middle of learning, in this way the student is included to participate and improve every day. For more information: https://elsistema.org.ve/estructura-academica/ These are my sponsors, they have very good articles, you can also visit them, you will like them. My daughter started in the children's choir, that week there was a very important meeting of the Ministry of Justice, within its programming for the weekend was the presentation of the Children's and Youth Choir and Orchestras of Cumana, so it was her first public participation in the Luis Mariano Rivera Theater. How is that, it hasn't started for a week and it already has a presentation. We did not have to run a lot because of the uniform, white shirt and black pants, you can imagine our excitement, but we could not enter because the presentation was private and with a lot of police security. After 1 month in the children's choir, she became part of the Children's Orchestra, so she started without an instrument in her first rehearsals, and then selected the instrument she liked. The instrument she selected was the Bassoon. Photo by: Musical instruments https://instrumentosmusicales10.net/fagot-como-tocar In the videos you will be able to appreciate the difference in sound of each instrument. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8mjpaSchODg What is that? another neophyte of the musical world, even though I studied some folkloric instruments I did not know the Bassoon (this instrument is not folkloric), what I did know is that the instrument was bigger than her and each student has to carry her instrument once it is assigned to her (it is not the parents, it is the students that have to carry her instrument, except for the Bass and Percussion that are not given to the students because they are heavy instruments), I was wondering how I was going to carry it, but there were only a few instruments and they were not available, so I had to share with another student. They assigned an advanced student to be his tutor, but this girl did not participate much because of her university classes, she was getting bored because she had no instrument and almost no lessons, she was like this for three months, until the director, the Maestro Jhonny Potella, told her that she had to select another instrument. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YM8slKnn8Ok&list=PLqGqM_CyNN_C7UJEh8jocyV5U9o5DdwbQ&index=4 Clarinet Solo As her representatives we had to accompany her to select another instrument, which one do you like and what is available, .... the secretary answers, we have violin, cello... ...I like the Clarinet .... but there is no Clarinet, the secretary answers, we have Oboe, it is similar to the Clarinet .... well, ok give me that one. Not very happy I grab the Oboe, a small box, about 30 cm x 20 cm. Photo by: Oboe & Clarinet https://es.dreamstime.com/fotograf%C3%ADa-de-archivo-opini%C3%B3n-delantera-y-trasera-del-oboe-image37635942#_ https://horadelrecreo.com/c-instrumentos-musicales/clarinete When we got home, we opened the box, put it together and started blowing without knowing how to do it, novices at last, my daughter researched on the internet about the Oboe and found something like this .... " The reason for tuning the Orchestra using the oboe, is that, among all the instruments of the orchestra, not counting the piano, is the one that has a more stable tone, remaining constant despite changes in temperature or humidity", her face lit up and said, I have the most important instrument of the Orchestra. https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oboe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKfgSYvbohY I would have liked to post a video of my daughter playing the Oboe, but I only have pictures. From there the presentations began Ayacucho Park Concert, Cumana, Sucre State Looking for a way to integrate myself even more in the Children's Orchestra, I enrolled in a photography course passing the 3 levels as a photographer, that led me to buy my first semi-professional camera, I talked with the director of the Orchestra Maestro Jhonny Potella, to allow me to assist as a photographer of the Orchestra, I also wanted to create a billboard with the outstanding children, besides having a web page of the Children's Orchestra with the presentations, that each teacher and student would have his biography, all this would be free, I would not charge for that, but they did not give me an answer, time passed and I forgot about it. Concert Cumana Plaza Shopping Mall, Cumana, Sucre state I dedicated myself to take many photographs from any angle, I was allowed to do so because many of my photos were for the orchestra's reports that had to be sent to the headquarters. Santa Inés Church Concert, Cumana, Sucre State I took photo albums of the children's choir and orchestra, youth orchestra, symphonic choir and the lyric choir during rehearsals, in the warm-ups, in full concert, photos that remained only for me, I could not take them to the web without the corresponding permissions. Youth Orchestra and Symphonic Choir, Luis Mariano Rivera Theater Concert, Cumana, Sucre State. Many representatives took the students to the rehearsals and stayed around the school until the children left, it could be between 2 or 3 hours that the rehearsals lasted. The choir teacher decided to create the choir of parents of the students of the orchestra, so that the representatives would sign up but it did not work, however, I was enthusiastic about the idea and began to investigate, I met the maestro Edmundo Centeno Director of the Symphonic Choir of Sucre state and he accepted me in the group (later I will talk about it). Concert in a place known as El Monumento, near the sea. The Children's, Youth and Symphonic choirs participated, accompanied by the Children's and Youth Orchestras from all over the state of Sucre. I shared several presentations with my daughter in the Youth Orchestra and myself in the Symphonic Choir, this was one of those presentations. Part of the repertory was: Arturo Márquez: Danzon Nº 2 Beethoven: