We sometimes notice that our body feels pain. The reason we feel this pain is because we are inactive.

Many times when we exercise our body hurts. In fact, any work you do will cause pain in your body. Even if you can exercise, your body will hurt. Because when a person goes to do something new after many days, his body cannot adapt to that job immediately. But if you are in the same job for a while, then at some point your body will adapt to those tasks and there will be no pain in the body.

You would be surprised to know that we have more than 43 muscles in our face. When we smile, we use 16 muscles. But the rest of the muscles are not used for laughter. The rest of the muscles are used for pain. When you cry, your face becomes very painful, when you are frustrated, the muscles on your face are depressing. So even if you smile and talk to someone, it becomes a kind of exercise for the muscles of your face.

At present the children of our generation have moved far away from exercise. You will see these children lying in one corner of the house, busy with mobile phones, playing games, watching videos. But they are not doing sports like physical exercise. As a result, our future generations are at risk. They are becoming physically weak. Their immunity is declining. Their tendency to become disabled is increasing.

So we should keep our body healthy and strong by doing various activities along with our daily exercise, through which we can keep every part of our body healthy.
