*I wasn't able to publish an article yesterday because our preliminary examination is in this week, and I've been feeling a little off lately. Aside from that, my pals would always invite me to play Mobile Legends. I can't say no because it's entertaining, but I guess I'll put that game on hold for the time being and spend more time here on read.cash.*
*Anyway, I'm going to try the* ***Never Have I Ever Challenge*** *for today's vlog. I saw this trend on read.cash and decided to give it a shot because I was out of ideas. I choose* ***Never Have I Ever (Dating Edition)*** *because I believe I would be able to share a lot of personal experiences with it. Without further ado, let's start.*
**~~°MET UP WITH SOMEONE FROM A DATING APP.~~**
Never. I've never attempted it since it's too dangerous. I've heard a lot about kidnappings, rapes, and other crimes involving meet-ups. There are many incidents where a female goes missing and is never discovered, and you will be startled to learn that there is a dead body somewhere. I don't want to go through that; I'm not that desperate. Remember, trust no one.
GONE ON A DATE WITH NO INTENTION OF PAYING
I did. My partner was always the one who paid our expenditures, mainly meals, fare, gasoline, and other expenses that we spent in dates, because I was still a student and didn't have money before I met this site. I'm just grateful that he understands my predicament and doesn't ask for a single centavo. Personally, I feel that both partners in a relationship must contribute something. But I'm not capable of doing so; I don't have enough money to spend, and I don't want to ask my parents for money for me to go on dates. I prefer to stay at home rather than going out.
STALKED AN EX'S PARTNERS IN SOCIAL MEDIA
Yes, I did. To be honest, I was my present boyfriend's first girlfriend. But before I came along, he was head over heels in love with other girl and had been courting her for almost a year. Fortunately, the girl turned her down (I'm so rude). Even if they haven't had a previous relationship, I continue to stalk her because I'm curious if they're still in contact with my partner. I'm always checking her reactors to see whether my boyfriend is one of them. But that was in the past; I've grown a lot in recent years and am now more mature.
HAD AN OPEN RELATIONSHIP
Yes, I had done so. Our relationship is legal in both sides. Last April of 2018, he introduced me to his parents, and in May of 2018, I introduced him to my family. Our relationship had been going well until recently. We are running 5 years this coming December. One thing I've learnt and realized is that making the relationship legal is preferable. You will get the opportunity to be close with each other's family, in addition to strengthening and boldening your relationship.
~~GONE ON MORE THAN 1 DATE IN A DAY~~
I've never done it. I'm not a playgirl who will go on multiple dates in a single day. Never in my wildest dreams did I see myself like this. Never. It's preferable to be single than to become everyone's pulutan (**hors d'oeuvre**).

What is Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education?
*The Bachelor in Technical-Vocational Teacher Education (BTVTEd) program is a four-year teacher education program designed to equip future teachers with adequate and relevant competencies in the area of technical and vocational teacher education. It also aims to develop highly competent and motivated teachers in Technology and Livelihood Education in their area of specialization.*
`Personally, I chose this program because I wanted to pursue my chosen Track in Senior High School which was the Technical-Livelihood Track (Home Economics Strand).`
The major that I took when I was in **Grade 8-10** was the Food and Beverage Services.
This major is not that easy because you have to become creative and imaginative especially in preparing different types of venue for every occasions such as birthday parties, Wedding, Christening and many more.
Aside from that, you must also be familiar with the different table set-ups, types of napkin folding and you must also be aware that each kitchen utensils has their own different purpose and functions. There are different types of utensils, chinawares, tablewares and glasswares and the challenge is to memorize or familiarize each of it according to their uses.
The most challenging part of this major is the demonstration wherein you have to demonstrate the duties and responsibilities of being a waitress. You have to practice how to welcome the guest, how to place tablewares in the table, memorize it's proper locations and you need also to be pleasant and nice. You have to smile even if you are already tired. Yes, it's tiring because you have to carry a tray full of breakable tablewares.
Take note, you have to carry it properly with poise. Taking reservations, placing orders and arranging the table are my favorites. Gladly, I was able to pass and got my National Certificate under this specialization.
**In Grade 11**, I chose Technical and Livelihood Track (Home Economics strand-Cookery).
Since I already know how to become a waitress, I decided to become a chef as well. This time, I was trained to make different types of dishes every week. At first, I was expecting that our instructor will assist us in cooking but I'm wrong. She just give us instructions and recipes and that's it! It depends upon us on how are we going to cook those recipes that was given to us. My most memorable part was the institutional assessment and the assessment itself. In order for us to pass, we have to take our National Certificate 2 for cookery. We are tasked to cook almost 13 dishes. Starting from appetizers down to desserts. Luckily, I was able to pass also and got my NC2 for cookery.
These are some of my dishes.
**During Grade 12,** our area of specialization under home economics was the Bread and Pastry Production. I can say that this specialization is not easy unlike cookery. In cookery, you can just estimate the ingredients and you can adjust it just by your taste preferences. But in Bread and Pastry, you have to follow the ingredients that was written in the recipe. It's because if you forgot one ingredients, your product will not taste the way it should be. That is why you have to be meticulous especially in measuring the ingredients. In order to pass also, we need to take our National certificate 2 again for Bread and Pastry Production. We are tasked to make bakery/pastry products and many more.
The most memorable part was when we were tasked to make our own cake. It's enjoyable for the reason that we can design our cake based on our own preferences. Baking and Decorating my cake together with my classmates was so very enjoyable and satisfying.
When I graduated my Senior High School, I willingly chose to take Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education. Aside from the reason that I wanted to become a teacher, I also want to use my credentials way back secondary years which were my Three National Certificates. It's just like hitting two birds in one stone. However, my college degree program right now doesn't just revolve in home economics but we also covered all the technical-vocational specializations namely electronics, Electrical installation and Maintenance, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, ICT, Cosmetology, Garments and many more. It's quite hard for me but I just keep in mind that I need to pursue this degree. Luckily, I am now at my last semester in college and I am hoping to graduate this July.
After I graduate (God's Will), these would be my choices after my exit.
This program offers a lot of choices after our exits. I can be a Grade 9-10 TLE Teachers in Junior High School, a Senior High School Tech.-Voc. Livelihood Track Teachers. ***(the best thing about this is you can be hired as a SHS teacher even without Licensure Examination)***, TVET Trainers/Instructors, Faculty Members, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority Trainers and TESDA assessors.
Last week, my classmates and I planned to take TESDA courses to get more National Certificates for our Credentials. Hopefully, we can make it happen. This is our own way to prepare for future endeavors.

Living with Depression: A friend's story

I initially planned to post this blog earlier, but I was invited to play Mobile Legends by some of my friends/classmates. I can't say no since we have a school tournament coming up soon, and we need to practice. Sadly, I'm still undecided about which hero to use to match the heroes of my squad.
Anyways, back to the main purpose of this blog. I'll be sharing with you the story of my close friend who suffered from depression. I just wanted everyone to know that depression is real and we need to be educated about it.
Living with Depression: My Friend's Story
*This particular friend of mine has been my friend since kindergarten. We spent a lot of time together, especially in primary school. She became my confidante, protector, and friend. Many of my classmates disliked me while we were in elementary because I was the class president. Given that I'm in the higest position, I make certain that everything is in order. One of my classmates once challenged me to a "dumog."*
*Since I am not into fights and I am a coward as well, I refused the challenge. But this friend of mine accepted the challenge in behalf of me. That was the first time where I felt that someone is ready to fight for me.*
*Our friendship grew stronger from that point forward. She's the type of person who can deal with a wide range of personalities. She's well-organized, especially when it comes to her belongings. She is a family-oriented person. She has only wished to aid her family in the future since then. However, there is one thing that practically everyone despises. She's strict and prim and a little bit bossy.*
*We drifted apart when we were in secondary level because I made new acquaintances and she did as well. We do, however, maintain a bond with one another. One sad event which change her whole personality was when she had a motocycleaccident. She suffered numerous injuries and lost both of her front teeth. Starting from that accident, she became shy and less confident.*
*She didn't even want to show her face to us because she's ashamed of the bruises brought by the incident. She rarely go outside from their house and became an introvert.*
*Fast forward to when we were in college and chose to rent a boarding house in the city near our school. She applied for a part-time job since she needed to make some money. She went to class in the mornings and worked in the evenings. I noticed something odd about her every time she came in from work at our boarding house. She became impatient and impulsive. She has a habit of slamming the door shut with such force that it wakes me up. I simply ignored it because I needed to understand her. It's never been easy to study and work at the same time.*
*Everything was OK until a certain occurrence occurred that caused her sadness. In one of our classes, we have an activity. She was their group's leader. Her group mates dislike her because of her domineering demeanor. In fact, the bulk of our classmates have expressed their dislike for her. They even started an open forum, with her as the focal point. Except for me and three other classmates, no one wants to be by her side. She felt awful about herself after that incident.*
*She became less active in school after it. She even requested our School Dean to alter her class schedule so that she could avoid my classmates. She began to feel like an outcast in our section. She had the impression that no one liked her and that the world was conspiring against her pleasure.*
*Her condition deteriorated throughout the years. She always have a hopeless look, she easily lost interest over things, she also experienced sleep problems and anxiety. There were also occasions when I discovered her drawing disturbing images like suicide, murder, and even devils. Fortunately, her parents decided to take her to a specialist, where it was verified that she was depressed.*
*As a friend, I can't afford to see her like that. For me to extend just a little help, I searched in the internet of what are the things to do in dealing with a person having a depression. I found out that we should not let them feel sad about themselves.We don't need to say anything at all. They will feel appreciated and cherished simply by our presence and genuineness.*
*For the time being, she's still on medication, but I'm delighted to say that her health is improving. She gradually reverted to the person she had been. Thanks to her family, relatives and friends who became her inspiration to move forward and face the future.*

