Almost every action we take in life is aimed towards our happiness: a feeling of content satisfaction and even bliss, still it can be a bit hard to identify
But unhappiness, on the other hand, is easy to identify, you know when it has taken hold of you... It is possible that those who earn most are only a smidge happier than those who work for them
Life has little influence on your happiness because much of it is under your control, but your habit has a lot of influence on your happiness... And there are some habits that can lead to dissatisfaction more than others and that's what I will be talking about
Staying at home
Sometimes when we feel unhappy we decide to stay at home but that's not good for our mood. There are sometimes when we just want to stay at home and not talk to anyone, but know that this becomes a tendency and it destroys your mood
Know when unhappiness is making you feel this way and beat it, go and mingle with people and you will feel relieved and happier.
Envy and jealousy

When you spend too much effort on getting material things can make you unhappy, apart from the experience of disappointment, you might also discover that you have gained it at the expense of real things that make you happy such as family, friends, and well-wishers
Keeping your feelings to yourself
Keeping your feeling to yourself really makes you unhappy, you must have experienced that in one way or the other, but if you still in this condition, just try letting it out, share it with your family and friends and see how you will feel
Changing your habit with the aim of earning a positive reward is one of the best things you should doand it is also important for taking control of your happiness... When you are happy, others around you tends to be happy
