Have you been thinking of what to have for breakfast, or a perfect breakfast idea? Why not try Oat Meal today!!

Oats generally are whole grain food, which is commonly prepared as oat meal, oat meals are made by cooking in boiling or milk, and they are very nutritious and at same time excellent source of carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins.

Your ingredients:

Oat Grains

Water

Sugar (to taste)

Salt (to taste)

Milk

Toppings to garnish (coconut, apple, strawberry, banana etc)

Oat grains

How to prepare;

Mix your grain with a little normal water in a small bowl, then add salt and sugar according to your taste bud, then stir together to make it blend or homogenised, make sure your water is boiling already.

When the water is boiled, bring it down from the gas burner, and pour your mixed oat into the pot where there is hot water, then mix vigorously to coagulate and to make it look smooth. The reason why you have to mix vigorously is not to make it have lumps, when you see it's smooth and very okay by you, then it's ready to be served.

While you serve, that's when to add your desired toppings on it together with milk. Serve and enjoy your breakfast meal!!
