I received a surprise $20 tip from Noise app last night
If there's any site that I don't often remember to visit, it will be the Noise app. Ever since I registered on the Noise app site I haven't posted more than 10 to 15 posts. I usually don't have the motivation to visit the site, even to share my read.cash article links on the Noise app site are very difficult for me to do most times.
But, last night, I received a surprise $20 tip from the site. I haven't posted anything on the site nor login for over a week or so. It was a surprise to me to see a tip of that amount of money coming into my wallet from the site.
I was unsure at first when I saw the bitcoin.com alert. I thought it might be a cranking scam because of the amount of the tip. The highest tip I have received from the site was $0.05. So, it's very right to doubt such a huge tip coming from the site.
To make it clearer, I waited for about 5 minutes to see if the money will disappear and if the alert will be a scam. But, it didn't. I went to block explorer to check the transaction details, which is usually the case with a cryptocurrency transaction. I went to the site to check the details and indeed the tip was a real one.
With $20.00 in my wallet, I decided to check if there was anywhere I must have submitted my wallet address for a giveaway promotion. But there was never a BCH giveaway promotion anywhere I know about, and the wallet address is dedicated to receiving tips from the Noise app platform.
With so much joy in my heart, I went to the site to check if there is any unusual comment on any of my previous posts but there was none. I posted a thank you message to the anonymous tipper for the generous deed.
In this crypto bear market period, a $20 tip in BCH seems like a thousand-dollar tip to me. Because you hardly earn up to a dollar for an article published on the read.cash platform these days, I felt as if I was rich with $20 on the ground.
Making an article these days seems so boring to me, and I have started skipping days of writing, but this $20 tip reassured me that the BCH community is still very well alive, and they always seem to rise to the occasion and be generous to one another, without knowing each other, on an Internet platform that I rarely log in to, and even more so, in a crypto bear market.
BCH is my favorite cryptocurrency, I love to write about it, especially about BCH adoption. So, I am sharing my $20 BCH to show my thanks and love for this coin. I feel so blessed to have received such a generous tip for nothing.
My sincere thanks to whoever has sent me the tip.
I wish there is a way to know who sent the tip on the Noise app site to enable me to send a thank you message to the person. I will be able to know who the person is, so I can subscribe and follow the user as well.
I don't know if the tip was a mistake from the tipper or an experimental tip by the anonymous Rusty on the Noise app site. But, there is no way to know about that. If it's a mistake then I will not take the credit for the tip, but if it's an experimental tip, it's still a cool gesture.
In conclusion, I really don't know what the rules are about the BCH tipping on the Noise app site. If it is an experimental tip, I don't think there is anything wrong with it. All I know is I received $20.00 in BCH from an unknown user, without me knowing who he or she is, and without the means to send a thanks message to him or her.
I do thank you for the kind deed that you have done and I wish to know who the generous tipper is so that I can respond to appropriately.
I know there are people who will say the $20 tip was a mistake and it doesn't belong to me. But I say no, it's a genuine donation from the look of it, and I am truly grateful to receive it from an anonymous donor on Noise app site.
That was a totally random $20 donation, no strings attached.
I say again, "To our anonymous benefactor, Thank you very much! May God be with you always and bless you and your family.
That's massive especially at such a time as this. I am still trying to understand Noise.App... I hope to get that blessed too. Congratulations and enjoy it, sir.