Shymphony Nº 1 Beethoven: Shymphony Nº 5 Damaso Perez: Mambo Nº 5 Georg Haendel: Hallelujah Jhon Williams: Stars Wars José López: Río Manzanares Pablo Herrero y José Armenteros: Venezuela Tchaikovski: Shymphony Nº 4 Christmas Popurri Many more Remembering one of my daughter's birthdays, he surprised us when he blew out the candle, as always waiting for him to come closer to take the corresponding photograph, from the place where he was, approximately 2 meters away from the cake, he blew out the candle, we all stood still watching such a feat. At present she is studying a music degree and plays several instruments, she also works as a music teacher, she teaches on line and in person about music theory, piano, cuatro, guitar, bass... among other instruments. Farm "El Rancho", a moment to share Some time ago, I was invited to the farm to give a talk on earthworm breeding and compost preparation. This invitation came from the Fishing School of Cumaná, Sucre State, where we would visit the farm, accompanied by professors and students of the school. I was invited because I am a specialist in the area, my wife works at the school and the farm belongs to an uncle of one of the teachers who accompanied us. The students were taking the environmental education course and it was the right time for a field day. We took a public bus together with the teachers and students, the kids were very excited, some of them had never left the city of Cumaná. Our trip lasted approximately 2 hours, we traveled east to the town of Cariaco, then we continued towards the road to Casanay, the farm is approximately 5 kilometers before arriving to Casanay. We arrived at noon, we were introduced to Mr. Antonio, owner of the farm, while the girls were preparing lunch we went to help pick up the fallen leaves and arrange the place where the tents would be set up for the students to spend the night. Some were encouraged to take a swim in the pool, while I visited the animals and took pictures of the place. I was very impressed by the goat made with metal remains, Mr. Antonio told us about the history of the goat, which was made by a local farmer. I was impressed by the detail, all made in welding, a masterpiece. I was contemplating the landscape as the afternoon was falling, it was an impressive sight, the colors of the sky that were constantly changing, as it went from a light blue to a reddish yellow and then darken completely. And the coconut trees were changing their greenness for totally black shadows until they could not be seen in the darkness. While I was enjoying the scenery, the kids were setting up the tents, they came to pick me up and it was time for coffee, we were entertained talking with the owners about various topics, mainly about animal production, until nightfall. After that we had a conversation with the students about vermiculture and how to prepare compost. The house where we arrived is very comfortable, very large windows where the air passes without problems, as I really like hammocks, I slept in the corridor. The next morning I noticed that my shoes had disappeared, we were looking everywhere and they did not appear, well it turns out that there is a dog that loves to break shoes and Mr. Antonio imagined who had been but did not say anything, until someone appeared with the shoes that were in a shed, well if it was the dog that used them as a pillow but they were saved, it did not do anything to them. After an excellent breakfast, we went to visit the corrals to continue with the conversation and collect sheep manure to continue with the preparation of compost and worm farming in the school, this manure would be transported by one of the teachers who brought his vehicle. Then I made a tour with Mr. Antonio to take other pictures, we were talking about sheep production, he told me that there are very few people who have this breeding, he has been interested in increasing production in the area, he also has animals for sale, this breed is Persian black head, the flock is small because the farm has only 4 hectares, although it is very nice and well maintained, the area is not enough to have 3 cattle. I would like to inform you that according to the climatic conditions, soil, pasture and type of cattle to be raised, the number of animals per hectare that can be kept is calculated. For example for a bovine you need 1 animal per hectare of land, for sheep are 4 animals per hectare, this is because 1 hectare of pasture per month, is what 1 bovine or 4 sheep can eat approximately, now if you complement the nutrition with concentrated feed you can increase the number of animals per hectare, you have to make other calculations. He also has Guineas, which are like chickens but less friendly, they always run wild in groups. We were talking about raising quail and other birds, he showed me an incubator that he has not been able to put to work, I noticed that it was missing some components, but I have not been able to pay him another visit. We liked that place very much, I had always dreamed of something like that, a little smaller, because when you work it is not the same as when you go for a walk. Animal husbandry is a very big responsibility, they don't have vacations and there is always something to do unlike the 3 month crops, they are days of intense work, but after the sale you can rest a little and depending on how the harvest went, you can take a vacation. The next picture is of a newborn calf, we almost arrived at the birth. On the way back, we had to go to the Casanay terminal to take the bus back to Cumaná, hoping that we can return and enjoy another pleasant days. Happy day, encouraged again to write, I begin my story on a visit to the mountain where I spent a week in the moonlight, after making my writing I look for my photographs to show the narrow and dangerous roads that I had to pass, apart from the beauty of the mountain. My sadness is due to the fact that the pc does not read the disk where the photos are, I think I lost them, they are many photos of the coffee crops, the landscape, others. But now I restart with another story of a visit I made to a farm, I am writing it, soon I will send it. Thanks