Various types of teachers

"Teaching is the profession that teaches all other professions" -unknown
*Without teachers, all other professions will not exist. That was one of the reasons why I chose to become one. Many would say that taking Education courses are for those students who have no choices left. But if I will be given a chance to choose again. I will still choose to become a teacher. That is a fixed decision already.*
Looking back on my elementary and secondary school years, I had a variety of teachers that inspired me to pursue a career in education. I can't say that all professors are nice because I've had those that are severe and demanding. Some of them are likewise unapproachable to the point that you'd rather skip class than to attend his/her sessions.
Various types of teachers
Cool Teachers
*These are those teachers who are in a way “go-with-the-flow” people. They are the ones who are always in the middle. They will not give a damn about an issue. They let the days pass doing their own thing as teachers and nothing else. They are usually cool in their style of teaching.*
Back in Grade 9, I had a teacher who was incredibly cool. He always invites us to our school's wide field during free/vacant hours, carrying his guitar with him. We spent all of our free time there, singing a variety of songs. He was the one who played the guitar, and everyone will sing. In terms of his teaching style, he was also cool because he uses different strategies in teaching which helped us stimulate ideas to support our own learnings.
Talkative Teachers
*These are the teachers who enjoy chatting a lot. They don't appear to worry how much time they spend talking. They enjoy telling diverse stories and are sometimes the source of conflict. They are the primary source of news both on and off campus. Despite their chattiness, they are useful during large events.*
In college, I had a professor who was exactly like this, hahaha. You must accept that you will learn from her experiences rather than the lessons. Every time she hears a specific term that could inspire her thoughts to express her ideas based on her own experiences, presume that it is for the whole period/session already. Some of her stories are based on superstitions. She once told us that our school in college was a cemetery in the past. Well, I already heard that words eversince elementary so it's not a big deal na for me.
Strict Teachers
*These teachers have standards inside and outside the classroom. They are strict and organized but they are also difficult to deal with sometimes. They focus on their commitments and their goals that they don’t want distractions*.

Weird Teachers
*They are those we can’t understand and they tend to have their own world other than teaching. Though at times they are very efficient in teaching their subjects. Weird because sometimes they are those who don’t want to go along with all other teachers.*
My fourth-grade teacher was a strange individual. I'm not even sure if I learnt anything from her. During class, she simply let us to duplicate and copy all of the notes on the board. She will go straight to the teacher's table after delivering directions and will do nothing there. She will fix her gaze on a certain subject while muttering strange words. I didn't think it was such a huge problem before because I was still young, and learning was not something I was particularly fond of. I just went to school to have some fun.
Modern Teachers
*These teachers are the sons and daughters of* ***technology and advancement****. They are those who act and look like the modern day models. They dress themselves in connection with the latest trends. Last year, I had a lecturer who was a modern educator. He was a licensed computer engineer. His teaching style was one of the things I didn't enjoy about him. He put a lot of pressure on us to complete a lot of work. Keep in mind that those were not simple tasks. Making Chatbots, giving TedX lectures, and learning more about video editing are just a few of the responsibilities. The only reason why I participate in his discussions was due of his attractiveness. He's in mid 30s-40s now, but he was still hot haha (sorry po). His common words were "Mind you, class" and "Please bear with me".

Batang 90's ka kung...... (Part 1)

I was about to write the continuation of my last article yesterday which was about **Rating my courses in college** when I accidentally bumped into a video showcasing the different leisure time of batang 90's. As I watched the video, I felt nostalgic as to how they represented the pictures. It show's the different activities that almost 90's kids experienced in their childhood.
So, who are these batang 90's?
**They're** **the ones who spent their childhood during 1985-1995.**
Since I was born between 1996-1999, I was not considered as batang 90's. But I was considered as one of 90's babies. However, it didn't change the fact that 90's babies partly encountered most of the things that 90's kids experienced.
Without further ado, let's start.
Playing under the rain
Playing under the rain is much better than playing under the heat of the sun. Back when I was a kid, I became so addicted to the rain. Pag nakikita ko na uulan na, I will immediately call my friends and when the rain falls, maglalaro agad kami ng iba't-ibang laro. Sometimes, naglalaro din kami sa baha. I think almost all of us encountered this one. Except for those elite kids na di pinapayagan ng parents nila because madumi daw and baka magkasakit anak nila. But luckily, I was not able to experience those negativities. Siguro, immune na ang katawan ko sa maduduming bagay ahhaha. How about you? Na experience mo na bang maligo sa ulan?
Nangangalakal (Junk Trading)
I also experienced this one. HAhahha Actually, my older sister was the one who influenced me to do this. Once upon a time kasi, uso pa yong computer na hinuhulugan ng barya or peso coin. Since di kami binibigyan ng parents namin ng pera because sayang lang daw, naghanap nlg kami ng paraan to earn. That's the impact of addiction. haha Lol. Noon, 10 pesos was enough to sustain our luho's. We can already buy junk foods which costs 1 peso. Pero ngayon, yung junkfoods na supposed to be peso lang, nagiging 4 pieces for 5 pesos. Hay nako. Anyways, the remaining money was spent sa luho namin which was the computer game. Yung nilalaro namin always was Mortal Combat hahah. Have you tried this one before?
Listing noisy classmates
When I was in Grade 3, I was the one who was tasked by my teacher to list the noisy pupils when she's not around. This act was so common before, I don't know if uso pa ba to ngayon. Since sutil din ako at medyo mean that time because I was the classroom president, everytime may maririnig akong ingay kahit hindi malakas, ililista ko kaagad. I was strict and prim that time, if nalista ka, wala ng burahan hahahah. Pero syempre, my friends were exempted, so kung sino yung friends ko, safe silang lahat ahhaha. How about you? Na experience mo na ba to?

Rating my courses in College: 1st yr. (First Sem. Edition)

Since I don't have an online classes today and I'm a little bit bored, I decided to make a series of articles about rating my courses from 1st year-present. I will just choose 3 courses per semesters which I loved the most because I cannot include all since we have almost 10 courses per semesters. I will also include my average grades from that courses.
Before I start, I would like to give you a brief details of the college program that I'm taking up as of the moment.
I'm taking up Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education major in Food and Service Management. It is a program that gives students the knowledge and skills to be able to teach technical-vocational courses like Food and Service Management, Automotive, Electrical, Civil, and Drafting Technology, and other courses. This program also involves a lot of education subjects.
I took up this course because I wanted to pursue my field of expertise in Senior High School which is the Technical-Livelihood Track (Home Economics Strand). I do believe that if the college degree program that I took is in lined with what I took in SHS, it will be easy for me to catch up. Aside from that, I wanted to use also the three National Certificates that I have right now namely Food and Beverage Services NC2, Bread and Pastry Production NC2 and Cookery NC2.
According to our Teachers, this program is in-demand to every schools because we are now in the K-12 curriculum where students' skills are highly emphasized.
Well, let's start.
RATING MY COURSES (FIRST YEAR-FIRST SEMESTER)
UNDERSTANDING THE SELF (10-10)
**The course deals with the nature of identity, as well as the factors and forces that affect the development and maintenance of personal identity**.
This subject is a 10/10 for me because this subject made me understand myself even more. Aside from the subject, I also love our teacher. She was a very approachable teacher and she used a lot of teaching strategies upon teaching this course. One of those was when she let us close our eyes and self-meditate for the whole period of time.

While we close our eyes, she spoke a lot of phrases about self-realizations with a background melody of "Kiss in the rain". I got a little bit emotional that time but I didn't cried. In contrary, my classmates cried a lot because I think they really absorbed the words of my professor.
Course Average Grade: 93%
CHINESE PLUS-REFRESHER COURSE IN CHINESE 10/10
**Since our school is in partnership with Taiwan Institution, we as their students are encouraged to take this course and it is mandatory for all students from 1st yr. to 2nd yr.**
This course is a 10/10 for me because of our Lâo Shī (teacher). He was a pure blooded Taiwanese citizen but he acts like a Filipino. Despite of cultural differences, he was still able to teach us harmoniously. Our medium of communication was English but sometimes we teach him some basic Tagalog and Visaya words. He was good in teaching Mandarin and he was a jolly person.
Course Average Grade: 100%
HUMAN REPRODUCTION (9/10)
**This course introduces anatomical, hormonal, and neurological aspects of human reproductive biology.**

Science is one of my favorite subjects. This is the reason why I loved this course. Haha Don't get me wrong, I just love to study human reproductive biology. Aside from the fact that I love science, I also loved our Professor even if she's kind of strict and prim type of person. Her way of conducting an exams was by creating 2 sets of questionnaires having the same questions but in random orders for Batch 1 and Batch 2. For example, batch 1's First question is found in batch 2's last question. This was her way to avoid cheating incidents inside the classroom.
Course Average Grade: 93%
The rest of the seven subjects that were not mentioned were below 7/10.

