We occasionally see a funny post where a new tool is added to Photoshop / Illustrator to find out what the buyer or client has in mind! Which we call Mind Reading in common parlance. So today I will share how you can impress your client by reading his mind.

Whether you work in a marketplace or work with a personal client outside করা in both cases it is very important to impress the client if you want to work with him regularly or make him your regular client. And you have to do this to impress when you first talk or chat with the client. First There is no such thing as “First impression is the last impression”.

How to impress?

When your client gives you the first message, he writes a short briefing about what he wants at the beginning. And from then on your work started. So what is your job? Or how to start impressing? All you have to do is "question"! You have to ask a lot of questions and that is definitely work related.

What kind of question?

I have already said that you have to ask questions related to work. What kind of question do you ask now?

  1. If the client does not say anything in detail about the work, he should be asked what he needs or what is his problem? How can you help him?

  2. What is the purpose of the work he will do? What exactly will he use the job for?

  3. Learn about the client's business or product. If he has a web site, then visit it.

  4. Has he ever done that before? Or if he has done the same thing before, why does he want to do it again in a new way? What was the problem with the previous job?

  5. Does he like or dislike the new way he works? Or try to figure out exactly what kind of job he wants.

  6. If there are any competitors in his business, ask about them or ask for a link to their website.

What is the benefit of asking so many questions?

When you ask the client one question after another about his work and he answers, you can read your client's mind with those answers. You don't need that extra tool for that.

From his answers you will try to understand what he likes or dislikes. Why does he want to do something new by omitting his previous work. If you know the problems of the previous work, you can avoid the same mistakes in your work.

If you know about his business, you will get an idea of his business by visiting his web site and it will help you to do research while you are working. You can understand which trend is going on now according to its business category or what type of work you have to do. Besides, you have asked the client to find out what he wants in his new job which was missing in the previous job.

As an added bonus, it is better if you know about the client's competitors. Because he definitely wants his work to be the best from his competitors which will help him to generate more cells.

Result:

At the same time when you are talking so much with the client, the client is also creating a positive impression about you. He will understand that you are very good at whatever you do. You have a lot of sincerity towards your work and you also have sincerity towards the client. You may have asked him questions that he may not have thought about before.

Your question may cause him to think about something that might be good for his business. And then he can help you by asking you about other details on his own. And when you make your engagement with the client by talking so much, he won't even knock anyone else. Even if you do, the finale will give you work. Because maybe someone else didn't ask him so much or didn't want to know so much. The client will then be impressed with you. And in the future you may do regular work.

Think of the client as a friend. Sir, sir, madam, madam, there is no need to foam at the mouth. Ask for his name at the beginning and you must say your name first. And since everything is English ... you have to be a little better or fluent in English. How far will you run with Google Translate? As long as you translate, the client will be busy on the other side.

Develop your skills as well as dollar income. Nothing will fail. Create your own portfolio, avoid stealing. Before or after, success will come if you work hard. Some come early, some late.

Everything is written from my own experience. It is not uncommon for mistakes to be made. The comment box is open ... you can write! If you like it, you can share it so that others can know and learn something new. It is a common etiquette to mention the name of the poster in the credit if you copy and paste the shares. Maintain politeness. 🙂🙂