"Araya" Cristaline Beach, Memories of a Journey The beaches of Araya are a paradise, fine white sand and crystal clear waters. I met the town of Araya a few years ago, my first trip was an adventure and a half traumatic experience, I did not know what I was going to face, I was visiting my girlfriend for the first time at her parents' house, I'll leave it for another time. To get to Araya you can take two routes, by land or sea, we will start with the sea route, starting from the city of Cumaná in the state of Sucre, Venezuela, we go to the Ferrys dock, there you can choose to go to Margarita Island in speedboats whose trip lasts between 1:30 to 2: 00 hours, in barges or Ferrys for about 4 to 5 hours of travel, there are also departures to Araya in a boat with a capacity of 60 people approximately, a barge that transports vehicles and people, whose average travel time is 1 hour, and a faster transport known as "Tapaito", are wooden boats with capacity for 32 people plus 3 crew members, are fully covered, have 4 outboard engines and the journey takes between 15 and 20 minutes to the town of Manicuare. Foto de: "Conociendo la Península de Araya" https://t.co/SRoBsdw8dE?amp=1 From Manicuare it is necessary to take a pickup truck to the town of Araya, which takes approximately 15 minutes. Foto de: Araya Hoy https://www.facebook.com/arayahoy/posts/30-de-agosto-esto-fue-lo-que-conseguimos-en-las-diferentes-paradas-del-servicio-/1342002516006313/ The population of Araya's main source of income is artisanal fishing, formerly the salt company (currently there is very low salt production) ARAYA: "The Salt Queen", followed by tourism during the high season, which has also declined significantly due to the covid19 , although the beaches are always visited. https://read.cash/@Frankmart/araya-the-salt-queen-8802fdf9 Most of the time we made the trips in our vehicle, we had to go very early to queue and buy tickets, the barge known as "La Palita" leaves at 10:30 am, the arrival is approximately at 11:30 am, crossing the Gulf of Cariaco we can see the dolphins approaching the boat. Arriving to the mainland we can contemplate Punta Arenas, a very beautiful and quiet area to spend a nice time, to get there you have to take a transport from Araya or Manicuare, although the access is not easy, the road is dirt road to the beach. Let's start by visiting the beach of El Castillo, named after the castle called "Real Fortaleza Santiago de Arroyo de Araya", it was built during the years 1623 -1625, to guard the salt flats from pirate attacks. It is one of the best beaches I have visited, the sand is white and fine, the waters are crystal clear and very cold due to the high concentration of salt they have, we always made our trips at Easter and spent several days in tents on the shore of the beach, although we have a house to get there, but it is an unforgettable experience to camp on the beach and wake up at midnight bathed, because the tide rose and reached us, but our tent was located 50 meters from the shore, that really does not matter to the sea. Usually we stayed with my wife and my two children. When dawn came, it did not provoke to leave the tent, the roar of the sea, the singing of seabirds, the cold morning .... but you have to drink coffee, so to stand up. https://read.cash/@Frankmart/araya-fortress-the-guardian-of-the-white-gold-388828cf This beach has a small problem, in times of strong breeze it is very difficult to be, there are always the risky ones who stay, but the winds are so strong that the sand feels like it leaves marks on your skin, as we say vulgarly the sand pricks, you have to be in the water to avoid it. Near the Castillo beach, there are tourist inns with very good food, just cross the street and you will be on the beach. There are also food stands by the beach. The next one is the beach behind the castle, so called because you have to cross the castle to get to it, like the previous one is a beach of white sand, crystal clear waters, but of higher temperature, there we used to go early in the morning to look for chipi-chipi, after digging the sand for a while and take a few good dips, we returned home to enjoy a chipi-chipi consommé, sometimes we got some crustaceans commonly called "abuelitas", which were also very tasty. Foto de: "Consomé Chipi-chipi" y "Abuelita" o "Emerita" https://www.recetavenezolana.com/consome-de-chipichipi/ https://animalesyplantasdeperu.blogspot.com/2021/06/muy-muy-emerita-analoga.html Another beach is called "playa los muertos" (beach of the dead), an unattractive name, but its name is because it is a beach with very soft waves and shallow waters, very gentle winds, there I always saw people practicing wind surfing, to get there you must have a vehicle or walk a few kilometers, there is no transportation to this beach. Foto de: Araya Hoy "Playa Los Muertos" https://www.facebook.com/1125025417704025/posts/1297163220490243/ We are now going to the town of El Rincón, as for transportation to get to that town you also have to get on the pickup from Araya, there lives an aunt of my wife, we always went to visit, my sister in law a few years ago built a ranchería (fishing house) on the shores of the beach "El Manglillo", so we changed our nights in a tent for a ranchería. It was only a room with a bathroom, a living room and a small kitchen, no walls only several sticks joined side by side. Because it is a small town most of the villagers know each other, when they found out we were visiting, the rancheria was always full with many people who came to say hello and my wife's cousins who lived in Puerto La Cruz, also enjoyed their days off there, some stayed at the rancheria, it was a real party for several days, there we hung the hammocks and to spend cold. In the morning we were awakened by the noise of the fishermen's engines, to stand up and wait for them to arrive to unload the fish to help and buy from the recent catch, many