Places I would love to visit in the future

Eversince I was young, I always dreamed of visiting different places not just here in the Philippines but around the world. If given a chance, these are the places and tourists' spots that I wanted to visit in the future.
National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan

Are you familiar with this building? If yes, then give me five!! You're a legit Meteor Garden Taiwan fanatics. It maybe a shallow destination but no one can beat the heart and will of a meteor garden Lover. I really wanted to take pictures on the sceneries that was used in the movie series. Aside from that, I also love to travel in Taiwan because according to my Aunt who is working there, Taiwan citizens are good people. I can prove it because I also have Taiwanese teachers during my fresh years in college under the Mandarin Subject. They are kind, approachable, friendly, cool and handsome.
Eiffel Tower, Paris

We can't deny that this is one of the most famous tourist destinations in the world. I was not exempted to those people who wanted to roam around in this place especially at night. Did you know that Eiffel Tower is not only a common city icon but also becomes a symbol of love for many couples from all over the world? It is **because of thousands of marriage proposal made under the beautiful tower everyaside**. So, if you're planning to go, don't forget to bring your partners. Hahah kidding aside. Of course, you can go with whoever you want. It's either family or friends, it depends upon you.

I already made an article of how addicted and hooked I was in the series "a story of Yanxi palace". I was really amazed in every Palaces inside the Forbidden City. It was really historical and I do love to see each of the palace that I saw in the said series especially the Yanxi Palace. Hays, I do hope that I can go there in the future.

Overcoming Toxic Relationship

If I were to answer these questions. Yes, I am in a relationship right now. We are 4 years and counting. Yes, we already experienced toxicity in our relationship. I think the main reason of this toxicity is my immaturity. We overcame those toxicities through proper communication, in the means of expressing and understanding individual thoughts and notions.

In a relationship, it's normal to have an arguments sometimes. You might disagree from one another from time to time but still, each of you generally make decisions together, openly discuss the problems that arise and genuinely enjoy each other's company.
Conversely, if your relationship with your partner no longer feels enjoyable, both of you seems to rub each other the wrong way or can’t seem to stop arguing over minor issues. You might even dread the thought of seeing them, instead of looking forward to it as you did in the past. You're probably under the manifestation of Toxic Relationship.
If you love your partner that much, here are the tips that I can recommend in overcoming toxicity in your relationship with your partners.
**ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY**
**Have you ever ask yourself about your responsibilities as a boyfriend or girlfriend?** If not, then let's talk about it one by one. Your boyfriend should double as your best friend. He should be the one person who can make you smile, make you laugh, and make you feel better after a rough day. On the other hand, a good girlfriend must be open and honest with his partner, supportive of his wants and needs, and willing to demonstrate her love and affection.
If both of you accepts these responsibilities, then you can be able to overcome those toxicity. I was this "Praning" and immature girlfriend back then. Everytime my boyfriend's friends invites him to go out for fun, I was hesitant to let him go. I always think negative things. But as time passed by, I came to realized that I don't own his world. He also has his own world to enjoy same as mine. I learned to respect his decisions and trust him at the same time.
**SHIFT FROM BLAMING TO UNDERSTANDING**
You should understand rather than blame. For example, instead of saying, **“It’s your fault”** or **“You always do these, do that”** you might try, **“I think we misunderstood each other, so let’s try again”** or **“I understand why you’re feeling stressed and upset — how can we work on that together?”**
Each of you must find ways on how to fix the problems in your relationships. Everytime we have a fight, we alternately lower our prides. If it's my fault, I was the one who lower my pride. Conversely, if it's his fault, then he was the one who lower his pride. It's just a matter of understanding and accepting your own mistakes.
**WILLINGNESS TO INVEST**
Investing quality time with each other is a great tool in maintaining good relationship. **If both of you are willing to invest in making the relationship better, Well, that’s a good sign.** Try to go out sometimes to chill and have quality time together. Try to make your partners happy just as simple as cooking dish, massaging his back, prepare him a coffee and such. Since I'm not a materialistic kind of girl, eating together, watching a movie together, playing cats together are already okay with me.

Plans after College

Our college graduation will be few months from now but I'm still undecided of my plans after my exit. It's just so satisfying to look back in the past where I was still in Middle school. I was a hopeless girl that time because I'm not certain if I can study in college due to financial problems. But with the help of our Lord, I was able to find ways and here I am, a graduating college student after almost 4 years of suffering, I mean almost 4 years of studying.
I'm a little bit sad as of the moment because I don't have work experiences. I'm still here in our house and I felt like I'm already a burden to my parents. This made me decide to apply for a work and I'm now waiting for my phone interview. This will be my second attempt of finding job and I hope I'll succeed this time.
The feeling of being a burden and "palamunin" even if I'm already in the right age to find work really hits me hard. It's just so sad because I was included in the K-12 program. I got jealous of my batchmates who were able to earn money and help their family. But I'm still happy because my family are very supportive to me. They didn't pressure me to find job and advised me to study well instead.
Since they were so supportive and they believe in my capabilities, I decided to make a list of my plans after I graduate. According to my teacher, planning will make everything organized and methodized. Through planning, I'll be able to be guided on what to do with my life.
My plans after college
**Find a job**
I really wanted to experience what it feels like to become an employee. Someone who needs to finish a specific tasks in exchange of salary. My first three choices is to apply for a position of office staff, english tutor and CC agent. Firstly, I wanted to become an office staff because I love to manage filing system, record information, update paperworks, maintaining documents and word processing. Secondly, I also love to become an english tutor especially in Chinese students because I have a little bit background of basic Chinese terms since we have a Mandarin Subject when I was in first and second year college. Lastly, I want to become a Call center agent because of salary. That's it.
**Take review classes for LET**
To tell you honestly, I'm not confident of the knowledge that I have right now. Last week, the PRC posted the list of the LET passers and I was shocked because out of 22,454 examinees, only 12,074 passed under the secondary level. Looking at this results, I was afraid that I might not able to pass that's why I really need to take review classes. Aside from that, I'm not that good in Math. I know how to do simple equations but I'm still afraid because I'm not that good in analysis especially in problem solving. I really need to focus on this subject.
**Establish my own business**
My boyfriend and I talked about this already. I told him that I wanted to become a business owner. I want to manage my own time, I want to do whatever I want. I want to be a boss to be exact. He then gave me an idea of the possible business opportunities that we could take in the future. "WE" because he will surely be my business partner. I really need him because he's excellent in Math and that is his forte since he graduated business administration. I'm hoping to achieve this plan with him by my side.
Closing Thoughts:
**Planning ahead of time will help us to be guided on what to do in the future. Those plans that I have mentioned will be my motivation to strive harder. We are responsible for our own future that's why we need to exert our 101℅ efforts in preparing not just our own future, the future of our family but for the future of our kids as well.**

Vincent: Starry Night (Untold story)

I'm so tired today because we started our class at exactly 8:00 in the morning and ended at exactly 4:00 in the afternoon. The breaks and vacants are already counted between that hours. We are vacant between 12:00-2:00 pm. I'm so tired and my mind is out of words upon writing this article. However, I have a goal to write 1 article per day and I can't afford to break that goal. (na break ko na, hays)
For today's article, I will share to you what I have learned earlier during our last class at 3:00-4:00pm. Last week, we were tasked by our teacher to listen to the song "Vincent" by Don Mclean. I guess, some of you here are familiar with this song. To refresh your minds, watch the video below.

Earlier, we tackled the mysteries behind that song. At first, I wasn't interested to know but as I do my research for academic purposes, I have found out a lot of interesting information about that song which gave me an idea to share it here.
**DISCLAIMER: The following contents were based on my research as well as my understanding to our discussion earlier, if you think I mistakenly interpreted the song, I'm encouraging you to do a research as well. The more sources you can have, the legit it can be.**
I'll start by giving you some facts about the song's inspiration, the renowned famous painter **"VINCENT VAN GOGH".**
The song starry starry night was inspired to Van Gogh's paintings most specifically the Starry Night Painting.
He painted this while he was hospitalized at St. Remy because he have mental disorders including severe depression, hallucinations and delusions.
Starry night was painted based on his imaginations and memory because he was not allowed to go outdoors to witness the beauty of the night.
Even if he was confined in the asylum (a mental facility), he still made a lot of paintings.
His family and the people around him didn't recognized his greatness as a painter during his lifetime except from his brother Theo Van Gogh.
Van Gogh attempted suicide by shooting himself in the chest, which led to his death two days later.
According to Mclean, the line from the song "you took your life, as lovers often do" maybe about Van Gogh's relationship with life and his passionate love for the world that simply wasn't for a man like him.
The song emphasizes the story of Van Gogh's eternal struggle: Unrecognized as an artist until after his death.
For those who didn't know, Vincent Van Gogh was a Dutch Painter. He became famous after his death.

