Hello. I hope someone can help me with this. I recently send some of my read.cash earnings to my BCH address in coins.ph account. It is almost 2 days, now, and the amount still isn't reflected on my coins.ph account. Usually, it will come one to two hours after. This latest one, however, is still not received nor notified in my coins.ph.
What should I do with this?

Hello! It's been a long time.. Anyway, until now, nothing has arrived. I jist let it go, and charged it to experience. Oters who have experienced the same have already got their funds restored and sorted in their wallets. Mine was not. :( It's $12.48 worth of BCH lost. I have contected Coins.ph about it, and they responded really quickly. However, they asked me for the transaction hash (or transaction id) of my actual transfer from read.cash to coins.ph. I checked for all the transactions for May 15 (the date I transferred) and for some reason, I saw nothing about 'transfering' that happened in the said date.
There was no way to trace that. I felt sad, but I just let it go.
Hello, thanks for your response. So, it is not coins.ph who is having some problems. I based it on one comment by @bheng620.
I emailed coins.ph about it, and they requested me to send them this so called "Transaction Hash" so they can trace it for me. If anyone has an idea how I can access this in my wallet, please tell me how. I suggest you do the same (emailing your respective wallets' customer service).
Right now, I am hesitating to send my latest earnings since it may just come with the queue of unreflected receipts. :(

me too. I experience the same. i have transferred 0.08 BCH and still not reflected in my wallet until now.
I feel kinda relieved I ain't the only one. I really thought I made some mistake.
last night it didnt reflect, then early this morning I transferred again but up to this time it's nothing. I'm sure i copied and pasted correct wallet address. I hope it will be fixed soon. Kind of stress here. LOL!

I thought I was the one who did a mistake and now, it's general I also sent some of my earnings too to my BCH address yesterday and it hasn't reflected up till now. I hope it will be rectified soon.

Same with me po. It is not only you. I don't know what is going on. Your BCH should be still in your wallet, but you cannot see it here on read dot cash.
Yes. It was already deducted from my read dot cash wallet but still NOT reflected in my recipient BCH address. Where is it stuck right now?
Try to import you wallet from here to your external wallet. You might be able to see it there. Thake your seed phrase from here and import it to your other wallet.

How are you? I was not around for weeks, but I was notified about this, let me have a quick response.
The same happened to me, the first time I tried to transfer my funds from my coins.ph wallet to bitcoin.com wallet. If you remember, you have to choose "transaction fee" right? That would affect the time it would take for the funds to transfer. (But you had a different transaction, so I am not really sure of that.) Just wait for now, maybe there's like a "traffic", I forgot the crypto term for it or what. And send a message to coins.ph.
If you are not a Level 2 Coins.ph user, that's a little risky. But try to contact the team, they will respond on time. I'm using bitcoin.com wallet as I find it user-friendly and it notifies me all the transactions I do. There was a certain article here that might help you (with bitcoin wallet), will try to check on it and will message you soon. :)