times we were given the fish as a gift for having helped to unload. Now an excellent breakfast with arepas, fried fish, salad and plantain, what more could we ask for, a week of total relaxation. Now we go by land, starting from the city of Cumaná we go east, we will make a journey of about 3 to 4 hours, crossing several towns that I will summarize with the names of the municipalities, the landscape that is observed is marine, because we are bordering the Gulf of Cariaco, The first municipality we found is Bolivar, we continue with Mejia, here the stop is mandatory, there is a boardwalk where we can photograph the immensity of the Gulf, here we also find hot springs that go directly to the sea and eat the delicious dogfish empanadas. We continue to the municipality of Ribero, entering this municipality we find the town of Cerezal, where different types of handicrafts and Creole sweets such as canned pineapple and sweet potato, also noted for its cultivation of sweet cane for the production of refined sugar, we entered the town of Cariaco, capital of the municipality. Photo by: Temporadista "San Antonio del Golfo" and Destinos de Sucre "Cerezal" https://www.google.com/search?q=san+antonio+del+golfo&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwiFyIzYs7TyAhVKNt8KHZw7AdoQ2-cCegQIABAA&oq=san+antonio+d&gs_lcp=CgNpbWcQARgAMgQIIxAnMggIABCABBCxAzIFCAAQgAQyBQgAEIAEMgUIABCABDIFCAAQgAQyBQgAEIAEMgUIABCABDIFCAAQgAQyBQgAEIAEUJOzG1iMzBtggeEbaABwAHgBgAG6CYgBmiGSAQ0yLTEuMC4xLjEuMi4xmAEAoAEBqgELZ3dzLXdpei1pbWfAAQE&sclient=img&ei=HsEZYYXBHMrs_Aac94TQDQ&bih=506&biw=1094#imgrc=uJcK0OIhmfzImM https://www.destinosdesucre.com.ve/2017/02/el-pueblo-de-cerezal-del-municipio.html We continue moving north, we enter a mountainous and steep vegetation via Cruz Salmerón Acosta municipality, after 2 hours of road we have reached the north coast of the Araya Peninsula, we are passing through the town of Playa Brava, so called because of the high waves that lashes against the shore, we continue to the entrance to Chacopata. From there we can observe the Coche, Cubagua and Margarita Islands "The pearl of the Caribbean". We return to the west along the north coast, an impressive view, we see how the landscape is degrading from a high mountain area with large green trees, to a desert area with thorny bushes and few leaves. The municipality Cruz Salmerón Acosta is divided into 3 large parishes, Araya which is its capital, Manicuare and Chacopata. The second town that we found is Chacopata, from there you can travel by sea to any of the 3 islands, its main activity is artisanal fishing, on our route we found Guayacán and Caimancito, two populations that live mainly from the extraction of pepitonas (green mussel perna), there are many projects of grinding the pepitona shell to obtain calcium, hopefully they are put into practice, in Guayacán there is a module of the University of Oriente that researches on migratory birds. Then we arrived at the towns of Taguapire, Guerito and Guamache. https://youtu.be/_DgHjP5WtPk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-nYAGY7d0o Video: Recycling of sea shells to obtain calcium carbonate (CaCO3) Organic. When I made my first trip by land the roads were asphalted in bad condition, you could go at an average speed, but from the town of El Guamache to Araya, the road was dirt, there we spent a century, I could not wait to get there. First of all, we were traveling in a Volskwagen, you know how the shock absorbers of those cars were, secondly, we passed the "costillas de muerto"("dead rib"), first time in my life, I do not come back here anymore. "Costilla de muerto" call the formation of mounds created by the action of the wind that makes a representation to a rib, each mound was separated from the other by about 30 cm, imagine how we came jumping inside the car, I did not know what was better if traveling at 10 kph or high speed, I do not know how long we lasted the trip, the truth is that I did not take that road until they asphalted it. Hallelujah, we arrived in Araya. Photo by: Dreamstime "Dead rib" https://es.dreamstime.com/foto-de-archivo-arena-amarilla-movida-por-el-viento-image99195133 We missed the south of the Peninsula, but there are the towns of Manicuare, "Blue, from that summit so far away toward it my thoughts fly...." cradle of the poet Cruz Maria Salmeron Acosta, poem "Blue", we continue with the towns of Merito, Salazar today produces a large amount of onion that is sold in local markets, we continue with the towns of Tacarigua, La Angoleta, Los Cachicatos and El Cedro. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_NRdeIY_bFM “Blue”, based on the sonnet by Venezuelan poet Cruz María Salmerón Acost. This short film made by Antonio D. Espejo has won the Communicator Awards 2021 for best entertainment film. https://www.instagram.com/tv/COndYXRHlt7/?utm_source=ig_embed&ig_rid=d9d74c83-6a45-46c6-8338-e1ac4b07f859 I end my trip with this photograph taken on the beach of El Manglillo. I invite you to get to know this town, the first time I visited it I was impressed by its salt hill, as its inhabitants used to say "the big salt pillotes", its crystalline beaches, its fine sand and most importantly its people. .. I can affirm that because I even fell in love and married an arayera .... Very well, we end our journey, I hope this reading has been to your liking. Everything has its moment! Happy day, I have been writing articles for some time now and have told my wife to also create an account for herself to post her own articles, but she prefers to help create them. The following article is hers and she asked me to post it for her on my account, we have a saying, "total, all goes for one sack". Hello, today I decided to sit down again to write, sometimes time and other activities do not let me do it, I try to look for that moment but I tell myself later I do it and that later becomes tomorrow and when I realize it's time to sleep .... I tell you that the day before yesterday I was sorting the kitchen utensils, I found with a pie baking pan (with