This painting was the inspiration of Don Mclean ***(The original singer of the song "Vincent").***

Based on my research, Vincent Van Gogh is a painter who preferred to use dark colors, but as time passed by, lighter colors such as blue and gray dominated his works.

Since he was hospitalized to the asylum (a mental facility), he really wanted to free himself from that facility instead of being allowed only to watch the outside world from the inside.

As what I have learned in the interaction between my classmate and professor, One of the reasons why Van Gogh became mentally ill is because of social pressure and unsupportive family. When Van Gogh started painting, the only person who supported him through the end was his Brother Theo. He thinks that all of his artworks are not worthy because nobody was interested about it. Infact, during his time, he only sold one painting with the help of his brother Theo who was an art dealer that time. This maybe the reason why he chose to end his life through suicide. From this, I can say that the people will only recognize you when you're already gone.

The "LOVE" meaning in this part of the lyrics is the undying love of Van Gogh to underprivileged people in his community as well as the rejections from the women he loved because of poverty. Some people say, this also implies the feeling of Van Gogh that he loves to do paintings but it seems like his paintings couldn't love him back. He was able to think of this because his paintings was not recognized by other people and he thinks that his paintings were not beautiful. This also the reason why he became depressed and killed himself.
**VERSE 3**

***Portraits hung in empty halls***
***Frame-less heads on nameless walls***
***With eyes that watch the world and can’t forget***
***Like the strangers that you’ve met***
***The ragged men in ragged clothes***

The *“portraits hung in empty halls”* are there, but no one is noticing them and that solitude echoes the loneliness of all those self-portraits: Van Gogh was his only constant subject. Those poor canvasses without any recognition idle unframed: they will be at an exhibition only after his death.
Van Gogh’s artistic legacy is contained in his paintings, drawings and writings. They are everlasting and will never *“forget”* the style that created them. They are Van Gogh’s eyes watching the world.
**OUTRO**

The lyrics suggest that Van Gogh was trying to “*set [people] free*” with the message in his work, a message that is now clear to McLean: “*And now I understand what you tried to say to me.”*

FINAL THOUGHTS:
**I have seen a lot of Van Gogh's works but I never realized that he encounted these sad experiences. This made me think that people will only recognize you when you are gone.. Nevertheless, Van Gogh's masterpieces gave us an inspiration to pursue the things that we love even if no one recognizes it. As long as we are happy, we must do it with love because time will come, even if you're gone, your hardworks will be paid off with legacy.**

***Have you ever lied to someone? or Have you ever trusted someone who lies to you?***
As for me? Yes. I experienced to lie. I mean, no one in this world is perfect. But if you think you're perfect, then good for you!. I also experienced being lied with someone I trusted the most. It hurts? maybe, but I'm still thankful because if they didn't do it, I'll probably trust them up until now.But as time passed by, I became more aware of how to filter lies and facts.
***"Lies and liars are words that no one wants to deal with. Unfortunately, there are many liars in this world just as how there are also various types of lies. "***
TYPES OF LIES
**Bold-Faced Lie**
With a bold-faced lie, a person tells something that others know to be a lie. This is like **telling a kid that chocolate is bad when you are eating one yourself.** Another is when you **tell your sister who lose her tooth to keep it because the tooth fairy will get it when she's asleep.** You know that tooth fairies doesn't exist but you still let your little sister to believe in that lie.
**Broken Promises**
I don't believe in the saying that **"Promises are meant to be broken"**. It's because if you give promises, you have to become **responsible and accountable** with it. If you can't, then it's better if you keep your mouth shut and refrain from giving promises. It's like you're making a promise to your partner but you still break it in the end. That's the reason why I won't say **"** **I promise"** but I prefer to say **" I'll try as long as I can"**. Trying is much better than giving false hopes.
**Lie of Fabrication & Lies of Deception**
These type of lies is common to the world of politics. Many candidates for a specific positions were **throwing accusations** to anybody just to lift up their own chair without having the strong evidences. These lies can be very damaging if they end up ruining a person’s reputation because of rumors. **Hate and envy** also trigger this lie. They will make false accusations, they will make false evidences but in the end, they we're also the ones who suffered from their own actions. Deceivers try to create an impression that can mislead other people by creating a false impression or not telling all facts. These persons are good in spreading hate rumors to cover their own mess. **I THINK YOU KNOW WHO THEY ARE!!! SO, VOTE WISELY!**
**Lying in Exaggeration**
This is for all the Marites out there!! There are some people who will **make their own version of stories** regardless if it's truth or untruth just to impress others.
**Plagiarism**
This is most common in school. Plagiarism is **an act of lying and stealing** at the same time. This involves copying the work of someone else and claiming it to be your own. I've experienced this one last semester. I let my classmate/friend from other group to see our output because I trusted her that she will not copy our answer. But she still copied it. My strict professor got angry that's why I was also given 0 points from that incident since I was the one who shared the answers. Well, Lesson learned.
**White Lies**
White lies are sometimes considered the least serious out of all lies. Sadly, many little white lies can lead to conflict as those people who tell them can appear less credible. An example is by **telling** **your friend that you like their new haircut, when you really don't**. Another one is by **congratulating your friend who got high scores in the exams even if you know that she/he cheated.** Sometimes it is better to tell a white lie than to hurt someone's feelings.
TYPES OF LIARS
**Compulsive Liars**
These are those individuals who are **addicted to lying** and is simply hard to stop them. We must avoid these types of people. They don't deserve our trust and attention!
**Frequent Liars**
**Lying is ingrained in the lives of frequent liars.** These people don't even bother to try to hide their traces or make sure their lies are coherent. They were careless with their lies. I met a lot of people who are like this. This is the reason why I don't believe to the person who frequently lied to me.
**Occasional Liars**
An occasional liar seldom lies. However, once they do, **they feel guilty for their actions.** These people are those who ask for forgiveness right away from the person they lied to. I think I belong to this type of liar. Hahah. When I lied to someone, I prefer to tell the truth right away. It's because of my conscience. I don't wanted to keep the lie within myself because my conscience will definitely kill me!
**Smooth Liars**
Smooth liars sound just like they are. These are the **individuals who have mastered the art of deception**. Most of the time, you can't tell they're lying because they're so excellent.

**While there are falsehoods and liars all around you, that doesn't mean you have to fall prey to their predatory actions and habits. To stay out of trouble, keep these different types of lies and liars in mind.**

My Guardian Angel Saved me Three Times

**According to Christian faith, everyone of us has a guardian angel who is with us from the moment we are born until we die, and is by our side at all times. Guardian Angel is linked to anyone who lives within God's Grace.**
I do believe that each of us has our own guardian angels because aside the fact that it was written in the bible, I personally felt their existence as to how they saved me from different accidents that I encountered when I was young up until now.
In today's article, I will share to everyone how my guardian angel saved me three times from different accidents that I encountered back then.
I fell in a tree with 15 ft. high
It was a National election day last May 2012. I was 13 years old that time. My family went off to vote for their chosen candidates and since I was not a voter that time, I was left alone at home together with my uncle and 6 years old younger sister. I became bored and hungry while waiting for my parents to come home that's why I decided to climb on our watery rose apple tree (tambis).
***(Anyways, have you tried this one?*** )
Well, climbing is not new to me because we lived in an isolated area full of fruit bearing trees such as rambutan, lanzones and many more. As I reached the top of the tree, I wasnt contented with what I got because its kind of raw. As I roam my eyes around, I saw a bunch of wattery Rose apple in the edge of the twigs. I did my best in reaching it without knowing that the branch where I stand into is a dead branch already which made me fell from the tree.
I can still remember the feeling of falling down. Good thing, I landed in a plain area. Surprisingly, I didn't felt so much pain. The only part of my body which was painful is my toe. But as I massage it for many times, I finally rid off the pain and it seems like the incident didn't happened. I became confused why I didn't felt so much pain maybe because my guardian angel saved me that time.
I almost lost one of my eyes
I was in a vacation that time in my uncle's pad at Davao City. They lived in a place near the seashore. One time, my friends invited me to play using their bicycle. Since I love riding a bicycle, I didn't hesitate to go with them. We played and played that day. One of my friends offered me one of his bicycle and challenged me for a race. I immediately accepted it. Little did I know that cycling in the sand is not the same as to land or road. **We must first read the sand depth, firmness and moisture content because this will minimize the chance of crashing. We must keep in mind that sand can get into your bike ball bearings and gears.** Since I wasn't aware of these, I pedalled the bike with strong velocity which made me fell and stumbled in a wall full of sharp rocks and nails.
Luckily, I was able to avoid it and saved my eyes from the incident. If I wasnt able to avoid the sharp objects that time, I may become blind by now.
I almost hit by a 10-wheeler truck
I was rushing to the nearest remittance center that time because my aunt sent me a money for my weekly allowance. I was problematic and stress in that moment because of school works and projects. When I crossed the pedestrian lane, I wasnt aware that a 10-wheeler truck was rushing towards me. Good thing the people in that place shouted and informed me to run quickly. I was almost hit by that truck. Luckily, I was saved by the people around me.
**Closing thoughts:**
Those incidents made me realized that Accidents may happen anytime and anywhere. I am just so thankful that God sent me an anonymous guardian angels to protect and to save me from those undesired accidents. We must always pray and ask for the Guidance of our Almighty Father because he is the way the truth and the life. We must love our life and enjoy every single moment because we don't know what will happen later, tomorrow, next week, next month and the upcoming years.

