Immense felicity. It is a very nice feeling that makes me happy. It can greatly complete my day. People can trust me.
Message 10: Dissapointment
When I feel disappointed, it helps me feel better if I:
Take time to reflect and learn from it.
Often ask clarifications and adjust my expectations.
Message 11: Disgusted
When I feel disgusted, it helps me feel better if I:
Stop overthinking about it.
Take a deep breath.
Use my imagination in a very creative and positive way.