the date label 2015), I have always wanted to make a cake, but I did not dare, I thought it was more difficult than making a cake or cupcake. Then I decided to search with the help of Dr. Google how to make a lemon tart, why lemon, well because my neighbor has a very lush lemon bush, many of its branches give to the patio of my house, those lemons are very large and juicy, in these months has loaded quite a lot, almost all have matured in the bush because we wait for them to fall naturally, the recipe says to use 100 ml of lemon juice and just with 2 lemons I got that amount. Well continued, then I checked the shelf and the fridge and I had some of the ingredients, I only lacked the flour and corn starch, the next day we went out to buy them. The story doesn't end there, I had leftover pastry cream and meringue, so I filled some of the cupcakes, and I had to prepare another tray to make meringue sighs and 3 tartlets. This craving took me 9 hours of work, between preparation and leaving the kitchen in order, but I was very satisfied with the result; I could not resist the temptation, so I tried a tartlet, a filled cupcake and two meringue sighs at that time of the night (it was about 12:00pm). Today, we indulged in a treat at snack time. Sometimes it is difficult to acquire the ingredients, because of the economic situation, but I have opted to go shopping and save for those snacks... It is worth making a sacrifice or rather a balance of what we have and what we want. Part of the story of the cake pan, is that about 10 years ago we bought one and never used it, when we were cleaning we would take it out to use it and put it away again, until it disappeared. In 2015 we were out shopping and we saw the pie baking pan, my wife took it in her hands and put it back on the shelf, I asked her if she wanted it and she said no, we had one and never used it, but I was not convinced, so I took the pie baking pan and we went through the supermarket. When we got to the checkout, she took it out of the cart and put it aside and said she wasn't going to buy that, without her noticing I took it back and paid for it. When we got home it was a surprise, she did not expect it, well that was six years ago, she finally used it, now she wants to make pie of other flavors, although she was very tired, for the next one I will help her. What did you think of the story? I tell you that I had not eaten lemon pie, now we want to make pineapple, parchita, we'll see. What was missing in the story is that I had to decorate the pie with the meringue, it doesn't look so bad, right? If you want to prepare this recipe here is the link I used: LEMON PIE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpO5HCcAw3g Thank you for visiting me, I hope you like my articles. You can leave a comment if you want, happy day. All content is original, unless otherwise noted. Photos were taken with: Xiaomi Redmi 8

ARAYA: "The Salt Queen" In this article I wanted to highlight how is the process of obtaining salt in the salt mines of Araya, making a comparison of the decades of the 50s and 60s to how it is today, but in my research I found nothing about salt production, there are only complaints of how the infrastructure has been deteriorating by the bad concessions granted, the overexploitation of the resource and the damage caused to the Laguna Madre, which can still be recovered. So I will only write what I remember, of the times I visited the lagoon and how salt is obtained, in a very generalized way. If you want to know the deterioration of the company, I will leave you some links I found. As stated in the previous article ..... The castle was built as a guardian of the salt mine, from looters and pirates. From it we can observe the mother lagoon, a natural pink lagoon that holds part of the history of its salt richness, although it also has artificial lagoons that were built to increase salt production. We can also observe the pillotes or salt hills, the town of Araya and the immensity of the sea. https://read.cash/@Frankmart/araya-fortress-the-guardian-of-the-white-gold-388828cf The Araya Salt Complex has about 1,250 hectares and could reach a production of 450 million tons of high quality raw salt per year. This is in addition to the other refining and maintenance units that process salt for human and animal consumption. Very well, what I remember. The Laguna Madre, so called because it is the site of natural salt extraction, this reddish lagoon, owes its color to a very important algae for salt production, called ***Dunaliela salina***, which occurs naturally, this algae serves as food for another very important organism for the production of salt, as is the ***Artemia salina***, is a small crustacean that is used to feed fish and shrimp (it is the main food in the production of shrimp larvae), for its nutritional value as a source of protein; although I also know people who prepare their own artemia meringue to boost themselves, by the way I didn't get to try it, but I did eat an omelet made with artemia. The added value of Artemia is superior to salt, so, in my case I would produce Artemia and leave the salt as a by-product, here the opposite is not the case anymore. Ok, we continue, there were 3 water pumps of 8" to 12" diameter, I do not remember well, in a sector called El Guamache, from there 2 pumps were used to extract the sea water to the Laguna Madre and kept it full, the other pump was a replacement for maintenance, this area is a little higher than Araya, the sea water here is not so concentrated salt, As it goes by gravity towards the area of Araya with the wind and solar radiation, it evaporates and concentrates, when it reaches the area of Araya, the salt crystals precipitate forming large blocks, then the salt water follows (called brine), through channels to the beach of the castle, for this reason the waters there are extremely cold. I knew Araya at the end of the 80's, they still used a kind of barge in the mother lagoon to extract the salt, the lagoon must be about 50 to 60 cm deep, with some iron bars the salt blocks were cut and the barges were filled to then be transferred to the refinery, the people who did that work, generally were barefoot, I really do not know how they put up with that. By 2015 the concession was given to a company that introduced heavy machinery to extract the salt, I really do not know what the benefit was, there was talk that they were destroying the mother lagoon, there was only exploitation of the resource, no investment, according to conversations I have had with villagers about it, they tell me that the salt block in the mother lagoon must be 5 to 10 meters deep, that is .... a lot of salt. Photo taken from: Comunicaciones. Noticias PDVSA http://www.pdvsa.