Love vs. Lust

*I was inactive in read.cash today because we experienced power interruption for about 20 hours due to the heavy rains yesterday. The power supply was restored at 5 in the afternoon. That was the time also where I got to open my read.cash and social media accounts.*
*I saw a lot of pictures circulating in the internet about the aftermath of the devastating flashfloods caused by the heavy rain yesterday. I can see that it really gave serious destruction. These are the pictures and it depends upon you to judge the seriousness of the damages caused by the said disaster.*
Well, let’s stick to the main point of the article which is about Love vs. Lust. Earlier, I saw a FaceBook sharedpost from one of my friends about some specific pictures which shows the difference between lust and love in a relationship. I became interested into it that’s why I decided to make an article to share it with you. Here it is.
*In every relationship, there are times where we forgot if the things that we do to our partners is either because of love or lust. Well, what is really the difference between Love and Lust?*
**LOVE** is characterized by strong feelings of intimacy, affection and commitment to another person. On the other hand, **LUST** is the craving for sexual satisfaction that drives humans to seek out sex partners. Lust is driven by a hormonal desire for sexual gratification.
*Here are two examples:*
Admiring your patner about her looks doesn't depend on what she is wearing. If you truly love your partner, even if she's with her pajamas, Big-shirts, Bare face, uncombed hair and such, you can still appreciate her beauty.
I am a type of girlfriend who is not fond of wearing revealing clothes because I am not comfortable with it. However, I'm still so lucky because my BF never demanded me to wear revealing and sexy clothes because he respected me in all aspects.
Giving quality time with your partner is not just by having s*x but it can also by doing simple yet sweet things. One of the examples is by watching movie together. In the picture above, the boy is thinking two scenarios. The first scenario is by spending quality time through sexual pleasure. On the other hand, the second scenario is about spending quality time together by watching movie or any show together.
If you truly love the person, you will not just think of sex all the time. Think of other ways on how to make your partner happy. Small things really matters if you give efforts into it.
Final Thoughts:
If you love someone and have great respect for your partner, then you may have trouble experiencing Lust.

We've been experiencing heavy rains in our place right now. It started at 2 pm in the afternoon and as of 8:47 pm, the rain is still there accompanied by lightning and thunders. Just so you know, I'm not a pluviophile who loves rain. For me, rain brings sorrows.
I thought that this perception of mine about rain is not valid and I'm just over reacting. But to validate it, I tried to search in the internet if I'm just the only one in the world who hate rain but to my surprise, there are many. In fact, it was considered a phobia.
***Pluviophobia is an intense fear of anything related to rain, such as storms, lightning, and thunder.***
**SYMPTOMS OF PLUVIOPHOBIA IN ADULTS:**
Heightened anxiety which can spill over to a panic attack
Obsession with monitoring the weather forecasts for any prediction of rain
Trembling and shaking
Thoughts about death
Incoherence or inability to express oneself
As for me, I can't consider myself as one of those people who suffers Pluviophobia. I never experience those symptoms to be exact. I just don't really like rain because of these reasons:
**You'll need to keep your wet umbrella somewhere in your handbag or bag. That's not something you'd like doing.**
**Clothes aren't drying as fast as they should be.**
**Every time it rains, there's always a power interruption.**
As of the moment, we're experiencing brownout. I just hope that it will not last for long since I still have classes tomorrow. My cellphone battery is at 52℅ and I think I'll just sleep right after I publish this article to save my phone's battery consumption.
Earlier, my facebook friends posted some videos about the flashfloods that is experiencing as of the moment by the people in our Barangay.

Online Classes Sucks

I've been posting articles about what happened during my enrollment'serye which are full of rants and disappointments. But in the end, I was able to process my enrollment and listed as one of the official enrollees in Academic year 2021-2022. This will be our second semester and my last semester in college. After almost 4 years, I am already claiming that I can be able to get my Diploma on June in our Graduation Ceremony.
But again, in every achievements there's always hardships and affliction. I don't know if I become happy and contented of what I learned in Online classes. **Is there anything I learned? or I'm just pushing myself in believing that I learned something.**
**ONLINE CLASSES SUCKS!!**
I was a 2nd year college student when the pandemic began. Looking back, I was this happy school girl who was excited to have online classes. I just love the idea of staying in our house while having class. Aside from that, I was able to save money for my fare since I lived far from school. Instead of spending $100/month before in Face-to-face classes, I was able to save at least $96 every month when online class began. My only expenses to attend class is only $4 for my load allowance/month. I can say that I'm enjoying learning at home but as time passed by, I slowly getting uninterested in joining my classes. It came to a point where I chose not to attend in classes because of my laziness and my beliefs that **'even if I don't attend classes, I can still pass by completing the assigned tasks in our google classroom or in google.forms.'**
I also got uninterested in joining online classes because of my strict professor. ***(I already made an article about her and you can search it over if you're interested. )*** Are you wondering why? It's because she don't know how to appreciate efforts. I've been doing my very best during her session, I tried to participate in oral recitation even if I'm not that confident with my answer ***(note: She's meticulous in correct usage of grammar in a sentence)*****,** I tried my best in leading my team in a specific report, I tried to make my projects according to her rubrics, I sacrificed my time and effort in doing some paperworks to be submitted to her over and over again ***(She's perfectionist*****)** and many more. And can you guess what I got in return? I only got 81℅ for my Final Grade Average in her subject. I really don't know if I deserve that or not. But if I were to answer? **I don't deserve that, I'm confident because I know where I stand!**
Aside from those, I also got uninterested because of intrinsic and extrinsic distractions. I've become more overthinker lately because I'm afraid of what to do after college. **Can I find a job easily? What job do I prefer? Am I going to pursue my course? Should I review first before working? Should I take my review while working? What do I really want? Can I just lay and poop money?**..! Hays! I don't know. Aside from that, I also experienced common distractions that every online students can relate.
**I don't have proper learning area to attend my class.**
**I lived in a noisy environment.**
**Internet connection is bad sometimes.**
**I'm only using mobile phone in attending my class because my laptop is not that suitable for online classes because of SPECS issues.**
We had our first class for the second semester last Saturday. Many of my classmates became sad because we're not given the opportunity to have our practicum. Instead of having practicum, the entire second semester will be about solely review activities for the preparation for LET examinations. From that moment I realized that my whole student life is a curse. **From being one of the first batch of K-12 curriculum to a so called graduates of online classes.**
I can really say that the knowledge and skills that I have right now are not enough to supply the needs of my students in the future. Our teacher once asked us last Saturday about the role of the teacher and why we chose to become one. She said that a teacher must not be daft. After hearing those words, I slowly reflected on my capabilities and based on my assessments, I can say that I'm not ready to become a teacher who molds the students to become a civilized member of the society. **In other words, I'm not that competent enough.**

A Godmother for the first time

*Aside from grandparents, relatives and teachers, many families also choose godparents. This is someone who is not a family member who assists you in spiritually guiding your child throughout their life. It's usually a person who shares your religious beliefs. This usually entails being present at their baptism as well as other events. This could include attending birthday parties, graduations, and other memorable occasions, as well as being available if the child requires guidance or someone to advocate on their behalf.*
To be honest, I have a lot of Godparents. Infact, I have 5 Godfathers and 5 Godmothers. This was the reason why I'm excited to celebrate some important occasions when I was a child because I know that they will give me some gifts and stuffs. One of my godparents which happens to be my uncle and aunt always give me gadgets. From cellphones to laptops and even pocket moneys. My other godparents also do the same but mostly, they give me pocket money instead of stuffs. Aside from these, ***they also give me some advices when it comes to proper decision making as well as incalculating good moral and right conduct.***
This made me inspired to become one. Last Friday, I was informed by my Boyfriend that his brother chose me to become one of the Godmothers of his child. I immediately accepted it without hesitations. I was just happy because my boyfriend's family trusted me that much in helping them in guiding one of their family member.
By the way, my godchild is not a baby anymore. She's already 12 years old. She was baptized first in an Alliance Church but later on her family decided to change her religion to Roman Catholic. This child is really close to me because she became my confidant everytime I went to my boyfriend's house. She always entertain me, give me food, make me feel at home and etc.
I can't imagine her calling me "Ninang" haha. My boyfriend's mother once tease me that my Godchild is bigger than me. Well, it doesn't matter to me anymore. It's okay if she will not call me "ninang" because I was used to her calling me "Ate".
After the baptismal ceremony, we went straight to their house to eat our lunch. When we arrived, my boyfriend's family welcomed me with a warm smile and give me some food. I just stayed there for almost 4 hours. All I did was to eat and eat. After 4 hours, my boyfriend and I decided to go home because the sky is kind of cloudy and seems like the heavy rain will pour any minute.
I informed my boyfriend's family that I'll be leaving. After a minute, my boyfriend's mother (soon to be mother in law, char ahah) give me a buko salad for my family. I accepted it with joy because they always do this gesture everytime I went to their house. They will not allow me to leave without bringing something to my family (Bring home). They're so sweet and thoughtful. I waved goodbye to them and to my godchild.
*To be chosen as a godmother is truly an honor because this only proves that there are other people who trusted you that much. Morever, this gave me an opportunity to share the good upbringing that my family used in raising me to my godchild.*

