Topic: Marriage Today (Navigating the New Normal)

Marriage is an institution that was started by God. Genesis 2:18
Today, this institution is under threat of covid-19
To navigate is to find a part or way.
To direct carefully and safely (Navigate). It is likened to a ship with a compass. There is only one compass (Bible) in marriage today.
If your compass is not working, you are lost.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A HOUSE AND A HOME.
House is a building or a mansion. People envy it.
A home is peaceful despite appearance. It gives joy and peace. Only God can build a home. Genesis 1:27-28
Upon what foundation a marriage is built will determine how well the marriage will stand or crumble.
There is need for planning before going into marriage. One must be ready before going into marriage.
Examine yourself, deal with yourself, leave the log in another eyes.
The best councillors cannot counsel themselves with the principles they use for others.
We must take corrections and learn daily from our mistakes. Jesus Christ Himself was parented. His parents took care of Him and He obeyed them. Mark 6:48, Luke 2