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=5709:11418&catid=10&Itemid=589&lang=es The refining part I do not know, if I saw tons of salt (refined, in bulk, for animal feed), loaded on trucks leaving Araya, the little I know of the process is because for the year 2000 I was in a project for the production of ***Artemia salina***, which unfortunately did not work for several factors, it is a very exciting production that I will tell you about it later. As you will see it is very easy to produce salt, you only need sea water, wind and sun, with a high evaporation as is the climatic condition of Araya, which occurs naturally. **A**: ***Artemia salin***a, **B**: ***Dunaliella salina*** Photo taken from: ReaserchGate https://www.researchgate.net/figure/A-Artemia-salina-and-B-Dunaliella-salina-They-constitute-the-major-microbial_fig2_349646018 If this is all that is needed to produce salt, I wonder: how is it possible that the largest salt company in the country is bankrupt? Araya Fortress, The Guardian of the White Gold Once upon a time in a village there was a castle where no ship had the courage to approach ...... But this time I am going to tell you about the castle of Araya, called Real Fortaleza Santiago de Arroyo de Araya (Santiago for the patron saint of Spain, Arroyo for the governor at that time and Araya for the population), where no kings lived, only people who were in charge of protecting the salt mine from the Dutch, English and French pirates, since salt was the "white gold" for them. Photo by: Saladeinfo wordpress https://saladeinfo.wordpress.com/2020/02/29/araya-la-sal-del-desierto/ In the late 1950s salt mining was hellish, as shown in Margot Benacerraf's film "Araya". Winner of the International Critics' Prize at Cannes in 1959 and selected to be screened at this year's Berlin Film Festival. You can see part of the movie in the following links: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lu3wIh9B8y0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=foXSf-sQTEI A bit of history, the fortress was built by the Spaniards from 1623 to January 1625, by order of the Court of Madrid; they used as building materials the mortar blocks (a type of mortar used as a building material in masonry, composed of a mixture of lime, sand and water), as well as remains of shells and mollusks. 1605, Scenario of great battles, the Spanish fleet defeated the Dutch, their eight (08) ships destroyed the facilities they had built. 1609, Spain and Holland sign a truce, which means that the plan to build the fort does not continue. 1621, The truce ends and the construction plans continue. 1622, By order of the King, Juan Bautista Antonelli returns to the Araya Peninsula to begin the construction of the fort and in this way prevent the Dutch from continuing their incursion into these lands. 1622, One of the most important naval battles took place, when 43 Dutch ships attacked Araya with the aim of interrupting the construction of the fortress and definitively seizing the peninsula, being finally rejected on January 13, 1623. 1759, The Royal Court of Spain decided to demolish it, a task that was carried out by Governor José Digaja Villagomez, on January 6, 1762; one of the reasons was the high cost of maintenance, it had 246 people and a budget of 31,923 pesos fuertes per year, in addition to the fact that it had suffered heavy damage as a result of the earthquake in 1684 and, in addition to this, heavy rainfall flooded the salt mines in 1725. 1960, On October 31 is declared a National Historic Monument. From the castle you can appreciate the immensity of the sea, observe the maritime transport, the town of Araya, the mountains or "pillote" of salt and an impressive view of the salt mine called "La Laguna Madre", with a reddish coloration.... but that is another story. At present, although there are few parts left, it still invites us to a tour to contemplate from there the salt lake, the town, its white and fine sand, that immense sea with its diversity of blue tones that joins the sky. From that point of the castle, which I show you in the photograph, I have had the opportunity to contemplate the sunrise, the sunset in the afternoon and at night I could glimpse the thousands of glows of constellations and stars with the naked eye. Thanks for reading, you can leave a comment, if you want more information I am at your service. Don't forget to subscribe and like me. I am mainly grateful to my wife for having researched and written a large part of the article, who better than her, who was born in Araya. Mango y su Carato Mango is an exotic fruit with a very pleasant flavor, they come in various shapes and sizes, among them we have mango Tino, mango Apple, Dr. Black but the one I like the most is the mango Dudu or mango bocao, it is small and exquisite flavor. The mango carato is a refreshing drink and very easy to prepare, I made this article because @Eylz2021 made a publication of a green mango soup, I would have never imagined it, I invite you to review the article: https://read.cash/@Eylz2021/food-that-comforts-me-f426bcf6#comment-0a556000 Well, we need a pinto mango (between green and ripe) not so green, sugar or some sweetener, water and ice. We can remove the shell from the mango, chop it into small pieces and boil it in enough water until it is soft, or we can throw them whole and