Answering Random "What if" Scenarios

It is evident that finding a topic for daily blogs is quite hard. I already felt the pressure of being a blogger :(. First Scenario
**You're about to meet your partner's parents. What would you say in order to make them believe you are perfect for their son/daughter?**
This is not a "what if" scenario because I already experienced this one last 2017. But lemme share this here.
*My boyfriend introduced me to his family right after his Graduation in college. I was so very nervous that time because that was the first time where I get to meet his Mother and siblings (his father already passed away when he was still young). My nervousness got vanished right after his Mother and sisters smiled and welcomed me to their family warmly. I was so mesmerized by the beauty of his sisters and I'm always out of words everytime they speak hahah. Honestly, I don't need to say anything to make them believe that I'm serious to my boyfriend. The fact that I faced them in person is already enough to prove it.*
Second Scenario
**You have found an animal that looks like no other on earth. What do you do with it?**
OMG!! This scenario made me remember my favorite movie Cj7.
*CJ7 is an alien but who cares? I considered it as a cute pet hahaha*
*Like what the boy did in CJ7 movie, I will take care of that animal and I will never let someone to touch it hahaha. I'll play with it all day long. That is only if that specific animal is as cute as CJ7. But if it's not cute and seems harmful, I will turn it over to the DENR.*
Third Scenario
**You have been granted one wish that could make the world a better place. What would you wish for? Try to be realistic!**
**WORLD PEACE**
*I'm fed up with what is happening in our world right now. Ukraine and Russia is in the midst of misunderstanding which resulted to war and Filipino people lost their morality because of politics. I want to end all of these because this will truly destroy our future. I hope that our leaders will be enlightened that Peace is the only thing that could make our world a better place. Let's pray for it.*

Qing Dynasty-Emperor Qianlong (The story of Yanxi Palace)

***Hi everyone! For those readers who are fond in Chinese Historical Events, this article is for you. In this article, we will talk about Emperor Qianlong. He was under the Qing Dynasty which was the final imperial dynasty in China.***
You have probably heard about the Chinese Historical Series **"The Story of Yanxi Palace".** As being said, it is a C-Drama which was based on a **TRUE EVENTS** which happened in 1735-1796 under the reign of the **Qing Emperor Qianlong.**
I am not fond of watching C-drama but this is an exception. This C-drama gives me goosebumps especially on how the casts give justice to their each and every roles.
This C-drama was also aired in Philippine Television. But since I want to watch it without " cut-scenes", I chose to watch it in other sources.
**For those readers who are not familiar with it, here are some facts that could convince you to watch this amazing C-Drama Series for you to be able to know who was Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty.**
Emperor Qianlong
**Based on the series:** *Emperor Qianlong was kind of strict but kind-hearted person. He loves poetry in fact, it became one of his hobbies. Little did she know, she will not just only find the justice that she wanted but she will also fell for someone which happens to be the younger brother of the Empress, Lady Fuca.* ***Is she going to pursue the love that he have for the Empress' younger brother knowing that they were not in the same level?*** *Well, you must watch the drama to find out.*

Amazing world of poetry: Revisiting my poem 5 years ago

I'm in the middle of confusion of what to write tonight. Good thing I bumped into my Facebook Memories where I saw my Poem which I originally made 5 years ago.
I've been creating a lot of poems but sadly, I don't have any copy of those right now. Some of those were written in a piece of paper which I forgot to keep.

I'm not that good in making poems. I'm still in the process of enhancing the hidden talent within me (naa ba jud?). I usually make poems everytime I'm sad, angry and disappointed. I prefer to write my feelings using poetry rather than showing or exposing it obviously to a specific person.
Sadly, this poem of mine was written in Tagalog Language. I'm aware that majority of the readers in this platform are Filipino but I'm still sad because I have readers from other countries who can't understand Tagalog Language.
I tried to use translator to translate it in English Language. This became unorgarnized and somewhat change the ideas of the lines. I just want to ask for your forgiveness and please bear with me this time.
Here it is. I'm not a pro but this is purely based on what I felt that time.

Obviously, this poem is about cheating that we always encounter in school. I don't want to become arrogant and plastic here to say that I didn't experience cheating for my entire life as a student. I may experience this back then but I avoided it as long as I can when I got to college. Simply because I was surrounded by brilliant seatmates. They encouraged me to trust what I have learned and not to trust the learnings of other people. This made me believe in my capacity even more and I thanked them for that.
Well, back to the main reason, I was Senior High School student when I wrote this poem last 2017. As far as I remembered, I made this poem because I was irritated and disappointed to one of my classmates who keeps on asking answers. I just can't accept the fact that she was one of our classroom's honor students yet she still copied the answers of others. It give me the impression that maybe she was included because of cheating. Being an honor student is a big deal for me especially if I know that someone doesn't deserve it. I'm not a judgemental person, unless I have my own proofs.
"Di ako nagmamalinis, I'm just saying the truth." Maybe some of you also experience these things and I hope that we can talk about it in the comment section below.

We must always remember that cheating is not the solution for us to pass. I may experience this before, but as time passed by, I realized that the only person that we can rely on especially when we take the board exams is our own selves. Haha)**

Having a Matured Boyfriend be Like.....

In my past articles, I have mentioned that I have a boyfriend. We're now 4 years and 2 months of being together. He is 22 years old same as mine but he's already working and enjoying his life while me? I am still studying and fighting for my future(K-12 yern). Hahah
I can say that I'm so proud of him because at a young age, he was able to reach his dreams in life. He got his Bachelor's degree of Business administration at the age of 19 and he easily found a job with good salary and benefits. (He must be thankful because his batch was not included in the K-12 curriculum ).
Aside from that, he's also amazing because he was able to passed the Civil Service Examination (Professional Level) without review because for him, stock knowledge is enough.
He always tell me that he's proud of my achievements. Little did he know that he's achievements are more than mine and I'm so proud of having him also.
Our relationship may seem perfect but it's really not. We also encountered fights and misunderstandings. But he was able to maintain the relationship that we had because of his mindset. He's a type of boyfriend who is matured enough to handle my moods and kaartehan. Having a matured boyfriend is really not easy especially for someone like me who thinks like a child. Here's why.

*We always fight because of this matter HAHAHA. My friends and classmates are aware of that. I'm an over thinker girlfriend, everytime I see a specific guy flexing his girlfriend, I became envious because my BF rarely flex me in his social media accounts. It seems like he's not proud of me (sadlife).*
**He will not ask for forgiveness as long as he know that he's right. He wants you to realize the importance of lowering your pride.**
*I am a type of person who will not ask forgiveness even if I know that I'm wrong.. That's how childish I am. Everytime we fight because of my attitude, he would always remind me to say sorry to him because it's my fault. Since my pride is as long as the Eiffel Tower, I will not say sorry which leads us to another fight.*
**Special occasions become normal**
*We fought in our 4th anniversary because he forgot to greet me on that day. You know, as an over thinker girlfriend, I felt that he doesn't give any importance of that occasion. It's okay for me if he will not greet me in our monthsaries but anniversary? Like what? That's an important event in our relationship!!*
Having a matured boyfriend is really not easy. But as time passed by, those behaviours of him became normal to me. I understand it little by little. I realized that
Flexing isn't necessary. It is not necessary for a relationship to grow; yet, it does demand loyalty and honesty. As what I have observed, those FB friends of mine who always flex their special someone are those couples who are in the early stage of their relationship. In contrary, those couples that I know who are together for a long time were not flexing their bf/gf all the time.
Asking forgiveness maybe hard especially if you're prideful. But the thing I learned is to always lower my pride and to become more cooperative in nurturing or taking good care of our relationship.
He may forget to greet me in special occasions all the time, but his actions and efforts in that specific day speaks a lot. Indeed! It's the efforts that counts.
**A/N: No matter what your boyfriend's behaviors are, you must always remember to always understand. Each people have different ways on how they show their love and care for you. All you have to do is to stop overthinking and be matured as well. As long as they didn't commit anything wrong like cheating, you have to always fight for your relationship and cooperate or adjust to make it stronger.**

