Happy international day of the African child

My good people on read.cash platform. I extend my humble greetings to all of you all, it has always been my happiness to come your where. How life treating you over there, I hope you are doing well.

Today I really want to wish all the children across the African countries and beyond a happy international day. Today being the 16 day of June 2022 in African calendar, marks the International day of the African child.

If I don't make some shout out to all the children across the world, it will look as if I wasn't a child once upon a time.

Everyone was a child before they grow up to become an adult, where ever I go I don't joke with you guys because I know how important you guys are.

If I grow up to a stage I suppose to have a child and I don't have, I don't know how I would feel. So many families have been scattered are shattered because of your absence.

Your most presence always brings joy, happiness, beautiful to the family, if I have say that I have a family without you guys, do I refer a family to the house or a car.

What will hum a welcome song to the parents when ever the parents returns back from work,? Even when they can't talk well they will always tried their best.

Do you love children? I wouldn't wait for your reply. I love being with them because they carries joy.

Even Jesus saw what they carry something, and he said let the little children come to me, let no one stop them.

For those friends who are not from African conutry, or those who do not know about this, or if this is your first time of hearing about this. International day of the African child is normally on every 16 of June on every year, is the day the government and the non-governmental organization (NGOs), International organizations and other stakeholders gather to talk on some different challenges an opportunities facing the full realization of the rights of the children in Africa.

From the history it's said that 16 of June is a day that holiday have been observed in Africa and across some different countries that enhance with the initiative. This was originated from soweto, in South Africa. On the 16th of June 1979 where some numbers of children protest against the poor quality of education in their country. The demanded to be taught using their own language for them to have a clear understanding.

During the process of protesting many of them were killed and some were injured, and when the picture of what happened went across the worldwide that the some organization kicked against such reaction, they also protested against it. Until many countries started observing that day in every year in honor of those that died. It was on June 1991 that Organisation of African finally marks 16th of June as a day of remembrance of those who their lives was taken away.

This is when children's right was sign into the law. Today an African child have the right to go to school. They have the right to live a good life. The have the right to enjoy personal life. The have right to have their private life through being monitored by a guidance. And many others right numerous to mention. It's happen when the parents or the guidance denied them of their right, if such case is taken to the court of law. And once the lawyers quote the laws, and the parents or be it the guidance become guilty, such parents or guidance would go to jail.

To me I am seeing this as a good thing, because if this wasn't done, many of the African child would still be suffering a lot today. But because of those laws I think children sufferings has reduced a little. No one would ever become an adult without passing through his or her childhood. Today children are so important in our families, if the two couples get married without any child issue, I don't think that particular family would be complete. In my country people will start saying one or two thing like if you were course or something. Which such words will not really brings happiness to both of you.

But in some part of the African countries where children do not know their right. They are still suffering from child abuse, child trafficking and others punishment from the hands of those they fall into. I think some parents are not doing it right in part of African countries. There are parents that would abandon their child, or sent out their children to serve others as house mates, without knowing if those people are taking good care of them or not.

I had a story of how a woman who plugged an iron an burnt a female child just because of the little mistake the child made. And when I find out, I notice that it wasn't her own child. She picked the child from someone in the name of helping. But thank God that the story had reached the government and she was jail for child abuse.

If you are a mother and you are lucky to have children, don't joke with your child, because it is not easy to have one. What ever you are doing, what title your holding always remember that you were once a child at some point. Even as I am talking to you, a lot of children are still suffering. There are still children that have no parents to take care of, and some of were lucky to picked by the government. We also can be the government and also by putting hands to help the children, knowing that the are the future leaders. It is not only your own children alone that is your children, a little help is not just little in the side of God.

Once again happy international day to all the African child and across the world. I love children than any other things, they are the best gift ever. I was once a child like them.
