You may not have noticed yet, but the ants that have been in your house for many years are busy making nest to cover themselves when it rains. The day comes, and you are surprised that even though it’s not raining, there is a little rain on the ceiling. After searching for a while, you find that most of the ants are holding up water droplets. Then you wash the whole house just to get rid of them. Have you ever wondered why Ants always prepare for some rains? A quick research will give you a bright idea about it.

When it rains, ants will form a chain by using their front legs and mouths to transport food to their colony. These ants are not just hard working, but also think about the future, who cares about them when they are gone.

Their set up is surprising. They built a trap like structure to collect water. Then they use this water inside the house. They even build a second floor, which is also a place to collect water in rainy seasons. The fact that ants are prepared for rainy days like this shows that they have been working hard since thousands of years.

Not only do ants work for their families, but also for human beings, this is called mutual work; when the human being does not notice it.

Now we know that there are many ants in the world. Most of them live in colonies, following a queen and a set of rules to survive and build the empire.

Ants help each other and work together to build the best shelter, the best food and the best army. Ants are always looking for a way to survive. Always preparing for hard times. That’s why they are called ants, because they never give up! Fear is the state of mind when we feel trapped in a situation. The trapped feeling arises when your expectations and goals are not being realized. But there is a very subtle way to find freedom from fear. Just change your thoughts, instead of getting stuck in your own thoughts, observe them. You will see that if you observe your thoughts, you will get some idea about your own thinking process and then you can make changes in your thought process. We humans have an amazing ability to forge our own destinies. If you have passion, work hard and surround yourself with positive people, success will follow you like ants.

Ants are always busy preparing for raining days as they never know when it will come. As human beings, our mind is the most fertile ground where seeds of resentments and fears sprout and grow into huge tree of depression if we are not careful.

Understanding the power of the mind can be compared to the understanding of how a computer works.

What do ants know that we don’t? Apparently, quite a bit.

Ants have a well-known behavior of storing food during rainy days. They will store the food in a place called “the granary” and take it out when needed. Ants are very organized in this manner, and the granary is the best place for food storage.

Lately, we have been thinking about how we could apply this to our own lives. When we work, one of the best things that help us achieve success is motivation. Motivation will not just make us stay longer, but it also helps us do our tasks better and more efficiently.

They collect food items, store them in their homes. It can really be said that they are smart and hard working animals.

A document introduced by an activist in Weibo, a Chinese micro-blogging platform also read like this, “In every year, ten percent of the profits earned by a company will be saved by the company itself”. The document went on to say that because of the one week National Day holidays that Chinese companies usually declare, people should save as much as possible from every yuan spent during this period. The author pointed out that consumption was the only way to keep a country’s economy running, but there was no need to spend money on unnecessary things. The document was supposed to be shared widely before the National Day holidays which are coming soon. However, it has been deleted because of an error made by the author.

Ants never told you to prepare for rainy days before.

When it rains, ants go back to their anthills. They fix any damages of their way home, cleaning the ant hills and making them nice and dry. They also prepare for the next storm.

Ants live in the present, not in what happened or what will happen. Ants don’t recover from the past, they’re not planning for the future.

Ants are always doing simple things, but always doing them with pleasure and joy.

Ants don’t think about how important they are or anything else, they just do what they have to do. Ants don’t worry about anything else or anyone else. Ants live in the now.

Every day you can learn something from an ant.

Whenever it rains, they hold their umbrellas upside down under their feet, so that they are ready to cover their heads when the rain starts falling. Unlike ants, we tend to wait until the rain falls before holding our umbrellas. We should learn from the ants and prepare for rainy days ahead of time.