My First Job Interview

**"Job Interview"** that words give me chills especially if someone mention it infront of my face. Just so you know, I have experienced to do some "sidelines" but it doesn't need job interviews. Until one day, my friend ask me to apply in a famous and big BPO company here in our City. I was hesitant at first because as a first timer, I think it's better to apply in a smaller company first than in big ones. But she keeps on convincing me to try for us to be able to experience how it feels like to be in a hot seat (haha).
It is hard for a student like me to apply for a job while studying. That became the reason why I have a big respect to my classmates who are working students. They managed to study while working and vice versa.
I decided to join my friend for an interview. I immediately prepared my resume and other stuffs. I know that finding a job is not easy because you have to undergo a lot of interviews from different HR personnels. You have no idea if they are strict, intimidating or approachable. I just reminded myself to become confident all the time and to stick to my core which is to pass the job interview.
When we arrived, I can see a lot of applicants inside the office. I got chills all over my body because they seems so confident. I just reminded myself again to focus on my goal. We submitted our résumés and wait for our names to be called for step 1.
After 5 minutes, my name was called. I immediately entered the room where the HR personnel is staying and we started the job interview. I was shocked because the questions were not that easy to answer. Fortunately, I was able to finish it and answered the questions well.
After the interview, I went straight to my friends. I thought, the first question that they're going to ask was about what happened inside the room. But to my surprise, they asked me why I was called in STEP 3 directly. I became confused, they are right, I should have take first the STEP 1 & STEP 2. From that moment, I got a lot of questions in my head. That questions were answered the moment I was called in step 1. It seems like I misheard the name that was called in step 3 and assume that it was me. **(hahahha ang vv ko kaya pala ang hirap ng tanong).**
**STEP 1 and STEP 2**
I was called for step 1. The questions in step 1 was a little bit simple because you just have to choose between the ballpen, pencil and eraser and explain how it relates to you as a person. I chose eraser. I passed the step 1 and go directly to step 2 and I passed again.
**STEP 3**
I was referred to step 3 and I guess that was the moment of truth hahaha I told the HR that I mistakenly heard my name earlier. The HR became confused and she searched for the documents that she used during my step 3 interview and that was the moment she found out that she evaluated the wrong person. **(Hindi kasi siya nag ask ng name ko before the interview in step 3 for validation).** Again, we started the interview from the top and I passed it again.
**STEP 4**
In step 4, we were assessed on our typing speed. After that, they reminded us to always open our lines because they will call us two days after the interview.
I waited for 2 days but I was not called for the last and Final Step. So I think, I failed in the Step 4. HAHAH
That interview was like a roller coaster ride for me because of my (kapalpakan). I think that was one of the reasons why I was not called for the final interview because of what happened in step 3.
But still, I had so much fun and I experienced also how it feels like to be in a hot seat. I just charged it to my experience.
After that interview, I decided to focus first on my studies and set aside my dreams of becoming an employee. Hahah I'm now currently a graduating student and I'm also preparing myself to the real battle that I will face after I graduate.
**FT: Failure is the best teacher. It's okay to fail as long as you know in yourself that you did your best and you are able to learn from it which could be your weapon to overcome the hardships that you may experience in your future endeavors.**

The Foods that almost Everyone Likes (But I don't)

Each of us have different preferences when it comes to food. It maybe influenced by these factors:
Biological determinants such as hunger, appetite and taste.
Economic Determinants such as cost, income and availability.
Physical Determinants such as access, education, skills and time.
Social Determinants such as culture, family, friends and meal patterns.
In this article, I would like to share the top 3 foods which I think everyone likes but I don't.
**I just want to emphasize that this article is purely based on my own preferences and I don't have an intention to judge yours.**
**WATERMELON**
Sorry but watermelon is not really for me. I don't like it because it taste like a watery vegetable HAHA. However, this fruit looks nice and delicious to my eyes because of it's color and texture. I tried to eat this many times but the moment I smell it's aroma, I felt a little discomfort which triggers me to throw up. But the funny thing about this is that, I love to watch people eating watermelon because it's satisfying to my eyes. Yeah, you can call me weird but I just love watching them, it feels like I also taste the watermelon as I see them chewing its flesh. **How about you? Do you like watermelon or not? If yes, can you share to me how it taste?**
V**egetables**
Yes, I don't like vegetables. My family would always remind me to eat vegetables for me to become healthy but I really can't. Just like watermelon, I also tried to eat vegetables many times but I end up spewing it. Simply because I don't like its taste. If I were to choose between Brined Anchovies (Ginamos) or Vegetables, I will perfectly choose "Ginamos". I'm not "maarte", I'm just being me. As a matter of fact, we are not rich to buy other goods. But I'm still doing my best to like it for the sake of my own health.
Seafoods
I may sound absurd but I really don't like seafoods HAHA. Whether it's shrimps, crabs, lobsters and such. My friends once invited me to eat in an Unli Seafood Restaurant but I refuse because I know that I can't enjoy the food. I hate its smell and taste especially the shrimps. However, I love watching Seafood mukbang videos because I can see the enjoyment of cracking the shells of the crab and the mukbanger's satisfaction while eating. It's just amazing. I just love watching somebody to eat seafoods than eating it myself.
**A/N: This article is purely opinionated. I don't intend to insult or judge your preference. In fact, you can share your experiences while eating those foods in the comment section below. That will probably help me to convince myself to try those foods especially the vegetables.**

Mobile legends is one of the most popular games in our country right now. This game is for all given that it is considered as a game for all ages. Obviously, I can prove it by just observing the people around me. Anywhere I go, I can see a lot of people playing mobile legends regardless of age. It seems like they're really into it and I'm not exempted from them HAHA.
To start with, I would like to share my experiences in playing this game. I first discovered this game last 2017. I wasn't interested at first but as time goes by in playing this game, I became addicted into it especially to the cute heroes and graphics.
I am not a pro gamer that is why I only chose those easy to navigate heroes like mage, support and tank. My main mage is Lylia. My main support is Estes and my main Tank is Tigreal.
After almost 5 years of playing, I was hooked by the Mobile Legends heroes' lines because for me, it's interesting and relatable which made me decide to write an article about it.
So, let's start...

*As a civilized citizen in this country, we have to stop this behavior because this may somehow bring chaos and misunderstandings to the people living in a society. Before we speak, we have to think first if our information is* ***legit and valid.***
*On the other hand, as a receiver of information, we need to become meticulous in filtering legitimate and false infos. Before believing on someone's words, it's better if we see it with our own eyes. Wasted Effort | Rants 101

***Disclaimer: This article is full of rants and disappointments. I didn't intend to give you bad vibes but I really need to do this to lessen my anger.***
**What a bad bad bad (10000x) day!!!! I spent my entire day from 7 am- 3 pm for nothing!!**
Today is our Enrolment for 2nd semester. I woke up at 5 am because I want to arrive early in school. When I arrived, there are already a lot of students falling in line for the QR code scanning. After almost 20 mins. of waiting, my QR code finally scanned and I fell in line again for another enrolment process.
I thought that today's enrolment will run smoothly but I was wrong. We encountered a lot of problems which made me feel impatient and irritated.
UNCLEAR INSTRUCTIONS
The enrolment process is very chaotic because of the unclear instructions and due to the fact that it was overcrowded. We are instructed by our school that today is for the enrolment process of both 3rd year and 4th year students but I can see lower years who are also processing their enrolment papers. There are a lot of steps to do which made us more confused because the school personnel were calling the same names over and over again. I think that was due to the enrollee's incorrect papers. I got very annoyed of how they call the names because they're using 3 microphones and they were announcing in chorus. We can't hear their words or announcements clearly which made us more confused and irritated. It also made the enrolment process more chaotic and unorganized.
THE COVID-19 PROTOCOL WAS OVERLOOKED
Due to the big crowd, social distancing and COVID-19 protocols was overlooked which leads the police officers to ask the personnels to give intervention about the problem. We are asked to stay in the lobby and wait for our names to be called. I got upset because those firstcomers became last and those students who came last became the first students who got their enrolment clearance. I can say that it was really unorganized and I can guarantee that my co-students felt the same way as I do. I think, our school was given a warning by the police officers to do something about the said matter because the school is so crowded. In fact, they took some pictures which I think will be the evidence of how crowded our school was.
THE STUDENTS WERE NOT INFORMED THAT THEIR SCHOLARSHIP WAS NOT YET GRANTED TO THE STUDENT ACCOUNTS
This made me so upset because I thought that our scholarship was already granted to our student account. Little did I know, it was not yet granted and I have to pay for my balance. Unfortunately, I didn't bring enough money to pay for the amount because I thought that our scholarship was already granted. If only I know that I have to pay for my balance, I should have bring enough money or even prepare money to pay such big amount. They should have announce it first. Hays! I spent my 8 hours in school for nothing. It was really a waste of time!!
I, together with my close friends decided to go home and just process the enrolment papers next week because it was extended until March 3. What a bad bad bad bad (10000x) day, indeed!!!!
***Again, sorry for the bad vibes. I just can't get over with the things I encountered earlier.***