then scrape the pulp. Once it is cold, it is blended, you can use the water where they were parboiled, depending on how thick you want it is the amount of water you need. Then it is passed through a strainer, to remove some remains of the seed fibers. You can keep it refrigerated for when you are going to serve it or freeze it in bags for when there are no mangos in the market. Then blend again with the sugar and refrigerate. Ready, serve it with ice and enjoy...... I know you will like it. Thanks for reading, you can leave a comment, if you want a guidance I am at your service. Do not forget to subscribe and like me. Cariaquito for Bad Luck This plant is native to Central and South America and the Caribbean, it can also be found in Africa and Madagascar, it has more than 160 species, I only knew 3 until I investigated, the photos I show were taken in the surroundings of my urbanization. We have a saying: "Bathe with Cariaquito Morado" to eliminate bad luck. This plant is used in esotericism, witchcraft, although I don't believe in those things, they fly... they fly. I love the yellow one, since it started to bloom it has been kept, it has been planted for four months and I notice that it is creeping, the orange one I like very much because it combines its color with the red one but it grows very high and it is necessary to control it and the purple one is the most common, it is everywhere. I have been told that the white one is very beautiful, but I have not seen it. It is a shrub that can grow up to 4 meters high, I like them because they are in bloom all year round. Its reproduction is by seeds, although I have sowed them and the orange ones are not born to me, also by cuttings, that way if I have been able to reproduce them, I want to sow them in all the urbanization for their showy colors, of course if the neighbors let me. They have medicinal properties, it is recommended to make concoctions for respiratory ailments, also to take baths to eliminate muscle aches, also used to lower fever, soothe dizziness, relieve varicose veins, among others. I use the plants sown around the crops together with other plants, as a barrier to harmful insects and attraction to beneficial insects, besides that the crop looks very beautiful. The plant is very beautiful, but when you touch it the leaves are rough and the stem has a kind of thorn that is stinging to the touch, it leaves scabbing and redness, not everything is perfect. If you liked the article, give it a like and subscribe so you don't miss related topics that I will be publishing. You can also leave a comment, if you want guidance on the matter I am at your service. The content is original, I always research to publish and place the references. Bad or Not So Good Days This day has not been very generous to me, but let's go to the beginning. First company, about three months ago I was connected to a company that provides internet service and it worked very well, at a very high cost 25$/Mb, but I could pay, although in my conditions is a lot of money and worked well with 1 Mb (Relax, I know that in some countries can reach 1 Tb speed, that is an unattainable dream), also did not know Read. The situation is that there was a short circuit in the station where the company's equipment is located, so they suffered serious damage, to the point that the company closed its doors. Second Company, 15 days after the disconnection, I made a contract with another company with a lower cost 20$/Mb, besides working very hard to pay the monthly fee the big problem is the connection and configuration of the equipment, it really has no major complication, but the company must do it and for that I had to pay an additional $ 120 (of what I had saved and loan that I still owe), then the same thing happened, electrical failure and burned equipment, I had a duration of almost 1 month, at least the company recognized and returned some of the payment. Third company, now practically bankrupt, I do not have to pay for another connection and I had 20 days without internet, who can live at this time without internet, thank you I am very patient. But I was lucky, a nephew who lives next door hired a service for 250$ and I pay monthly 25$ for 1 to 3 Mb, and he gives me the WiFi service for 10$ per month, perfect. My bad day, it turns out that in order to have signal I must stick to a window or go to the back of the house, if it is cloudy we can handle it, but if it rains it is impossible to have internet, and today is one of those days, we are with cloudy and perfect internet, a cloud passes and to run, we return again and another cloud passes, until I stayed in a corner trying not to wet the laptop and wanting to write an article and here I am with the rain pouring down. Where to Publish? Greetings friends, I have little time on the Read platform and although I have researched I still find myself lost among your posts. I have 2 articles to publish one on "The types of Eggplants" and another one on "How to prepare butterfly filet sardines", I have searched and read many articles but I don't know which is the best community to publish. If you can help me with any guide or in which community to do it, it would be very helpful for me. Thanks

