It's now 3:26 am and I just decided to post this article this time. For everyone who are still awake even if we have a time differences, hi guys!

This is the part 2 of my Responsible Action Sheet.

Without so much ado, let's proceed!

Message 7: Sick

When I am feeling sick, it helps me feel better if I:

Keep myself hydrated by drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Keep myself surrounded with my mother who always takes care of me.

Message 8: Silly

When I feel silly, it helps me feel better if I:

Sing a song very loud like there was no one listening to me then show a great smile on my face.

Throw funny jokes and corny statements.

Message 9: Honesty

When I am honest,I feel:

Immense felicity. It is a very nice feeling that makes me happy. It can greatly complete my day. People can trust me.

Message 10: Dissapointment

When I feel disappointed, it helps me feel better if I:

Take time to reflect and learn from it.

Often ask clarifications and adjust my expectations.

Message 11: Disgusted

When I feel disgusted, it helps me feel better if I:

Stop overthinking about it.

Take a deep breath.

Use my imagination in a very creative and positive way.