The advantages of being an athlete

*Hello 23! Today, I and my man celebrate our 4 years and 2 months of being together. I'm just so happy because we reach this far. Anyways, this article is not about us Haha I just really want to express how grateful I am to be with my man.*
Enough with that chezzyy thing. I woke up early today because I'm excited to open my read.cash to check if Rusty visited me already. Aside from that, I'm also excited to see the articles of the other writers in this platform. Well, I really like to give comments and to welcome those newbies like me. I'm just grateful to meet other people from different countries.
For today's article, I wanted to share with you guys the **advantages of being an athlete.**
For the awareness of everyone, I was once an athlete during my elementary and secondary years. I was a **softball** player. Many can't believed that I was able to overcome the hardships of the training since it was more on agility, flexibility and tolerance. Given that the game softball was played outdoors, during training, I got a lot of bruises scratches and such. Aside from that, I was also exposed under the heat of the sun which made my skin so dark.
The game **"softball"** is kind of similar to **"baseball"** the only differences are the game rules and the players. I was influenced to play this sport because I was amazed how my seniors catch and throw the ball. It was mesmerizing to see the ball as the players throw it with force like it was as fast as a lightning.
Aside from the enjoyment that I experienced as an athlete since I was able to live with my team mates, I also got a lot of benefits upon joining it. Most especially if we win a specific competition.
MINOR ADVANTAGES
I was able to live with my teammates under one roof
As an athlete, we always consider our teammates as our own family. We got to wake up together, pray and eat together. Take a bath together and sleep together. We are indeed always together (haha). With these, I was able to experience how it feels like to be with other types of people. I learned the essence of sisterhood.
I got a big advantage in my extracurricular activities points during class' ranking.
Even if I'm an athlete, my studies was always been my first priority. Given that we almost practice for a whole day especially if we have a big competition. I still made sure that I still do good in my classes. I remembered how my classmate got angry with me because she can't beat me in the class' ranking. She was surprised because I was still the second honors even if I was bombarded with a lot of things to do as an athlete and a student. Little did she know that I only got higher grades than her because of the points I got in my extracurricular activities. Without the points I got in my ECA, I think I will fall to 3rd to 5th place hahaha.
MAJOR ADVANTAGES
I was able to earn money out of being an athlete
We started competing first to smaller competitions like Quadrangular Meet, Unit meet and DCAA meet. We won in all of that tournaments. The biggest tournaments that we got to experienced were the DAVRAA MEET held in New Bataan and PALARONG PAMBANSA held in Zamboanga Zanorte. We were the Champion in DAVRAA MEET and we were given a lot of Incentives and a money approximately **$60**. In palarong pambansa, we won as 4th placers. Again, we got a lot of incentives and money approximately **$140** because we are 4th out of more than 8 teams competing under the game softball.
I got to travel in different places and tourist spots
I was able to get into places that I never expected to reach. First was in New Bataan, Compostella Valley, Philippines. I can say that the good thing of being an athlete was being able to stroll in different tourist spots of the said places. In New Bataan, we were given the time to unwind in one of the best resort in that place. ***The bamboo cold spring resort.***
On the other hand, in Palarong Pambansa, we were given a chance to experience the beauty of ***Gloria's Fantasy Land.*** We were given the privilege to enjoy all the rides for free. I can say that it was one of the best memorable moments in my life.
I was able to ride in the Galleon. Sadly, I was not able to scream my heart out because I was with my coaches that time.
Experienced one of the largest and tallest rollest coaster ride. Haha the funny thing in this ride was there were a lot of cameras hidden in the trees and all your emotions will be captured and showed in a big screen beside it. That was funny haha.
I cannot include all the rides here because it was so many to mention. Unfortunately I was not able to experience the horror house because it was not included in our tickets and we have to pay for $4. I'm not that interested to experience but if it was included in our tickets, I think I don't have any excuses to refuse. HAHA
We were also given the privilege to visit the Rizal Shrine where I got to see the old house of the Philippine National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal. I was able also to see his worn old Barong Tagalog, the original book of Noli Me Tangere and El Felibusterismo. It was indeed a memorable moment.
**A/N: It was an honor to be one of the athletes who represented the whole school/District and City in an interschool competition, District Competition, Local and National competition. Our victories were not just for ourselves but it is also for the people who are behind our back, supporting and loving us.**

Middle Child Syndrome

When I was young up until now, I always have the feeling of being the outcast of the family. This feeling is still in me even if I am already a grown-up lady. I always asked myself as to ***"why my parents didn't give me the same attention that they gave to my 2 sisters."***
Many would probably say that the feelings that I have right now is not valid. But I just want everyone to be aware that it's true. In fact, there are researchers who already made a study about it. However, it was not pursued by the theorist (Alfred Adler) because other theorists contradicted his ideas.
For the awareness of my dear readers, I am a middle child of the family. My older sister is 24 years old and my younger sister is 17 years old. Even if we are already grown-up, I can still feel that my 2 sisters are most loved by my parents.
Since I wanted to understand myself, I did a research about the ***" Middle Child Syndrome"*****.** After reading the article, I realized that this feelings of mine is normal at all since there are also other people who felt the same way as I do.
For those readers who are also middle child like me. I wanted to share in this platform about the important things that I learned after reading the article.
To better understand, let's talk first about the **Middle Child Syndrome.**
**As a middle child like me, I always have the feeling of being excluded, ignored or even outright rejected by my parents. Maybe they were unaware that I have this feeling because I am not open to them. Aside from that, I also don't want them to know.**
*I can also relate to the characteristics of a middle child as included in the article.*
**I. Personality**
*"Middle children have personalities that are often overshadowed by their other siblings. The older sibling is strong-willed, and the younger sibling is the baby, which leaves the middle child somewhere in-between. Their personality may be dulled down by their siblings, making them quiet and even-tempered."*
**I can relate to this because I was often overshadowed by my sisters. My older sister is a strong-willed that is why my mother love her more. On the other hand, my younger sister is considered as the family's baby and daddy's girl. While me? I just only have myself, my cats and my dogs. That maybe the reason why I becaame an introvert person because I cannot open up my problem and thoughts to them.**
**II. Relationships**
*" Middle children may have trouble feeling equal to their siblings in parental relationships. The older sibling often holds more responsibilities, and the younger sibling is well taken care of by the parents. The middle child isn’t given as much attention as either."*
**This is true. Every time my parents go to supermarkets to do some grocery, they always want my older sister to be with them. I always left at home doing household chores. Even if I wanted to go, I just hold my emotions and keep it to myself. My younger sister get lesser household chores because they always say that I'm older than her and I should be the one to adjust. (sadlife)**
**III. Favoritism**
*" Middle children generally don’t feel that they are* *the favorite child* *of the family. Favoritism may exist for the oldest child who is viewed as special, or for the youngest child who is viewed as the baby. **I think this is the worst. I have felt this for a couple of times. One of those was when I and my younger sister were suffering from fever and cough. I can say that they were more concern on my younger sister's status. They can't even ask if I'm okay or I am healed already. No one is worried about my health condition. In short, I am nobody's favorite.**
*But despite of these, I am still thankful to my parents for raising me and for loving me. I may not feel the equal love that they extended to my sisters, but I am still thankful because they still gave me a complete family. That is what I always want right now.*

Know me better | Answering Random Questions

What a cold and gloomy Monday to everyone. I hope that you're doing fine. Early in the morning, I was scolded by my mother because I woke up late. I immediately fixed myself and cook our breakfast. Honestly, this scenario is common to our house and I become used to my Mom's words every morning Hahah I just considered it as my alarm clock (Sorry, Mama haha)
After eating, I immediately open my phone and browse my facebook account. Upon browsing in the newsfeed, I found an interesting post of random personal questions. While reading, I got a lot of ideas in my mind which drives me to the decision of getting some random questions and answer it here in read.cash.
This is also one way of expressing myself to everyone. I do believe that you can only relate to someone if you know something about her/him. As a newbie in this platform, I wanted everyone to know me and my personality by answering random personal questions.
So, let's start.
Are you scared of anything?
*As a human being, it's normal for us to become scared of something. In my case, I can say that I'm scared of the night and the fact that everyone is sleeping and unaware of what's happening around them. In short, I am an overthinker. Everynight, I always think of checking the doors in our house 'coz I want it to be locked properly. Why did I do this? It's because we lived in an isolated area and our neighbors are living far from our place. If there's an incident to happen, it's impossible for our neighbors to help us right away since they are living far from us. To feel secured, I listed all the phone numbers of the Police stations that are near from us for me to be able to call them if something happens. Maybe I'm an overthinker but I just wanted to become ready all the time.*
**The reasons why I became afraid of the night was influence by the movie that I saw which was entitled "Apocalypto". Especially the scene where their tribe was attacked by bad people. I cannot erase the " what if's" in my mind. That made me become an overthinker.**
*Aside from that, I'm also afraid of criticisms. I know that this is a bad behavior but I just can't help myself. Everytime my teacher or classmate criticizes my works or outputs, the negative comments will remain in my head all the time. It drives me crazy. Everytime I hear bad comments, I felt worthless and I know that I should stop this behaviour and I'm still working on it.*
What really makes you angry?
*It depends upon the situation. If it's about family, I become angry when I always be the one to do the household chores all the time. Well, it's okay for me to do the household chores as long as my sisters will extend their help to me. But if they will just lay on bed all the time without helping me in doing the household chores, I'll definitely get angry.*
*If it's about relationship, I become angry everytime my man ignore my messages especially when we're in a fight. All I want is for him to explain but he chose to ignore me for the reason that he don't want to add woods into the fire which is somehow true. He wants to settle our misunderstandings in person but since I am immature and impatient, I chose to blocked him for a week. Unfortunately, I was also the one who's suffering of missing him HAHAH.*
*If it's about school stuffs. I got angry everytime my classmate ask redundant questions. Yes, I'm impatient and I'm wondering why I took TeacherED. program hahha.*
