It's my birth month! And as soon as I woke up this morning I greeted myself to have some good vibes and thought about the things that I want to do for this month. Thought about stuff that any girl deserves to have especially when it comes to love.
What you and I truly deserve?
What you and I truly deserve is everything! Yes each and every one of us deserves everything. and let's not just settle with what's out there in the open because we keep on settling for a lot of things like a bad job that pays less, that junk food meal because it doesn't cost much, that sale item in shoppee or lazada, and it's okay but don't settle for a love that is not true, for a relationship where you are just an option.
We should never settle for someone who can turn their backs on us, who could just walk away, who can ghost us. We should never settle with someone who doesn't know how precious we are, who doesn't know how to appreciate our existence in this world.
You deserve someone who will miss you the moment you hang up on the phone. The moment you walk out the door, the moment you are gone from his eyesight even just for just a few minutes.
You deserve someone who will treat you like a princess, like a movie star, like a beauty queen, because he thinks that is what you deserve.
You deserve someone who will open the door for you, who will assist you when you seat, someone who will hold your hand in the open just to let the world knows that you belong to each other.
You deserve to always feel loved, to feel wanted, to feel important, to never doubt for a moment how your partner feels about you.
You deserve every birthday remembered. You gifts that are prepared with so much effort, you deserve that special greeting as you wake up. You deserve that flowers even if it's just plucked from the garden or bought from the sidewalk vendor.
You deserve a thought behind every word. You deserve letters, notes, Post-Its, text messages, emails, and phone calls that remind you of how special you are to him on any given day.
You deserve to be held with sweetness and tenderness. You deserve that earth-shattering kiss; the one that will make you feel alive, the one that will make you feel love from your toes to the tip of your hair.
You deserve to be introduced to friends as if you were the rarest thing as if you are the only girl that exists on earth. You deserve to walk into a room with pride holding your hand and silently shouting to the world how blessed he is to have you by his side.
You deserve someone who would always choose the seat next to you, to stand beside you, or just to be with you because he is happiest when he is with you.
You deserve someone who just doesn't give in but challenges you because he knows that you love to be challenged. Because he knows that you want his honest opinions, his thoughts, his ideas. Someone who knows how to apologize and how to admit his mistakes. Someone who will choose to be happy instead of to be right just to let you win.
You deserve a love that is true, a love that is wished by anyone else. A love that is a dream come true, a love that you thought could only be seen in movies.

Because you are special, because you are one of a kind, because you are unique and because you are also willing to give this kind of love to someone who deserves you.