Eggplant Types/Tipos de Berenjenas Happy day, did you know that there were several types of eggplants, well here they are. The white and green varieties, I met them while taking a course of Agroecology, where they gave us some seeds that we planted in our garden, we had already planted the purple one, then we grew the other two and these are part of the photos we took. For the selection of seeds we leave them on the plant until they are fully ripe, at that time we must identify them because the fruit turns yellow and the seeds are identical, it tends to get confused. The eggplants that are sold commercially are the purple ones, since very recently the other two varieties are appearing, although they are not seen in the market. There is a difference in the flavor, the purple ones tend to be a little bitter if the cooking is overcooked, both the white and the green ones give more creaminess to the preparation; either in stews, sauces, creams, but they are all very delicious. One of the ways I prepare them is in cream: they are grilled on a grill until the skin is burnt, then the center is removed and blended with a little water, oil (preferably olive oil), garlic, salt and pepper. Generally we use it with toasted bread. Another way to prepare them is in salads: we peel them and steam them together with potatoes, carrots, cabbage, once they are cooked we dress them and that's it, as an accompaniment to meals. I hope you enjoy them. Enjoy your meal!!!! Thanks for reading, you can leave a comment, if you want a guidance I am at your service. Do not forget to subscribe and like me. Butterfly Sardines/Sardinas tipo Mariposa Happy day friends, in this photo session I show the way I prepare the butterfly sardines. First, the sardines are scaled from the tail to the head. Second, the head and viscera are cut off. Third, a longitudinal cut is made from the front to the tail. Fourth, insert the thumbs separating the meat from the bone, remove the bone and that's it, you have a butterfly sardine. Wait a minute, that does not go this far, because I am going to recommend you the sardine head soup, we have learned to survive, exactly we prepare the soup, add some other type of fish and take out the sardine heads that will be part of our pet's food. With the rest of the cut, we separate the viscera and part of the blood, this I take it to the composter for 3 months, once decomposed I mix it with sand and clay for the orchard or ornamental plants. The bone together with the heads are part of the pet's diet, it is mainly prepared with rice. As you can see, nothing is lost. Espero les sea de utilidad The photos were taken with my phone: Xiaomi Redmi 8

My Life Super Summarized/Mi Vida Super Resumida Happy and Blessed day, thank you Read.cash for allowing me to be part of this community. My name is Franklin Martinez, since I was very little I liked to invent things, break, fix and raise animals, hard to do it in an apartment, where I had, dogs, rabbits, white rat, pigeons...and yes, I had turned the balcony into a shed, but my mother left me alone, she liked to see the pigeons in the living room, walking around the apartment, now that I think about it, how crazy...and the defecations everywhere.... . well, thanks to that, my mother got a place at the Universidad de Oriente, where I graduated as an Eng. In Animal Production, my first job as an engineer was selling veterinary products, then I knew the Fundo Gonzalero where I was manager (Pure Brahma Cattle Breeding Center), then I worked as a medical visitor for 12 years and today I am an agrarian inspector, where I more or less practice my profession, then I continued my postgraduate studies in Environmental Management, because I am also an environmentalist and the last thing I have studied in person was Agroecology. My wife is also an Engineer in Animal Production, she also has the titles of Integral Teacher and Specialist in Education, to which she dedicates herself. We have two sons, the oldest is a Computer Engineer and my daughter is a Musician (because of the inclusion I don't know if I should call her Music), she plays the Oboe since she was 10 years old, nowadays she has several instruments to her credit (piano, drums, guitar, cuatro, flute...). Following in the footsteps of my children and not to leave them alone, very discreetly, I entered their lives, their hobbies and friends, that is, both are metal rockers and so am I, so I accompanied them to rock concerts and I got into the pot, hehehe but their friends watched out for me, that no one would approach me, my son at age 11 had a red belt in Tae Kwon Do and I had a white belt. My daughter joined the National Children's Orchestra, I took a photography course and bought a semi-professional camera, I was in charge of taking pictures of the Orchestra, then I joined the Symphonic Choir with Maestro Edmundo Centeno, of course I had never sung before, I learned a lot, but I still doubt that I sing well, as there were several of us, sometimes I only gestured so as not to be out of tune, Edmundo knows that.  And so on, his friends told me that they would like their father to be like me, maybe my children would say, what a nuisance again, but I was there. In my work as Agrarian Inspector, I have visited almost every corner of the state, bringing a little hope to the producers of the area, taking coordinates with a GPS navigator, to grant a title of permanence of the lot it occupies, a tough task, most of the time it is necessary to stay a week in the mountains, without water, without electricity and without telephone coverage, as the producers live, drinking water from springs, sleeping on cots or hammocks, but enjoying the hospitality, crops and landscape. These are areas that can only be reached on foot or by mules, hours to days of walking. I have done countless things, a lot of self-taught learning, thanks to the internet, from desserts, cooking, bakery, confectionery, cakes, chocolates, cryptocurrencies, online games, carpentry, welding, vegetable production, animal, new trends .... I do not find what to do anymore, the last thing, with the pandemic we took over the green areas of the Urbanization, the patios of the houses that are alone and we have turned them into gardens, we make seedbeds, we give away seedlings, we share the crops with neighbors, we do planting days with children, we teach how to prepare organic fertilizers and additionally we are growing cactus and succulents. He realizado innumerables cosas, mucho aprendizaje autodidacta, gracias a internet, desde postres, cocina, panadería, dulcería, tortas, bombonería, criptomonedas, juegos on line, carpintería, soldadura, producción vegetal, animal, nuevas tendencias…. Well community, I have a lot to contribute and to say, this will be the best of all the experiences I have lived. Once again, thank you for allowing me to participate in this great school.
